Finest Playa Mujeres

I loved my stay at The Finest resorts! The service was excellent we had great service at the beach. Pita was wonderful and always helped us get chairs on the beach, she went out of her way to make our visit great! Also Victor, George and Toledo were amazing at ensuring we had plenty of drinks and food. The whole beach experience was better because of them! Additionally the Juice Bar was delicious, Daniel was a great tender at the juice bar he always offered great suggestions for different drinks and every one was so good! I had the most amazing time at the resort and the service was great everywhere we went! They all worked so hard to ensure we had a relaxing vacation!!

We stayed for 5 nights at Finest Playa Mujeres with my wife and toddler. We had a great time. The beach service was excellent, Eduardo, Fernando & Carlos, were the 3 best attentive servers, from preparing our beach chairs with towels, to food and beverage. It was top notch. These guys made our trip that much better. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Would come back again!

The service at the Excellence Club beach was amazing! Angel took great care of setting us up and making sure we had everything we needed. Isabel was very attentive to getting us drinks and food. We were also treated extremely well by Manager Javier who made sure to take care of our evening reservations for dinner. All in all great team on the beach! Thank you

This was my first time at a resort and I had a fantastic experience. Everything was amazing, the staff were attentive, food was delicious and the resort itself is just beautiful. The Market kitchen was our favorite place to get breakfast at. We went there a couple of times and the food and service were excellent. We had Damian as our server twice and he was absolutely exceptional! Definitely will be coming back!

We have had the most amazing week at Finest. The Finest Club staff on the beach (Eduardo, Fernando, Carlos, and Javier) went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to celebrate our daughter’s 10th birthday. They work so hard! We also had great drinks and service with Sergio at the Aqua Bar. One of our best vacations ever. Excellent service and food. Your kids will love it here! And relaxing fun for adults too.

We had an amazing trip, all the staff everywhere are very friendly and always willing to make your stay pleasant. This is a well kept resort. We were here for a wedding April 2024 and it is really nice climate during this season. The breeze at the beach is so relaxing. We would like to thank the adults only beach side staff for their kind and attentive service Eduardo Fernando Carlos and Javier who went above and beyond in taking care of each person’s needs! We also recommend the Excellence club bar it is a nice atmosphere and more private; the bartender Miguel was also such a pleasure and made very good drinks! This is a nice size resort and we could walk everywhere with ease.

Amazing staff and service. We had our wedding here and everyone raved about the resort. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy. The staff at our wedding followed up with us throughout the week to check in and remembered us. Really recommend.

Edited to add that our check in and check out process was not ideal. We also had a lot of challenges with getting response from the resort during our planning process. But overall so worth it!

Javier at Tinto Y Tapas in Finest Playa Mujeres was an amazing server. He made great recommendations and brought us great meals. He was so helpful and friendly! Made our night great!

In addition, the club beach team was amazing. Angel, Javier, Eduardo, and Carlos were so attentive and nice. They checked in frequently with drinks, food, towels, and even toys for the kids. Definitely had awesome service.

My boyfriend and I visited Finest Playa Mujeres for the first time and I must say it exceeded ALL of our expectations. From our first step in the door, service was excellent and the accommodations were top tier. Over our 6-day stay we were able to try almost every restaurant they had to offer as well as enjoy their multiple pool and beach options. The daily scheduled activities were SO fun and inviting. We booked the two-story rooftop pool suite which gained us access to their excellence adult only club. Here we met Daniel, their amazing bartender that made a mean martini. He gave us great restaurant recommendations and advice on what was worth our while during our stay. I can not speak more highly of him as well as the rest of their genuinely hospitable staff. We will definitely be checking out the Finest's other locations if not coming back to Playa Mujeres next year!

What a wonderful place Finest is. My sister and I have come here every year since it opened (except 3 times) for our annual get away. The people that work here make it absolutely amazing. We spent today at the Excellence Club beach where my good friend Victor as well as Isabel, Fernando and Angel took such good care of us and made us feel so special. You won’t regret coming here and may even make forever friends like we have.

The market kitchen: Norberto did an outstanding job, he did more than we could’ve asked. He was very helpful & made our experience here that much better. Food was delicious as well! Definitely recommend! The beach was the best part & the thing we enjoyed the most, it was so beautiful & the staff was the best we have ever had. Carlos, Javier, Fernando & Eduardo went above & beyond for us & every single person out there everyday. We were treated like family & these guys made every moment of it so enjoyable! If you are on the beach make sure you see these 4 men because they make your vacation that much better.

Great all around service for our stay along with excellent attention to detail for me and my wife’s wedding. Isabel, Victor, Angel and Pita gave us excellent service at the excellence club beach section. We also had great service from our wedding coordinator Olga and servers Roger and Rocky. I would highly recommend getting married here or just having a vacation. Will definitely be coming back.

This place has everything you need, amazing food, amazing views, and amazing people working here! A special thanks to the staff out on the beach who took great care of us. Went above and beyond for accommodation, would definitely come back for another stay here. Duke’s restaurant for dinner, the lobster options are incredible and delicious. Noe (pronounced like no way Jose ) was so attentive to us. Concierge on site very helpful when a health scare happened with my partner. Doctor on site as well. Highly recommend! And Daniel at the pool bar was doing the job of 5 men.

We got married here and stayed for 12 days, everything was amazing! Olga our wedding coordinator was so sweet and wonderful, she was so helpful through the whole planning process, I truly feel like I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. All of the staff throughout the resort were so attentive and just so pleasant to deal with, never had a bad experience with anyone. We spent a lot of our time in the excellence club beach section. Isabell, Victor, Angle and Peta are amazing on the beach we never had to go looking for anyone to take our order or grab us something, they continually checked in us the entire time we were on the beach. Zuri guided us through our hydrotherapy spa she explained every step thoroughly and gave an amazing massage. Overall we would definitely come back to this amazing resort!!

We had an exceptional experience at Finest. The resort is beautiful and luxurious and the customer service from the staff is outstanding. Eduardo and Angel greeted at the beach every day with a smile, gave us great info about the resort, and anticipated our every need. They were truly outstanding! Victor and Isabel made sure we were well fed and hydrated and were delightful. Charley in Gusto was phenomenal and Enrique in the club check-in was a pleasure. I do not usually write reviews but this staff at this resort is truly exceptional, the beach is pristine and the rooms are beautiful and spacious. We had an amazing trip and will be back!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort, and we were blown away by the exceptional service provided by Eduardo, Pita, Javier, Israel, and Carlos. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

Eduardo greeted us with a warm smile setting a positive tone for the rest of our visit. Pita was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and gave us great recommendations for things to see and do. Javier and Carlos was always there when we needed them with their friendly demeanor, attending to our every need with a genuine sense of care.

Our stay at Finest Playa Mujeres from 5/1/24 to 5/8/24 was nothing short of amazing. We were married at Finest on 5/4/24 and the experience exceeded our expectations. Our wedding coordinator, Hezel, went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect and ensured that our guests had a fantastic time.

We stayed in the Excellence Club Swim Up Suite, the room was beautiful and the service at the swim up pool was fantastic (shout out to Itzel for constantly bringing us drinks and snacks!).

At the Excellence Club beach Eduardo provided wonderful service, keeping the drinks flowing and providing great conversation as well.

The food was fantastic, especially at Brass Steakhouse, which was able to accommodate 20 of our closest friends and family on short notice. Our waiter, David, provided quick and friendly service and even let us take some pictures with their comically large pepper grinders!

On our final night, we had a wonderful dinner at Duke's, which was made extra special when our waiter, Alberto, sat us at the best seat in the house, which was located over the pool and had a wonderful ambiance.

Overall our trip was amazing, all our guests could not stop raving about the wonderful food, drinks, and service. We cannot wait to return!

The service at the cabanas near the beach was amazing the staff: Pita, Angel, Victor, and Isabelle were so welcoming and helpful. They made sure we had a drink in our hands at all times and provided us with water to make sure we were hydrated as well. Such a wonderful experience, one of the best resorts we’ve stayed at. And the staff definitely makes the place feel so warm.
