Such a cute place on the beach for a laid back but delicious lunch with fresh seafood. The mango margs are really nice as well if you don’t like them too sweet.

I really loved the ceviche misto... The view while you eat is priceless with the sound of the waves.. a must try!

Delicious food with friendly staff. Best shrimp ceviche I've had in Cancun. All tables are sea-front. Normal sea breeze does get a bit chilly (25Feb) for those who run cold.

Visited restaurant with my family. Beautiful view on pear, boats, and ocean. Find food for my kids 8 and 13 years old. Ordered fish for myself. Was cooked delicious. The place does not accept credit cards, cash only.

Best restaurant outside of the hustle and bustle of the tourist area. Very local people, but the staff is friendly. One of the best ceviche ive eaten in my life.

Surprisingly good service, big portions, delicious local food with local prices. Staff is attentive, English speaking and accepting usd. Fish and seafood are fresh, the fishermen deliver literally under the balcony. Dinner at the beachfront for two comes to 20USD max.

We wanted to have one last quick meal before hitting the airport. There wasn't much open around our airbnb, so after a short walk came across Kulkucan. There was no one there and it seemed unimpressive, but by this point we were hungry. We ordered and all our food came out pretty quickly! To our surprise everything was DELICIOUS. My friend ordered fried shrimp and I ordered the hangar steak. It was so flavorful and aside from a little fat here and there, was tender & juicy! The rice & beans were yummy and the guacomole was fresh and also really good.

Delicious place and food. Clean, right next to the sea, marvelous view. The Pescado a la Tikin xik is amazing. They put on specific spices and then they place it on the grill. Acompanied by rice with fried bananas, potato french fries and salad. With habanero sauce mmmmm. I will come back!

¡Muy Rico! Ceviches, breaded shrimp, steak were all exceptional. The service was friendly and quick and on top of that, we had the beautiful view of the ocean all to ourselves!

The food here was excellent. The garlic fish was so good we ordered one to go. The shrimp ceviche and Agua chili were just right.

Amazing restaurant and amazing service!

You sit on the sand by the sea, plastic chairs, the waiters who lock like fishermen, or pirates - it cannot be more unpretentious than this. The menu is limited, but the food is goof.

Beautiful scenery right on the ocean with big plates full of food! Workers were all helpful and nice!!

Ask to see their catches of the day, pick one, and have it grilled with garlic... four of us just started to hit this fish with a fork and fell in love. Very good!

My favorite place in cancun. Nothing fancy but fresh seafood . My favorite dish pescado ala tikin xic. The best marinade fish ever great taste. Ceviche , shrimp, and many more .
