Insanely delicious and fresh seafood prepared any way you like. This has topped everything else we ate in the area and we kept coming back. Definitely don’t miss if you like seafood and want to be blown away.

I have been here twice and I will definitely go back here again and again and again! The sea food is soooooo good at a reasonable price. The octopus dish is a must-try. I have had the best sangria here so far. The ambience is really nice, I had a great view of the sea and the beach. Service is friendly and helpful. They were neither "pushy" as those in the downtown area nor disappointed when I did not order too much food.

Great restaurant with great food. Service lacked a little. Maybe understaffed. They let you eat and enjoy though next to the beautiful ocean. We tried fish and mixed seafood ceviche and it was great. The octopus Marbella style is a can't miss.

Best sashimi I have had outside of Japan! The ceviche was amazing with octopus, scallops and sweet shrimp. Seafood was so fresh that it melted in my mouth with bursts of flavor. However, I would like to caution future patrons to watch what you order because they charge you by each 500g minimum. We ended up paying $US200 for our 3 dishes that had scallops, octopus, hamachi which in each of our dish. They were the most expensive items on the menu which is only posted on the wall. We were not aware of this and had quite of shock when we got the check.

Hands-down, the freshest, most delicious, seafood and fish I’ve had in my entire life! Passionfruit margarita was incredible. A must in Cancun, you’ll regret not going.

Best Ceviche I have ever had. Sashimi was spectacular as well. View outstanding, beers ice cold. Super clean restroom. Valet parking was a surprise, kind of scribbled in/scruffy vibes otherwise. This place feels more like a spot for locals, I had just enough Spanish to get by, did not hear any English being spoken.
This was our favorite restaurant of our entire trip.

Cancun’s best kept secret. You literally have to walk through an out-of-the-way convenience store to get to the restaurant. Unassuming, natural, fishing-town aesthetic with peaceful view — a welcome change from the ostentatious “hotel zone” aesthetic Cancun is known for. And the seafood is phenomenal — fresh, sweet and delicious. All shellfish easily passed the lime/lemon juice freshness test.

The food and service was excellent. This place gets 5 stars, although we felt somewhat scammed regarding the bill. The pricing on the fish is in kilos, not per dish. That's quite normal, but it should still say per kilo in my opinion, and I think you should be asked beforehand what size you want your fish to be and what it will cost. Other than that, amazing.

Excellent service, fast and friendly! The entrance is a bit weird, but the restaurant is very very nice! Food is fresh and tasty, you need to try the "Tuna Carnitas" and the Octopus. Extremely recommended! Price is good for the food quality, like $600 pesos or $45CAD per person

First, the restaurant is located on the second floor inside the store. Take the black spiral staircase in the back. It is not at all obvious from the outside. Best food I had in Cancun. Made to order, reasonably priced, definitely will return.

Definitely the highlight of our stay in Cancun. Even though is a bit far from the main hotel area, the restaurant provides such an excellent quality that it’d be worth to go everyday.
I also think the location allows it to keep reasonable prices and also not to be spoiled by massive tourism.
The food and service were excellent, and certainly recommending the scallops and the chocolate clams, accompanied by an ice cold beer.
Certainly a must in Cancun!

Marbella is also on of my favorite seafood restaurant with good service. The waiters take their time to explain anything you’d like to know.

It is on the second floor at the beach and the view is just beautiful. To get inside you will have to walk through a store and go upstairs. Table reservations are not a bad idea.

Especially in the peak hours it can quickly be packed. In these cases I take it to go and ask the security to let me enter the beach to eat there. You can see the place on one of my pics with the to go boxes with the beach in the back. It is actually a VIP area. You have the whole beach for yourself. But hey pshhh do not tell anyone.

This place is perfect. The view is awesome, the food is fresh and delicious. The service is very hospitable. We were here for the first time, our Spanish is weak and this place doesn't have a menu. Our waiter gave us the right recommendations and catered to our tastes. We ordered the grilled Octopus which was our time trying it out but we liked the taste. The carribean rice and apple dessert were delicious too. On the whole, if youare a fan of seafood, this place is for you. If you want to try seafood, this place is for you. The bonus is the beautiful view.

Everything was absolutely superb. We had marlin tacos, octopus and langoustines all of which were cooked to perfection - the perfect amount of seasoning. They take fresh seafood direct from the boats and cook it simply, paired with high quality vegetables. Absolutely faultless.

Our server Julio spoke excellent English and helped us with the great selection of mezcal and other drinks they had at the bar. 10/10 muchas gracias Marbella!

Hands down the best lobster I’ve ever had!! Like mouth watering good. If you ever visit Cancún you must try! Everything is so fresh and even the oysters were good. The vibe is beautiful it’s right on the beach.

What a hidden gem in Cancun! Literally. The entrance is through a convenient store (looks a little sketchy at first) but when you get to the restaurant (upstairs), it’s amazingly beautiful. The view is great and the food is fresh and fantastic. It’s a little pricey but the tastes is great. We love the lobster fried rice, geoduck and oysters.

Yes! Located above a tiny little snack shop, you'd never know it existed if it weren't for the locals! All tables overlook the sea, and all fish is caught fresh daily. No menu, everything is by the pound. Whatever the seasoning is, it will change your life. Alejendro spoke near-fluent English, and after ordering fish in a way I'd never had (with the head, yikes!) the manager gave me a tutorial in how to eat it!

Excellent experience, where five-star, elite dining (the kind with service assistants who place your linen in your lap for you) meets the sea ♡ for a VERY fair price. [My dinner + 1 beer was only $22 American before tip!]

This place is literally a hidden gem.
It's located in the first floor of a mini mart with very small and sketchy entrance, which almost made me turn away. Luckily I didn't because the food was soo good!

First, we picked our fishes and then chose how to cook it. The menu and types of seafood are in Spanish, so it can be confusing. We picked 2 different types of fish, one for deep fried and one for fillet. They both turned out amazing, so as the ceviche and piña colada. On top of that, our server was really nice, he made sure everything was perfect.

The price is not as cheap as others, but the seafood was definitely great!

Walk in through a small convenience store - feels like a speak easy! Go up some stairs and find the restaurant. The views are beautiful - breathtaking! Ambience is very casual. There is no menu, just a list of available seafood priced by kilo - waiter will recommend dishes. The grilled octopus tostadas with arugula and Parmesan were the best I’ve had in a while. Ordering to share is best - we got the róbalo fish with garlic sauce and chili. The shrimp aguachile was also amazing, very spicy. The desserts were okay - stick to the seafood. Coffee was great though. Service is very friendly but because everything is prepared at the moment, a bit slow. Prices are average to high. Must go to when in Cancun!
