All Ritmo Cancun Resort & Waterpark

Great room, and great price. Food was clean, but was not the most flavorful, which is preferred since you want to get out there and explore. The location is away from the hotel zone, which is great to avoid traffic, but close enough to the airport. Water park was nice. They had a nice calisthenics jungle gym, but be careful with your hands. The metal is not coated properly. The weight gym was below average. But your workouts should be at the Cenotes and in the warm ocean any how

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! The staff at this resort are absolutely some of the nicest people I have ever met.Wish I could remember everyone's names but from the front desk (Arturo and Ismael) to the entertainment staff (Mili), bar staff and housekeeping THANK YOU!. The resort need a little TLC but still wonderful.

We purchased out vacation based on the Waterpark and the cost. However after we purchased my wife and I started to see horrible reviews about how the staff are rude and the food is bland, unable to get reservations at the al la cart restaurants, how the rooms are dilapidated and how there was no fancy drinks.

Maybe we are staying at a different All Ritmo with a Waterpark but we are currently being treated extremely well, the room is whay you would expect from a older ocean front room. The room is tile floor with splatter coat on the walls that has been repainted a few time over the years. The beds are 2 doubles which makes it a wee bit small for a bigger guy like myself. The balcony is huge and could have a bit party.

For the food we have only been here 3 days so far but ever meal is different and the seafood al la cart was the first time in a few years my son tried everything on his Plate. Portion size was on the smaller size but I'm also a 260lb larger guy.

We read all the horrible reviews on the Waterpark that was included and my only conclusion on this is either people are too posh for this place or making up lies to ensure it is less busy. My kids had a blast there for 4 hrs and the wife and I were drinking daiquiri, and Pina colada all atlfternoon. Food was a little lacking but for a family waterpark was perfect
, my kids both had a burger and large plate of fries and nachos with cheese sauce.

Lots of entertainment going on first night was some karaoke, last night was a disco or something.

We pre booked excursions to ensure our kids would have a great time but we could have just stayed in the hotel and went between Ocean, swim up bar and Waterpark.

I guess the only complaint the family has is the water is rough and there is seagumrum seaweed both of which not the resorts control.

Final point not related to ritmo would be to look up the reviews of royal holiday vacation club, this hotel is partner with them and you can sit through a pushy sales pitch and their sister property in hotelzone and get some free excursions. They also get you transportation to hotel zone and back, but make sure you do your own research before going to the sales pitch. The wife and I said no to this pitch.

came here on a family trip. it was a couple years ago and it was my first one out driving distance. i randomly remembered this hotel and i remember that i loved it. also, we came across a waiter named Mario in the restaurant of the hotel. if he still works there can someone reach out? he was an absolute legend.

I was very disappointed with my trip to All Ritmo Resort. I don't know what was worse having roaches and bugs in the room or paying for all-inclusive meals that consisted of the same food every day for 5 days.

really good resort, they work hard to satisfy clients, expect to pay a little extra if you want the beach view. it worth the price.

It is a rustic resort. The service is good, and the rooms are the same as the photos. I love it

Amazing hotel. Kinda in a weird part but great service and really helpful people. The food was amazing and the drinks were strong. Definitely would recommend to others!

The food and drinks were good. They upgraded our room to an ocean view for only $30 total for both nights. At first the kayaks and Waterpark were not going to be opened, but they opened it for us. Definitely will be going back. The location is very far from the hotel and everything else but uber does work to the airport but not from the airport. Taxis are super expensive so plan a car service before getting to the airport a day before.

This was an amazing hotel. I absolutely cannot understand the reviewers who didn't like the food. The food was incredible, all-you-can-eat buffet with wide selection. It was great tasting and great for our tender Canadian tummies, no one got sick.

There is family-friendly entertainment every day at the pool and I think every night.

This is within walking distance of the Isla Mujeres ferry.

The water park is one of the best I have ever seen. Our kids had mega fun.

Because this is a place with a water park, a lot of the guests are families with kids, but not all. If you are single, living the high life, and money is no object for you, you might as well book one of the hotels in the Hotel Zone. If you are a family with kids or just want to relax at the beautiful, white sand beach, then this is the place to be.

The staff here is top notch. They treat it like an all inclusive and never pressure you to do more than that, tips wise, but we enjoyed thrm so much, we did. They are so kind and welcoming and genuinely appreciate your patronage. The layout is very small which I actually liked because you can get to things quickly. The water park is well maintained, and the ground's crew does as much as they can to keep the seaweed off the beach. THIS RESORT IS *NOT* *NOT* IN THE TRENDY AND POPULAR "HOTEL ZONE"! This is where blue collar Mexican, Columbian, etc come to take a family vacation. A short walk south of the property puts you at the local public beach with restaurants and street food. At 1am on Saturday a guy played music out of his car and we had a party. The resort is old but has lots of Mesa style character. The worker know they aren't a big fancy hotel but they put in 100% effort!!! The night time shows were entertaining! I made friends with folks from Mexico and Columbia!!! This resort is especially in a working class blue collar neighborhood and I loved it! I was hesitant based on reviews before arriving but it was an experience of a lifetime. In fact we didn't even go to the Hotel Zone etc while celebrating my buddy's birthday!!! Arturo, Armando, Eduardo, Addy, and everyone else made it great!
If you're a flashy, fancy, trendy person that's living life for social media "Likes" this isn't the resort you may WANT but this is the one you NEED and don't realize it!!!

I loved my vacation and I would do it again, and the people here are so hospitable and amazing!

I stayed at All Ritmo Cancun Resort & Waterpark from March 22nd to March 28th 2023. I went from Boston -Ma USA to Cancun to celebrate my birthday week with my family of 6, 4 children ages 18 years old, twins 4 years old and a 2.5 year old. All of us had an amazing time. The little ones loved the water park and playing on the beach. The big ones absolutely loved the facilities the SPA was remarkable . Location is great and really beautiful. there is so much to do at the hotel , a lot of different activities and shows . I also took a cab downtown and it was a beautiful ride. Food was delicious every time, they had a theme at a dinner party almost every night. Super fun! There was a variety of different kinds of food to satisfy each person in my family. But I have to say that for me the best experience was not the beautiful rooms or the gorgeous views but for sure the love and care that the staff treated my family and I every single day. Everyone who worked in the bars and the restaurants were extremely friendly, nice and really tried to accommodate our needs. I would love to highlight Inacio Duque and Jesus who helped us and made sure that my children had their milk every night. Every server during our stay were absolutely lovely and pleasant. I wish I had gotten everyone's name to put it here , but I congratulate ILSY, LUIZ , PEDRO and CASANOVA for their outstanding service. ( sorry can't remember more names)special thanks goes to Arturo at the front desk along with his co-workers who did their very best to assure my family and I were happy. Special thanks to the Entertainment crew, they were amazing. This hotel is great for families with children or just couples going on a honeymoon, also If you just want to come with a group of friends to enjoy Cancun. I highly recommend All Ritmo to anyone who is looking to have a good time at a beautiful safe place with amazing food and drinks. The best friendly staff starting from the door man to bartenders, servers, dancers, house keepers and maintenance people . All RITMO deserve a 5 start. Can't wait to visit again.

Wonderful place all-inclusive is a must have add on for sure! Unlimited drinks. Food etc. It is a wonderful place.
The aquatic park is a paradise for kids and adults with unlimited alcoholic drinks even at the parl.

An older property that is well maintained and clean. The food was decent and plentiful. The location is not in the hotel zone and you get a more local feel which is what we were looking for. Close enough to everything and the ocean view room had a view that was priceless. Your literally steps away from the water. My only gripe is a small one but you need larger fitted sheets for the king mattress. Waking up on a bare mattress is not what you want at any hotel. If I travel back to cancun this will be where I stay.

Great hotel! Good for the entire family. Very comfortable and the water park is great for the kids! Would definitely recommend this hotel. Also the staff is very friendly.

My overall stay was great!
The beach is cleaned daily and we always had enough chairs and shade. The ocean water is warm and we can snorkel to see animals like little turtles and sting rays. The water park was nice and the kids had a blast. Staff is friendly and if you tip them enough then will do miracles for you.
My best feature: the ocean view rooms are amazing in the sense that you can almost fish from your balcony. It is that close from the ocean. I stayed I several other resorts with Ocean view but this was by far the closest. I could even stay in my bed and listen to the waves and see the ships sailing very peacefully.
Improvement needed: please STOP 🛑 with that business of showing off wild animals around, so people can take pictures with them.
The monkey and birds were clearly distressed with the loud music and all the people. That is not a nice thing to do.

I will recommend All ritmo Resort if they stop abusing wildlife for profit!
