Easy terminal to get from & to Playa Del Carmen to Cancun International Airport. You can either buy tickets online (recommended) and or wait in line to buy a ticket, usually a long line up.

There’s an information board telling you which airline is located at which terminal.

Great bus station. You can buy your tickets here or online. Great customer service. Clean facilities and very well organized. Recommend for anyone going to the Cancun airport or just traveling to any other city.

Very easy and very cheap. The buses were all in great shape, very new. They have washrooms onboard. There is Wi-Fi in the terminals not on the buses though. The seats are comfortable and the drivers are very cautious and friendly. Probably the most humane way to get to playa car from Cancun. I have taken private transfers and been picked up by family but I think this is my preferred method. Stress free.

Nice terminal. Easy to get around the Riviera Maya. Went to Xel-Ha from here. I do not recommend Xel-Ha, but will use ADO to get around from now on. Bus was really clean and comfy. And had a bathroom.

Easy to buy tickets. Clean. Air conditioning unit. Charging ports. Will never book a taxi to get to my resort again.

Its right at the corner of 5th avenue and Av Benito Juarez. There are two ado stations in Playa del Carmen with this being the closest one to 5th avenue. They display the bus times on the screens there so its easy to see and the staff also speaks english if you need more help. Lots of seats and a convenience store inside as well.

This bus stop has a very good location, right by La Quinta Avenida , you can easily walk to your hotel.
There are buses going to tulum, cancun downtown and the airport and more places.
ADO a very efficient transportation system and in my opinion the best way to move around the riviera maya !

It’s funny to read customer complaints that the personnel in this establishment don’t speak English after all we are in their country that speak/ Mexican/Spanish. How about learning a few simple words of Spanish? If they don’t understand you, it’s them not being rude. It’s your expectation of them and your impatience causing your frustration. Even with their limited English the guys are more then happy to help . It’s in their interest to make a sale as it is commission driven and this station is the best place to book your transport/ tours . We gave twice booked with them for the Xelha trip and will use them again for future ones.

The terminal is not air conditioned, but who cares. Cause you’re there just to buy a bus ticket, and the buses are nice.

I don’t know how the trip is from the airport. I went from playa to chichen and it was fine. The only downside was the time, we got stuck in traffic. But this is a public transport! If you have the time and don’t want to spend all that money I highly recommend just taking a bus to chichen

I loved my experience using the ADO bus service. The buses are on time, exceptionally clean, bus drivers are very professional and it gets you from here to there. I’ve taken buses all over the world and these are some of the best!! Also you can download their app and purchase your tickets there, super easy.

Not knowing Spanish could have been a real handicap when using this station but it wasn't! The drivers and people that work there make sure you get on the right bus. As a solo traveler, I was most appreciative!

Arrived here and departed from here to Cancun airport on my recent trip the place is small but efficient and feels populated and safe. It offers some simple and affordable amenities at it convenience store and the staff is quick to be helpful where they can be, definitely the fastest, cheapest, safest, and easiest way to and from Cancun Airport in Playa del Carmen.

Ado buses exceeded my expectations! Air conditioning, outlets at each seat, wifi, comfortable and safe. Took the bus from Cancun airport to Playa del Carmen around 6pm and would recommend it.

I have taken many trips to and from this bus station. No problems, even with my limited Spanish. After you buy your ticket, pick the type of bus and seat you want, head over to your gate (puerta). At the puerta, there's an employee who will tell you which bay your bus located in. Easy peasy. I saw some public bathrooms on the second floor.

Clean facilities, entire place very well disinfected, sanitisers on every corner, polite and helpful staff. Very good prices! Buses arrive and leave on time. Also, buses really clean and spacious, drivers very friendly and cautious! We did enjoy our little trips back and forth. Muchas gracias, Ado !

Rode the ADO bus from Cancun to Playa del Carmen for $162 pesos. Buses are very nice, clean and comfortable. Driver was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this service to anyone traveling from Cancun airport to Playa.

Super easy. As soon as I came out of terminal 3 at Cancun international it was right there. $10 US. Then walk outside to the pickup zone. I was in downtown Playa del Carmen in under an hour. Buses come every 30mins. Clean with AC. #smart

The location of the ADO terminal is perfect. It's located in the middle of the city and it's easy to find. We got our tickets yesterday and we are waiting for the bus to the airport.
