Paradisus La Perla - Adults Only - Riviera Maya

The best all-inclusive resort I’ve been to! Would highly recommend. Great food, lots of different restaurants to choose from, beautiful rooms and a variety of other quality facilities. I loved all the different beach beds and lounge chairs available whether you wanted the main pool, quiet area or our favourite, the beach. Special shout-out to Eduardo who was our server on the beach. He always greeted us with a warm smile and remembered exactly what we wanted or needed even before asking.
If you like to venture off the resort onto the main strip as well, this location is perfect for that. Just a 30 minute walk into town with some cute cafes along the way

Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel. It was clean, fun, and the staff were very attentive. We took advantage of various excursions, theme nights, etc.

The food at the buffets and restaurants was superb. One of our favorite restaurants was Fuego. Our server Miguel was excellent, funny, and provided great recommendations.

We can’t say enough about this place. We will definitely come back!

We had the best time, this is a wonderful all inclusive for families. The food is incredible and the staff go above and beyond to make it comfortable and fun for families with kids. We had especially excellent service from Jose Mazoñ, he checked on our family each evening and made sure we had all of our dinner reservations lined up and anything else we might need. Emmanuel was our concierge and he went above and beyond to give us the best experience. We will be back!

Had the best girls trip here! The resort is beautiful and the service was phenomenal. Elvis at the Fahrenheit pool is top tier. He helped us our entire stay. He remembered our favorites and went above and beyond every single day! Would recommend taking a relaxing trip here and having Elvis as your server 🩶

Been to many, many all inclusives all over. This one takes the cake. Amazing!! Did the adults only for a birthday/anniversary celebration. Wow!!!! First of all, the staff was amazing. Always “good morning” and “how are you?” Our room was clean, clean clean! And beautiful. The food was amazing! The breakfast buffet and mimosa cart was a great little add (get the Cinnabons). Honestly, there’s too much to even include. Marco was our concierge and he was great!

Now, if you’re looking for crazy entertainment, This may not be the place. The resort was a perfect size, Very calm and relaxing which is exactly what I wanted. Beach was great! Pool was great! Bars are open like 930 lol my type of place!

We enjoyed lunch at blue agave and dinner at Flora. We were lucky to have Luis Vasquez as our waiter at both restaurants. He is mild mannered, courteous and went above and beyond to make our dining experiences extra special. He took care to explain the menu choices and make suggestions. Excellent dining experiences because of Luis.

I had an amazing stay at Paradisus La Perla in late February! The hotel is very well-kept, rooms are thoroughly cleaned everyday and with care. The staff is very nice and caring, not pushy and most people speaks English. The room is beautiful, even the standard one with a huge bathtub and a two-person shower. I would 100% recommend this hotel, even for a work trip.

We love Paradissus Playa del Carmen. We come back every year because of the service and amenities.
Tonight, Alberto at the Flora restaurant gave us excellent service, explaining the unfamiliar items on the menu and making sure our experience was pleasant. The food was delicious- we had the Salmon and the Rib Eye Tacos which were delicious. The pear dessert was also amazing.

Our stay was amazing and hotel was beautiful with so much attention. We had dinner at Cielo and our server was Christian Burgos. He was so attentive a d all the plates he suggested were delicious. He made out experience so much more special.

We are in Hadar Restaurant for dinner on the 29/02 and the waiters Arturo and Gael were incredibly helpful and made sure that our experiences was pleasurable! They also made sure the drinks stayed topped up which was a win! The floor manager Paris was also very helpful! The food was great and the service was spot on! Couldn’t fault it!

While at Paradisus, we ate at the Peruvian restaurant Fuego and it was delicious! Our server was Ivan Gutierrez and his service made the experience 10x better. He recommended an array of dishes (salmon w potato, tuna and tiger sauce and steak skewers) and all were so good. I had also ordered an espresso martini which he then later brought me a better version (chocolate style) for my second one. The best surprise! His attentiveness and nice personality was a great addition to the already great food. 10/10 recommend Fuego and ask for Ivan G.

Spent a week there from Jan1-8. Excellent facilities, wonderful staff and great food. Very relaxing. Wish I could remember the names of all the staff but will list some of those that stood out - Carlos (from Dominican), Hugo (inspirational life story), Angel and Angelo at poolside, Gladys at the buffet, dos Humbertos at Sal. The masseuses were also excellent. Thanks to all that made our stay so memorable.

Our stay has been great, but I want to give a big shoutout and thanks to Alejandro and Misael at Lemonfish restaurant. It’s by far the best service we experienced throughout all of the hotel. The moment we arrived they were prompt, kind, accommodating and helped us have a wonderful dining experience. Without asking they kept the drinks coming and the food suggestions were on par. Honestly: by far the best food service in the entire hotel.

Everything else here at Paradisus has been good with very few exceptions. First, people reserve beds that they never show up to, as early as 7 AM. I’m an early riser and reserve too but i feel bad that if you don’t get up early, it may be hard to get a bed by any pool or at the beach.
The food at the buffet is ok. Not the best I’ve had at all inclusive but far from the worst. But what we didn’t like is that there are no other food options than buffet or the bar food. I’ve been to other resorts where you can eat at different restaurants for lunch. Our kids got sick of eating the same foods every day.

Our concierge Cynthia in INCREDIBLE. She was so quick to respond and help us navigate our stay. She also made the trip extra special for our kids, making up games for them to play in our room. Anything we asked for, she made happen. We really appreciated how wonderful and friendly she was. It definitely upgraded our stay.

Make sure to go on the FREE cenote tour the hotel offers. And the beach at this resort is wonderful.
The grounds here are beautiful, the pools are great. The kids club seems to keep the kids occupied. We would definitely return!

Capella was a standout restaurant for my friends and I. They accommodated my vegan food preference last minute with the help of our wonderful waiter Giancarlo.

We can't wait to come back.

Amazing service and hotel! We went on our honeymoon here and had a great time! Our waiters were very attentive and took care of us in a timely fashion. We would recommend this place to all our friends and family!

This is my first visit to Playa del Carmen and the whole experience has been wonderful. Every resort worker was friendly and helpful. I had breakfast three times at Hadar with Ismael. He was so kind and quick to serve. I highly recommend this all inclusive resort for adults only. I met several groups on the family side that also enjoyed their stay. It was very uplifting to see people having a great time.

We had an amazing meal and great service at Cappela restaurant. Our server was Francisco Arriagada and he was very attentive. He was friendly and welcoming and made sure that we had a great experience, which we did. I higly recommend the restaurant and Francisco.

We dined at Flora restaurant and had a great meal. The salmon and prawns were our favorite dishes. Louis V was our server and took good care of our group of 7. Very accommodating for the three kids in the group.

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience at Paradisus La perla. All the staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly and tended to our every need. I do wish they did have more dinner options but the family side also had plenty of options which worked out great. The pool bar and grill Fahrenheit was our favorite lunch spot. The best chips and guacamole and fish tacos. All the men and women catering to everyone at the pool were absolutely phenomenal. Even down to the cleaning staff. We would come back from the pool to a spotless room and our mini fridge stored with our favorite drinks and even our clothes on our balcony were laid out properly to allow them to dry. We had such a great experience and appreciate all the staff that make this place feel so luxurious:
