I bought a condo in Playa del Carmen my realtor was CARLOS MARTINEZ wow what an amazing guy. Excellent English, jovial upbeat personality and knows his stuff when it comes to real estate information. I’m Canadian and was not familiar with the local requirements. Carlos guided me through every detail. He even took me to reputable furniture stores and department stores so I could furnish my condo, it was a big help because of the language barrier .

He secured us a good price for the land and followed up with stellar professionalism, commitment, attentiveness and honesty.
The deal was made during COVID and to make it more complicated, the buyer and the seller were from two non Mexican countries.

Very bad service, arrogant owner and they never pick the calls, if you want to buy they don't answer imagine if you give them your money, really frustrating. Not recommended!!
