We had about 5KGs of washing that we handed over on New Year’s Eve. They did a good job of it - clothes were clean, ready on the time they promised, the staff are friendly. It was 20 pesos/kg. There was no fragrance to the washed clothes.
Overall, a good experience.

Friendly and thorough service, and they have the sweetest cats just hanging out. We chose to pickup next day, our laundry was available at the time we arranged, and we paid $80mxn for ~20 articles of clothing. All items were folded and had only a faint scent of detergent, which is great since we are sensitive to perfumes. Would highly recommend!

Oh! If you have soiled clothing, make sure to pretreat those BEFORE you take to a lavandería. These places are typically wash/dry/fold only, lavandería workers aren’t going to clean your coffee and pit stains for you.

Everything was perfect! All our laundry was neatly folded and even the net we brought it in got washed. Good and fast service. Very affordable as well and nice people. Highly recommend

THESE LADIES ARE AMAZING! The owner is super great and they are so helpful. I lived in Playa for a few months and I utilized their services every time. I pay around 100 pesos per five kg and they fold your clothes too! It’s such a nice service and it’s usually done in a day unless they’re busy. These ladies really saved the day when my cars battery died in front of the store. The owner helped me get someone who would jump the car and managed to help me get going again. I can’t recommend this place enough!

My bill: one bedspread ($115 pesos), 8.725 kilos of laundry (8.725 x 14 pesos/kg = $122 pesos), and separated whites from colors ($50 pesos). They had no problem using the hypoallergenic laundry detergent I brought. My total was $287 pesos, about $15 USD with the current exchange rate (June 2019). Fast turnaround - brought it in on Sunday and it was ready Monday afternoon. Everything was clean and folded beautifully. I'll be back.

Got my clothes back at the agreed time, all well washed and neatly folded. And the prices are just unbelievable. Wouldn’t be avle to wash one piece of underwear at home for the 60 pesos they charged me for the bag full of clothes

Great place highly recommended. $70 mx pesos for the laundry, that in the hotel would cost 1200! Same day delivery and such a nice family shop too. If you are in need of a reliable laundromat look no further.

Perfect laundry service. We were amazed. We brought in the morning a bit more than 4kg laundry, paid 60 MX pesos and got the laundry back at 8pm the same day, washed, dried, perfectly folded and vacuumed. Very nice service and the price is incredible for this service. Highly recommended!!!

Really nice people - they are patient with you if you don’t speak Spanish (use Google translate). My linen shirts were nicely hand washed and ironed so they didn’t get ruined. Laundry was done next day:

I've been traveling for the last 2 years and this place is #1 in terms of quality, price, and turn around time. Digital nomads look no further! I got almost 17 pounds of laundry done (wash/dry/fold) for less than $5 US.

Recommended! Place was very busy so laundry took 2 days, but good price: 14 pesos /kilo with a minimum 4kg.
