Hacienda Tres Rios Resort, Spa, & Nature Park

A superb effort has been made to maintain facilities, amenities and services during the major renovation phase that is underway which in no way negatively impacted my stay.

The transformation is seamless. If anything, I am looking forward even more to see the finished product a year from now if, God willing, time and opportunity so permit.

I've exchanged my RCI time share for many years,this resort now my #1. We were given the option of going non inclusive which I loved having that option. From the time we walked into our luxurious room I felt special..greeted with bottle of champagne and fresh fruits. Every day we were given something different. I was in disbelief, I had to call front desk to see if this was someone else's room! No other resort ever did this. Every day the beds were freshly made. We had a huge lockout room that slept 8. One of the rooms was so romantic with a modern bathtub located near the balcony. The pool side entertainment was very inviting ... Ricardo was amazing! Lots of games, life performance (mariachis) dancing instructions, plus daily Cooking demo by the pool. Afterwards we were treated to the paella, ceviche, tacos, Mexican corn on a stick, etc. The resort is beautiful and located on the beach. The night life music/entertainment was fabulous with no need to go out of resort. Very family oriented. I would definitely come back, but sadly their policy is that I can't come back til after 3 years!

This secluded hotel is amazing!! They have a stunning beach and 3 cenotes on property!! The staff were so kind and went above and beyond for us! I will be back!

Mariela in Las Islas restaurant is wonderful. She is so helpful & wants everyone to have a great time.

It was good except for the membership presentation it was too long but the people were great the employees wonderful hard working people God bless them

Had a wonderful vacation, Maurciano has great TRX classes every day at 8 under the palm trees! Food was great!

Absolutely beautiful resort. The rooms are amazing. The food was very good and the drinks were so good.

BEST RESORT EVER! Make sure you get all inclusive because then you get free food and drinks which are some of the best I’ve had in my life.The guys come ask you if you want a drink while your in the swimming pool and then give you a smoothie to enjoy while swimming. Rooms are huge and very clean.If you come for ocean this is not the place the ocean is full of rock and also seaweed while we were there.

Absolutely beautiful, peaceful and enjoyable vacation experience... Resort is exceptionally clean, service is excellent!
If you just want to relax, enjoy nature, eat and sleep all day; this is the perfect setting.... oh and the food is amazing...lots of variety all you can eat buffet...🥰

Not over crowded like other resorts that we have been to. Food is good. They don't have too many unesisary rules. We had a good time and would do it again.

Best service! We had a wonderful experience while staying at Hacienda Tres Ríos. Best food, best entertainment, best rooms, pools, ocean front and senotes with in the Hacienda Tres Ríos. Totally recommend you to visit.

First time visiting Mexico, what a great experience it was at This resort. It has a very nice beach that is clear like a swimming pool, Full of fish and great for the family.

They have a wonderful drink server that goes around taking Care of the guest, made it fun and enjoyable.

The hotel need to give "JC" a raise! Seriously!

I had the pleasure of going to this incredible resort by RCI and let me tell you this place is INCREDIBLE! They have the nicest people working there! Nicer than DISNEY! I don't know if the people we had is the same now as we visited in 2018 but the resort is incredible as well and the food is to die for(especially their pizza.) I really can't wait to go back one day. Hopefully we still have the same people working there because they are amazing!

Beautiful place. Best resort I have ever been to, it has everything inside and you never had to leave the place. The beaches are very nice and clean. Overall we loved it.

Best resort of the 4 we've stayed in. Excellent food, drinks, service. We went on nursery tour, bike ride to senotes, & staff was outstanding. Enjoyed the pools, beaches, rivers, & shows. Always lots to do.

Great natural resort. Lots of plants and natural landscaping.

Rooms are spacious and clean. They have daily service and leave treats when they come through.

Food is plentiful and high quality. Lots of choices every night for dinner. Breakfast buffet has lots of choices. Several spots to grab lunch each day. Room service 24/7. Minibar stocked daily with soda and beer.

Staff is exceptional. Friendly and always accommodating. JC and Uriel at the pool were great keeping the drinks flowing and providing great personal interaction. Hector did a great job with the kayak and nursery tours.

Evening shows are ok, nothing spectacular.

My only knock is that the events were not explained very well. They simply gave us a QR code to scan without any explanation. We missed several things we would have liked to have attended.
