Service is incredible! I called them last minute while out of town and they helped build this flower arrangement for me within an hour. The lucky recipient was very happy!

Their flowers are always arranged so beautifully and the have excellent customer service. They can deliver throughout Playa del Carmen which is a nice service.

I have ordered from this florist twice now: once as a walk-in, and once via WhatsApp for next-day delivery. Both times I have been met with excellent customer service, including help choosing flowers when I didn't know flower names in Spanish 😂, easy payment options, and prompt, clear communication (in Spanish).

This is my "go-to" florist in Playa, and while I hope they continue to thrive, please don't make them so busy that they don't have time to work with me. 😭🤣

While I ordered a bouquet for my mother I received impressive 5 star suggestions and a rapid response. Bouquet came out even more beautiful than the way it showed in the picture gallery from the website. Prompt same day delivery and outstanding friendly service. Now two weeks later, the bouquet is still the center piece of the table. Excellent quality and variety of flowers. I will return here for all my future floral needs. Chapeaux!

Their attention to detail was top notch. I worked with them on two beautiful arrangements all the way from Canada and will definitely work with them in the future. Beautiful work.
