I highly recommend this clinic particularly Dra Alessandra with her expertise in analyzing patients before and after diving. She was very calm, attentive and experienced in her field.
Thanks to her we can safely dive together.

Good experience with front end staff, doctor was understanding and efficient, made good recommendations to local hospital if I wanted to see a specialist for ENT issues. Pharmacy next door which is convenient. Doctor was bilingual (english and spanish). Gave me all the documentation I would need for my travel medical claim. Only waited about 5 minutes to be seen and consultation was 700 pesos. Overall a positive visit.

Needed a prescription refill walked in, they did charge me a fee and took me to their pharmacy that doesn’t scam u on generic over priced fake stuff. Amazing staff good English and very helpful. Stay away from 5th ave and go here .

They have a bariatric chamber for divers suffering from DCS or “the bends”. The doctors and staff here are experts in this subject. If your diving in the vicinity and get bent, this is the place for immediate treatment

I had an ear problem after diving. I visited the clinic as a walk-in and was seen right away. The staff are all friendly and speaks English very well. Dr. Lara has excellent bedside skills. Very courteous and knowledgeable. She explained everything in detail. I was in and out in less than an hour.

We went to this clinic because of the advertised lower PCR test (1450 pesos instead of the usual 1700 found elsewhere) 48 hours before the flight.

The nurse taking care of the tests spoke an extremely good English, was ultra nice and made the process clear and easy.

Also, our results came in exactly when they were supposed to.

Nothing but a great experience, we would certainly go again!

I love this Clinic! The staff is incredible. I had to do a series of 18-20 hyperbaric treatments (managed by Antonio, an incredible lovely human being, very caring and helpful to explain the process). As well I needed to get vitals checked before and after, sometimes gauze changes and overall well-being check ups from the medical staff on duty almost daily for a month and I cannot have felt more comfortable! Each and every one is so kind. Elli, a nurse there just exudes beautiful vibes and always uplifting, the 3 doctors I met, two really lovely female docs, Dr. Anahí (& I’ll get the other’s name next time I go & update my review 😉) and a male doc, Dr Jaime, were all so kind with fantastic bed-side manner and ALWAYS greeted me by name daily! The front desk receptionist, Rosi, is also so helpful and courteous. Gosh, even the cleaning ladies walking by recognized me and would wave or smile and greet me every visit.

It’s also helpful to have the pharmacy right next door too! 😃 (they got to know my name too!)

And finally, my doctor, lifesaver and incredible aesthetic/cosmetic surgeon in the clinic is Dr. Yobal Díaz Pratz who has an office upstairs is an absolutely gem 💎 a very rare find and one of THE best surgeons I’ve ever met. He really cares about your recovery and is committed beginning to end to be sure you are 100%!

My love for Mexico is always growing after 14 years here, but this staff just goes to show you that the level of personal care here is awesome! Thank you all so much for the month and a half I’ve spend seeing you and the smiles on your faces daily I believe raised my spirits and helped me recover quicker. 🙏🏼😉

Got our PCR tests in less than 24 hours to come back to Canada.
Very good clinic, just call and book your appointment. ( They also speak English). And their prices are fair!

My 2 year old daughter had viral crop while on vocation - I kind of knew what it was because my other child had it 2 years ago but you never want that on your vocation... I looked up this place and end up taking a taxi here with my daughter. Front desk lady was very nice and spoke perfect English as well as a Dr Adriana. She examined my daughter and confirm it was a viral crop. While there they gave her a medicated gas mask to open up her airways and prescribed few other things to take over the next 5 days (which everything prescribed I bought at Walmart 15 min walk from clinic. They have a Pharmacy right at the clinic but they didnt have 1 of the prescriptions and I needed to go to Walmart anyway).
The very first night my daughter slept thru the whole night feeling way better and all of us were able to enjoy our vocation after that.
Dr Adriana was so nice that even gave us her cell phone # just in case we had prescription/dosage questions etc.
I end up paying under $100 for treatment and consultation at the clinic.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TRUSTWORTHY 24/7 CLINIC !!!

Great clinic. Went in twice for medical advice and both times I was not charged as the doctors on duty said it wasn’t a real consultation. I will definitely go ack.

i went in for a skin rash and i was seen within 5min (around 7pm). mkre than fai pricing, 35 USD if i remember correctly. It was transparently communicated right away and written on the infor board.
pharmacy next door door is also very convenient if you need any prescription.

Went yesterday for sinus infection. Clinic was clean and they were very helpful and made sure I understood instructions. Got medicine filled at pharmacy next door. Thank you for saving my vacation.

My friend and I had to get covid tests before going back to the states and this clinic was wonderful! Only 50 dollars for rapid test and you get results within 30 min. Was super clean and staff was so friendly!!

I went in for a last minute Covid test before our flight and they were able to take us in. It’s one of the few covid testing places in the area and the staff was super kind. The results came back within 2 hours.

I went to this urgent care a few times during my honeymoon. Their service was fast, affordable, and friendly. The staff spoke English. I highly recommend this urgent care center.

Went in for a killer sore throat and the service was quick, clear, everyone spoke my native tongue, English. Even a pharmacy attached so I could get any meds right there. Thank you team and Dr. Denise!

The staff speaks very good English and they do really try to help you. They also do not overcharge you. The prices are very reasonable. If you need further treatment they also can recommend you places to go.

Got my covid test here, these guys are professional and make the process as easy as possible, if your in Playa Del Carmen this is a great place to do COVID-19 testing

Nice people. Clean clinic. Got prescription for lady problems. In and out in 15 minutes. They speak good English also.
