Blanca Blue Restaurant

We stayed in Villa de Palmar and once reserved table here. The atmosphere was pretty quite and relaxing. Service quick. Not very large menu bud Food was very good. The tenderloin was just how it supposed to be. Ribeye was more medium well then medium rare but still good. Dessert was amazing.

He served us even when restaurant was almost closed and gave the best service the best food and overall the cuisine was great! the drinks were gorgeous! this is the best restaurant in the whole resort !!!!! I am very grateful to the owners for providing access to such great food for guests this is the best service the best food when I tasted before!!!! ❤❤❤❤🤗

This is really nice for Breakfast and dinner. We had our morning coffee and breakfast. If you haven’t try the Cupucino then you should try it. You won’t regret it. It was mine morning wake up every day the entire time we are here. Dinner is also very good here with really nice atmosphere. Staff is unbelievably friendly and wonderful. I love this place.

This was one of our favorite places. The food was very good and a nice selection. Fernando was an exceptional waiter.

This restaurant is fabulous. We eat here for breakfast every morning at our resort. The food and service are fantastic. They have a full continental breakfast as well as a menu to order off. Get the green juice, it is delicious!!!

Located right at the front of Garza Blanca towards the ocean, this restaurant has some of the best dining views. The food was very good, plenty of unique adventurous dishes if you like trying things you might not otherwise order unless you're on vacation at an all-inclusive. They did have a children's menu as well. We found with all the restaurants on the two properties, portions are pretty large, so if you like trying multiple appetizers or entrées try asking for half portions. We didn't learn this trick till the end of our stay.

Plane is for breakfast only. Otherwise it's an empty menu. Five items. Every day is the same. Long wait for the order (even there are only 5 items) and constantly messing up or forgetting to serve. Yet, tip is essential. I worldly be calling it a restaurant. It's a temporarily occupied space for a local vendor.

We had a great experience and what a beautiful restaurant. Started with a margarita while checking in with the hostess. Eduardo our waiter was fantastic! His knowledge and pallet to help us pick the right bottle of wine was on point. They serve made by the table guacamole that was delicious. He even brought out the chef after I was looking for something special off the menu.

The food is absolutely delicious. The service is amazing. The view is perfect.

I cannot recommend this gourmet modern mexican style restaurant inside the hotel Garza Blanca highly enough. The food, drinks, and service were all spectacular. Our server, Martin who is spectacular, recommended dishes and drinks for us and everything was excellent. We ordered Mayan coffee which was an experience since he brought out a cart and put on a show while making it. HIGHLY recommended.

they were amazing always attentive to detail wether there was any allergies. Definitely worth it. Food is so amazing definitely made this vacation one to remember from the restaurants to the room service.

The food was amazing and the service was even better! Antonio (our server) made the dinner extra special for my wife and I by preparing a special dessert for us. You should definitely as for Antonio when you go. And try the Mayan coffee!

The servers were fantastic, always ready to refill our drinks and take our orders, as well as make any adjustments to whatever food needed it (got some picky siblings so it was much appreciated), the food was outstanding as well with beautiful presentation! Would definitely go here again

Absolutely the best breakfast food and service on the resort! I don't have much else to say, it's just a great experience each time we go!
