We booked it at the very last minute, but they were very welcoming to us. We chose to do a cenote tour, and it was absolutely fun! We were the only English speakers in the group, and the guide came to explain things to us after explaining in Spanish. We visited four different cenotes in the area. We got picked up /dropped off in the downtown.

This experience was really good!
We took the tour to Tulum and casa tortuga, they gave us a guide tour at tulum, explaining the history, fun facts and real facts. The whole trip was amazing and our guide was really nice. After that we had lunch time at a buffet, they offered tacos (mole, Cochinita, chicken) and fresh water and finally we went to the cenotes which is an extraordinary adventure everyone should experience. Our guide was very friendly as well and we had time to take pictures and enjoy everything.
The whole trip finished at 3pm, so you can come back by yourself or wait the van to pick you up at 5:30pm and come back to swim at the cenotes. They’re really puntual so make sure to be always on time.

We had no issues in our Tulum Coba Cenote tour so can't say for the others but our guides were very nice and we did not lose any time anywhere. Omar was very nice and helpful too!

We just came back from Tulum and the easy tours was amazing! We rode the ATV, went kayaking, did ziplining and then visited the beautiful cenotes. Our guide Mawi was incredible so helpful and made the tour fun. Also, thank you to the wonderful photographer who captured the special moments of the trip!

Great tour, we did the one with the cenotes and the atvs (bring a bandana, it gets really dusty! otherwise you can buy one there). Crystal clear water and we had the cenotes to ourselves. Thanks to Paul for the cool pictures and videos and to the rest of the team :)

We used easy tours to book a trip to visit the cenotes of playa del Carmen. We had the best time! For a very reasonable price we were able to ride atvs through the jungle all the way to the cenotes. Our tour guide Sebastian was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We booked early in the morning and basically had a private tour due to it only being my fiancé and I. I highly recommend this experience!! Do be prepared for the drive to last a little longer. I recommend wearing tevas or chacos, sunglasses, and a face covering! The dirt roads are very dusty when riding the atvs. The store at the location also has these items for sale:)

I had a very good experience with this tour company. The price of the tour was reasonable. I was able to see the Mayan ruins in Tulum and Coba. Had a nice one hour break at the beach with great drinks and delicious fish tacos. Our tour guide Luis spoke English and German fluently and I was amazed how much knowledge he had. Overall, I would book with this company again.

PS. Unless you pay for a private tour, there will be multiple pick ups and drops offs. I did not mind this because I was able to get a peak into different areas and hotels/resorts.

The tour was great! 50 usd for an hour of guided tour in Chichén Itzá and 50 min of free time, an hour and 10 min visit to the ik'kil cenote and a 25 min visit of Valladolid. Additionally, an all you can eat buffet of 45 min was included. The only thing not included were the drinks at the all you can eat, which were still cheap at 35 Mexican pesos. The overall tour was really amazing and worth it. Nacho our guide spoke in Spanish, English and was quite entertaining. At the Chichén Itzá we got a different guide for the English speakers which was very good too and explained it all quite clearly.

Went on 2 tours over 2 days the ATV with zip lines, and finally a cenote. Second day was the pyramids and 2 cenotes. Marcos aka (Gato / gatito ) and our driver Jose are the best tons of knowledge and made sure we always felt comfortable and made sure we had enough time for photos and time in the cenotes. Will definitely recommend and come back and see them.

Our salesperson,: "El Principe", gave us a great price for our group of 8 people. We checked a few other tour places and they offered the exact same thing for a more expensive price. We had a great time in Isla Mujeres, the whole day was planned with endless drinks, a crew who was very attentive and fun. The only downside was the "buffet", it didn't have many options to choose from BUT I was expecting that since there were lots of people there. Recommended!

We booked two tours: Isla Mujeres and Chichen- Itza from Playa del Carmen. Both times the crew and guides were extremely helpful, fun and friendly. Everyone always made sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend :) For the boat trip to Isla Mujeres, Ventus crew were amazinggg!!! Excellent team :) As for Chichen- Itza, guide Eder and driver Alejandro were wonderful. Very friendly and welcoming!! Also prices for both tours were very reasonable ($65-$80/person) for a full day. Definitely booking again!!

We booked the tour to Isla Mujeres for 2 people with Daniel Jackson for a great price, was a good experience, they really had an open bar on board, buffet lunch and Snorkel, really good value for the price. Would recommend.

*THE BAD REVIEWS ARE WRONG*
I read all the bad reviews and was prepared for anything. Our group of 3 still thought it was the easiest tour to book , especially at 6pm the evening before but they said they could arrange the 650am pick up for the coba and cenotes tour. Really decent price for how much you get!!!
They picked us up on time in a nice van. We got to pay at the office so we can do card or cash.

They took us to the cenotes which I was expecting to be a crowded place, but it was actually a very remote one in the jungle. You get to ride an ATV which I had no idea about and it was SO SO SO fun. They take you to 3 and the guide is awesome. They also take photos but the complaints on here about inflated prices is wrong. It was not that much money so we purchased ours.

They do stop at a few tourist shops but it wasn't that many and if we didn't want to shop we sat on the curb and just enjoyed the sun. They also stop at places to take photos so it isn't for nothing. You also get a tequila tasting which was so good too. If you want to buy tequila save it for the hand made local place they take you to.

By the way in the morning only 1 other person joined our group so it was almost like a private tour.

We then transferred to a bus with others going to coba. Full bus but not crowded. The lunch was amazing and we were so hungry but the buffet had so much food and such good quality. The complaints about it being just rice and beans are wrong but also it's a staple dish....kinda ignorant I think.

After the food, coba!
Our guide was funny and friendly. The complaints about their English not being perfect are ignorant, learn Spanish or download your own tour from YouTube but the guide was able to tell us lots and we understood or asked when we didn't.

Only thing is we wanted coba to climb but it was closed with covid, but that was no fault of the company just a warning if you made it this far into the review that it might be closed still.

Overall the coba cenotes tour was worth every penny and I have no complaints

We met Javier on 5th Avenue in a rainstorm in Playa. He was very nice, not pushy, texted and called when I wanted to change my day. There were no issues with transportation or the staff at the location. The ATV and 3 cenotes were awesome, we had an amazing time and the staff made this interesting and funny. The guide was knowledgeable and told you how it was so just listen and you will be fine. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

Easy Tours Car rental
We rented the car here a few times during our stay. $35/per day (Chevrolet Spark), include liability insurance, deposit by credit card. The staff are nice and friendly, we had no issue. Recommend to take photo of the car inside/outside on pre-inspection. Use WhatsApp to check the car availability and price.

I thought this tour was really cool. There are a lot of negative reviews - I didn't really have a negative experience! No fraudulent credit charges, no missed pickups. Yes, it is a full day tour, but you know that up front! If you don't want to ride around on a tour bus all day, don't go! Having said that, I thought it was great! I loved the French lady and the guy who sold me the tour ticket.

I was one of the few English speakers on my trip. My tour guide (Pastor) gave the tour on the bus in English and Spanish, which I really enjoyed because it helped me practice my Spanish. He was super great and answered any questions I had. The food at the buffet lunch was delicious, the cenote was beautiful, Chichen Itza was interesting (they had arranged for us English speakers to join a group in English while the others had a Spanish tour). I have no complaints, thanks Eady Tours for giving us the opportunity to experience some of the treasures that the Yucatan has to offer!!
