What an amazing place! My husband and I enjoyed Casa Blanca, on a much needed, relaxing vacation. Quiet, calm, beautiful, close to beach and fun 5th Ave, safe, simply stunning! Mirna, Ivonne and Fili were exceptional, lovely people! Would recommend to anyone! Family getaways, couples, girls weekends, guys get aways, suitable for every adventure! Can't wait to visit again in the future! 💚🐠🌴🐚💚

If you are looking for a place to stay in Playa Del Carmen, or in the greater Cancun area, just STOP what you're doing, and Book this place right now!! (You will Not regret it). This place is by far the nicest Vacation Villa/ House not only in the area, but one of the nicest places I've ever stayed! From the moment you, and your group arrive at Casa Blanca you will all feel incredibly welcomed, cared for, and valued as a guest.

All the staff at Casa Blanca work in harmony together to make your vacation a truly unforgettable experience. (Worth EVERY penny). They make your stay so fun, enjoyable, and comfortable. From the daily maid & cleaning service (of the whole house!) by Mirna, to the fabulous & positively energetic House Manager: Ivonne, who's there for you for literally anything you need during the whole stay (and even before & after your stay!), to the Pool/ maintenance manager Fili, cleaning the pool and taking care of the outside grounds daily, to the awesome owner Curt, this staff is top notch!

This was my 2nd stay at Casa Blanca, and hopefully through my Review here you can tell how fantastic this place is, and you should book it now while you can! (This place fills up fast, and for good reason!). We love this place so much we will be returning guests for years to come...

We have had the pleasure of staying at Casa Blanca many times over the past decade. Once again, it was a great experience! The spacious home with four well-appointed bedrooms, the relaxing pool and the location just steps away from the beach are truly second to none! The incredible, hard working staff took care of everything we asked for and spoiled us again, as they always do. Ivonne, home manager, provided some great ideas for activities. including a day trip to an exclusive beach, a trip to a private cenote (natural spring), as well as arranging for bikes for our family, which we used daily. During this recent trip we enjoyed our time on the bicycles, riding them into town every day for restaurant dining, shopping and exploring excursions. If you get a chance, book Ilios Greek restaurant for an entertaining meal out. Great fun! Highly recommend staying at the beautiful Casa Blanca in Playa del Carmen!

It's tough to find a place to start explaining how wonderful our week here was. Everything I expected and so much more! We were a group of 6 women and that's a tall order to please us all but your staff succeeded and went above and beyond expectations! We celebrated my 50th birthday and arranged a wedding at the house for a couple that had been together for over 35 years but chose this trip to make it "official!" We used the Marias for several meals and everything they made was fantastic, fresh, and delicious! Whatever Ivonne makes it just is not enough! Whatever we had questions about she was quick to answer either by text or just showing up in person! Irma was there every day and we didn't even know she was there. She was so quiet and tried to stay out of everyone's way and clean around us and she did an amazing job! Honestly, that house stayed cleaner than the 5-star resort we normally visit!

The house is so impressive and is spaced perfectly to accommodate multiple couples and still maintain privacy. The furniture is beautiful and in great shape with very little wear and tear if any. We are all from Houston, Texas and our Astros won the World Series while we were there thanks to you having American cable we were able to watch the game at the house. The Sonos sound system is such a nice touch! We enjoyed it every day in the house and out by the pool. The house is so close to the beach we were connected to the WiFi when we were on the beach!

Last, but not least of all, Fili is a gem! Waking up every morning and enjoying my coffee with him and his huge smile while he was cleaning the pool was a great start to my day. He made sure he delivered our ice at the same time every morning along with whatever else we asked him to get us. Your staff works so well together that it's clear they all really like working together and that's so rare and important! We all developed relationships with all of them individually and they're amazing!

We are all planning our next visit to this beautiful house and pray that Ivonne, Irma, and Fili are still there when we do. If I may be so bold as to offer a suggestion that would improve your future guests' comfort...Please think about getting a couple of ceiling fans or hung box fans on the outdoor patio. It would help so much with the mosquitos as well as help keep people cool when there's no breeze.

Wonderful experience! Best place to stay in Playa! Would strongly recommend staying here, great for a large group. Literally steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world! House was well maintained, Well taken care of, and we felt like royalty staying here with the way we were treated! We will be returning!

Our family has visited Casa Blanca twice and it's been nothing short of wonderful. The location is absolutely perfect as you can walk to restaurants and shopping within 15 min. The beach is within view and about a 50 yards from the house. The staff and amenities are top notch and the pool is a true bonus. The house is homey and very comfortable for all. Great memories have been made every time. The house truly has everything you need in a vacation rental and we love it. Thanks Casa Blanca, we'll see you again soon.

Casa Blanca is the most amazing home steps from the beach. The staff is so helpful. Between the transportation from the airport, the maid service, the friendly property management, the homeowners diligent communication, I don't think we could have asked for anything more. The home even came with a 16 page guide book which included many recommendations for restaurants, activities, and more. Playa's main strip on fifth ave is a short walk through the gated community, and there are neighborhood security officers patrolling the neighborhood 24/7. Casa Blanca is a dream, we can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful time staying at Casa Blanca! The location is exquisite--right near the beach with gorgeous rooftop views. Close to town for shopping and dining.
The house itself is very comfortable and welcoming, with lots of space for outdoor entertaining and a super friendly staff.

Casa Blanca is a wonderful place for a vacation in Playa Del Carmen. We have stayed in Playa many times and this is by far the best home. Only a few steps from the beach, private pool and custom interior will makes this vacation home a 5 star rental. The owner Curt and his staff are always available when needed.

We spent almost a week in Casa Blanca in January 2018. It was like no other home or experience we have had as a family. The beach was literally steps away and with a (3,5,7), we were able to carry lawn chairs and enjoy the day. Veronica is the liaison and she was with us every step. From airport transportation to maid service to tours, she was the foundation to our trip. If there is one thing I would recommend while staying--have Veronica's chef come in and cook for you--initially, we had her come to cook the day we arrived so we wouldn't have tired children in a restaurant but after one meal, we knew we needed to keep her. Her prices are incredibly affordable and all the food authentic.

Back to the house. We had 4 adults and 5 children staying and we felt like we had plenty of space. The pool allowed my younger children to learn how to snorkel and the spacing of the bedrooms allowed each family their privacy. There is AC, which was a lifesaver after a humid day and everything that you need to live is there.

We won't stay anywhere else when we come to Playa.

I am a VRBO employee and I stayed at the Casa Blanca beach house with 12 people to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Everything about the house and our stay was exceptional, and if I could rate the house and staff with more than 5 stars, I would! Casa Blanca itself is a stunning house, with 4 well-decorated, large bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a spacious living room and an updated kitchen. It is located in a private, safe and ideal location—right next to a semi-private beach, the Cozumel ferry port and all the 5th street action (food and bars). The house was truly incredible, but what made our stay superior to all other rental experiences I have had, was the staff. Curt, the owner of the house, was so accommodating, friendly and easy to communicate with. Alberto, the house manager, greeted us upon arrival and had decorated the house with birthday decorations and flowers—and had even given my husband a bottle of tequila as a birthday gift (talk about hospitality!). We had arranged to have a chef come in the first night to cook a traditional Mexican meal, and the food and fresh margaritas were prepared when we arrived! We felt like celebrities as the staff welcomed us with open arms, served us in the house and provided us with such an incredible first impression of Mexico. There were also maids that came to the house every day to help clean and do our laundry, which was great considering we had such a large group! The remaining time at the house was perfect, as we frequently swam in the ocean, the private pool and BBQ’d in the backyard. Overall, I could not have wished for a better stay in Playa del Carmen—Curt, Alberto and the rest of the staff really went above and beyond to help plan the perfect vacation for my husband and our friends—and they succeeded. I would HIGHLY recommend Casa Blanca to anyone that is interested in a beautiful home with exceptional service

Loved our time at Casa Blanca Beach House!! It was absolutely heavenly!! We had all the comforts of home and the beautiful beach is just a few steps away! It was easy for us to get into town to shop, have drinks and dinner. This is the best vacation destination in Playa del Carmen!

Casa Blanca Beach House is a wonderful home. We were lucky enough to stay there for my wife's 40th birthday and we had a great time! The home is exceptionally accommodated with everything you need, just like you were at home. The pool is fantastic and is a block away from the beach. It is also a short walk to 5th Street where all the shops and restaurants are. We also had a catered meal the first night we were there and had the fridge stocked with food and beverages. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Playa. We will be back!!

I have stayed at Casa Blanca many times in the past 15 years with family and friends. Casa Blanca is always exceptionally maintained and surpasses our expectations. Our most recent trip this winter, the house had been totally remodeled and updated. Casa Blanca is the nicest property in Playa del Carmen!

We had the best time! The home had plenty of space to offer privacy to multiple couples. The location was perfect, just steps to the beach but set back enough to avoid commotion from beach goers. The staff, Julian in particular, was truly fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable. We arrived to a fully stocked kitchen with our requested food and drinks. We also had a wonderful meal prepared by the chef, and wished we would have arranged for her to cook for us for more than one night. If you add this service I would suggest doing so early in your stay because we had plenty of leftovers, which were great heated up for lunch. You will love your stay here, the house and location are amazing, I can't wait to go back!

This home is absolutely amazing. Starting with the proximity to the beach; the remodeled home with premium bedding.beautiful furniture choices. The remodeled kitchen. It is as 5 star as you can get! The short walk or bike ride into town! The owners have people that take care of this home like it belongs to them. Simply stunning property!
