There are 4 different hotels in Mayakoba, (means city in the water) Fairmont, which is more for families, Banyan tree, which is for couples, Andaz which is the less expensive in this area, and Rosewood which is a high end hotel.
Several of them have private houses on rent in case you have a numerous party.

There’s a nature trail all over the property, and you can find a cenote on the trail, also you can navegate their channels or do kayaking.

They have the best golf course in MX, which has several views of different ecosystems. You can also find a Cenote in one of the holes.

Como dice su nombre será una ciudad completa con transporte público, hospitales y escuelas.
La verdad es que es excesivamente grande y puedes llegar a perderte.
En si el lugar está bastante bien cuidado y creo que vale la pena echarle un vistazo, ya sea para rentar, comprar o buscar alojamiento (Airbnb).

Hermoso lugar para visitar Playa del Carmen. Eso si se necesita auto pues es muy grande

Esta muy bonito, un lugar excelente para vivir, claro que es indispensable contar con transporte y el uso de mucho repelente xk esta en medio de la selva. Siempre muy limpio y super seguro

Actualmente estoy laborando en esta zona y he observado que es un lugar muy hermoso para vivir, si pudiera adquirir una propiedad en Ciudad Maya Cobá, sería maravilloso ya que estaría enmedio de la selva maya...canto de pájaros, el ambiente natural y más y más... saludos!

Un lugar muy bueno para hacer dinero, El Sr Juan Carlos de España recibió sobornos de este proyecto, seguro saldrá algo más sucio por algo podrá pisar la cárcel y OHL está empantanado todo lo que construye, suerte inversionistas! Muy interesante lugar

En México hay pocos lugares para vivir con la infraestructura de está que va a ser una ciudad hoy por hoy cuenta con riego subterráneo para todos los manglares que tiene adornando los entornos de las casas que por norma deben de ser casas de cierta medida y con facilidades especiales como no bardas altas los terrenos de algunas cuadras tienen acceso a un andador atrás de la misma con 5 mts de manglar libre y lo maravilloso es que todas las mañanas hay una gran cantidad de aves como cotorros guacamayas bien te ves (pajaritos bellisimos) todos cantando recibiendo el nuevo día si te fijas bien puedes cruzarte con una iguana y si en la noche te toca lluvia es hermoso oír el canto de las ranas y sapos en fin en naturaleza NO PARAMOS dentro de está ciudad habrá una universidad de Miami y un hospital americano contará con centro comercial que n fin VALE LA PENA VISITARLA
