Excelente servicios

Walked 5 extra blocks to go to this lavanderia based on their excellent reviews, and had high hopes. Took a written inventory of all the items in my bag. Dropped off around 10am, done around 6pm same day. Clothes were clean and in good shape. Lo and behold… pair of pants missing…,, and they happen to be a brand new pair of Columbia hiking pants. Went back, they indicated they did not have them, but return tomorrow to check again. Returned the next day… nada, still not there, and just kept stating they gave me back what I brought. No sorry, no nada.

Do not recommend….

Una pena ya que el servicio de lavado es muy bueno pero nos desaparecieron 2 camisetas misteriosamente de la ropa que llevamos a lavar y se hicieron los desentendidos asi que ya no vamos a volver. Lamentablemente que se aprovechen de la confianza de la gente que les da de comer.

He acudido varias veces a ésta lavandería y me perdieron un pantalón y calcetines, al igual que me mandaban ropa que no era mía.....súper mala onda reclamé y no me dieron solución....no recomiendo éste lugar. Por mi parte no volveré

Su báscula no sirve, y cuando les hice el comentario ya que decidí llevar la misma ropa a otra lavandería, la señora se puso a la defensiva, me corrió y me dijo que no le importaba.
