Fiesta Inn Playa del Carmen

I have stayed at this hotel 2x and the hospitality is great. The staff were nice and the cleaners were great. I would say the cleaners could do a better job sweeping, I was at the beach a lot and so there was lots of sand on the ground. Other than that everyone was super great! I would stay again, also it is located in a great area and walkable.

We had a grateful stay at Fiesta Inn. Great location and helpful staff, specially to the concierge Javier. He was always ready to help and was very polite.

Excellent hotel to stay in Playa del Carmen. Location is perfect, away from the noisy bars or clubs but still close to 5a avenida. Rooms are spacious, comfortable beds, good AC, room was also all done cleaned whenever we came back in the afternoons after a day out. No issues with WiFi signal. My teenage kids had lots of fun at the Rooftop swimming pool. Excellent customer service from the front desk to staff by the upstairs bar. Definitely recommend it.

Javier was excellent!! He greeted us every time we walked in and offered to be of assistance. He made sure to ask us if we needed anything and if we knew where we were going and how to get there. He is truly one of a kind and is a great asset to this hotel. Thanks again for an amazing stay!!

Nice Hotel. Great location in the heart of Playa del Carmen, close by the famous 5th avenue and 2 blocks from the beach!

Fiesta Inn has been a go-to hotel for me when coming to México, no matter which area. I know it will be clean, and have A/C, a bed, a restaurant, a pool, and a bar. This one is only a few blocks away from the beach and about a block away from Avenida 5ta which is where you can find many shops, bars, and restaurants. Overall a nice experience.

Awesome business hotel, with exceptionally friendly staff. The beds were great, i slept very well and couldn't feel any movements from my partner. The rooftop infinity pool has an amazing view and the whole hotel is kept very clean. There is a gym and free water at the front desk. The rooms are decent size and air conditioned. The bathrooms are clean but there is only a rain shower so get a shower cap for non hair wash days.

Only point to improve is that the water bottles are tiny and generates a lot of plastic waste. Bigger bottles or a water filter near reception would help be more eco friendly.

My husband and I spent a week in Playa staying at the Fiesta Inn and the hotel was fantastic. Close enough to the main street but still with enough distance to not feel disrupted by the noise. The two pools were great, and the sunset from the top was beautiful. Would recommend and would stay again next time we are in Playa!

Victoria and Karla were outstanding and really went above and beyond to make our room into a special romantic spot (see photos!!!). The staff in general here are amazing and friendly.

We loved the location as well. Close to a lot of great food, very central. Nice rooftop pool and gym, tropical sitting area on floor 1, and very clean!

It’s located within a short walk to a free outdoor athletic complex and to the beach. The staff can help you get a discount for chairs at one of the clubs: we went to Martina’s.

Would definitely come back. Five stars. :)

This hotel is perfectly located in Playa del Carmen. Its away from the buzz of 5th avenue,it is close to an Oxxo, laundromat, pharmacy, doctor, close to a variety of restaurants and 5 min walk to the beach. The staff are helpful.

I have stayed at this hotel twice. The hotel is clean and comfortable, very close to the 5th avenue and the beach. Is small that you they get to know you and your needs but big enough that you don't feel like you are the only guest. But the main reason I would advice everybody staying in Playa would be the service people at this hotel are great. They are the most attentive, warmth, friendly personnel that I have ever encounter at a hotel. And is not only because the Mexican warmth/friendliness, they really care about the guest and their needs.

Comfy place to stay and enjoy your vacations. Looks like everything works in this hotel and it’s clean. Staff are very nice and location is great, just a few steps of 5th AV.
They can improve by installing a fridge in the rooms but everything else it’s fine. Thanks Natalia for making sure everything was ok for us.

Great Hotel and very good location.

Fiesta Inn is an amazing place to spend your vacation! The hotel is clean inside and out. The rooms and beds are comfortable and quiet. Everything works as it should. Gym has everything you need. The roof too pool and service is awesome! Beach is a few blocks away. Laundry is a cross the street. 7-11 and OXXO are a 30 second walk and good foodie spots are a hop skip and a jump away! Get it!! 🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽

This is my second trip to Playa Del Carmen in the last 30 days. I spent the first trip solo here at Fiesta Inn, and this time I brought my youngest daughter with me :)

The staff is so nice and very helpful. Truly love the people here. Special thanks to Victoria ❤ at the front desk. Nathalia’s customer service is above and beyond, and my guy Javier that mans the lobby is a gem. Thank you all 🙌

Oh one more thing! If you like chocolate cake!!! Get a slice. You won’t regret it! 😁

We had a great time! I was really impressed with this hotel. I wasn't expecting much but the Fiesta Inn was great. Great location, friendly staff and fun rooftop pool and bar! We spent one day at the rooftop bar as you can see in the drone shot I captured. You can watch the entire stay on YouTube by searching for our channel Alex & Erika. We rented a convention room for 60 ppl for our business meetup in Feb.
They made sure we didnt run out of anything. We had ppl stay there and they were happy with their rooms.

Service here was excellent. Great location. Super clean hotel! The 2 pools upstairs made it really worth it. Lots of lounging area. Would stay here again.

This is your best choice for a chain hotel in the best location of Playa del Carmen. If you dont want to have "surprises" at any Airbnb or boutique no name hotel.....play safe and stay here. This a Mexican business hotel chain but they have a hybrid atmosphere being in Playa. No hussle for parking (they have tons of space underground). Standard services and they have two wonderful rooftop pools with drinks and snack service.

The hotel was very clean. Everybody was helpful every time i needed help. Javier helped me a lot to find places to go. The bed was comfortable, the room and pool were clean. They also have computers to the lobby for customers to use.

Our stay was very nice. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful with addressing our needs while visiting Playa. Food was great and the hotel is one block from 5th street. Tony is one of the hostees that has been there for a few years, He is very helpful and friendly. He will take great care of you.
