The police on the street directed me here after I reported the theft at our car parked on the street. The ladies here are very helpful to create a theft report for us that we needed for an insurance claim. Typically only filed Mon-Fri 8am-3pm, you may be able to plead for an exception if it’s the weekend and you have a flight the next day.
They do not speak English at all so come with the Google translate app if you need it, download offline access for Spanish. What I did was translate ahead of time a summary of the theft, bullets points on time, location, items and all details possible. Ideally the name of the police officer you had spoken to prior, case number, etc. be concise, but as detailed as possible!
For a certified copy of the report, you will be directed to the Chedraui supermarket down the street to pay $147 pesos.
Allow an hour or longer for this process.

Excelente es súper rápido el trámite en 10 minutos ya estaba fuera, lo único es que la entrega de antecedentes es a las 3 pm en adelante

1. Puedes pagar con tarjeta de débito y crédito que sean afiliados a visa .
2. Para pagar debes de llevar la copia de la curp actualizada y comprobante de domicilio.
3. En el mismo lugar te sacan la foto por lo que no es necesario tomartela las fotos tamaño infantil
4. El trámite es personal

Se cambió la oficina para sacar los antecedentes penales ..está ahora en justo la esquina . Atienden rápido. Hay que llevar todos los requisitos . Y el pago echó por el banco

En general hay buen servicio, aunque hay una o dos personas que simplemente no les agrada trabajar aquí y se desquitan con uno. Edito: tuve que realizar más trámites, el agente del ministerio se ha portado de lo mejor. Excelente trato.

Alguien sabe si en días festivos (Hoy) puedo generar mi carta antecedentes penales?

Aquí tramitas los Antecedentes No Penales y si llevas toda la documentación desde tu primera visita el trámite no dura ni 5 minutos.

Una buena atención. Dos brasileños tuvieron contratiempos y obtuvimos una buena atencionnpor parte del personal.
