The Royal Haciendas All Suites Resort & Spa

Perfect vacation! Atmosphere was relaxing and the food was delicious! We enjoyed the Italian restaurant and the Habachi restaurant was very entertaining. We did use room service once during the week. The food was delicious and hot and delivered within 20 minutes. Our Concierge, Smith was fantastic. The flower gardens were stunning and the sound of the waterfalls throughout the grounds were so relaxing. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay here. Right from our arrival until our departure the staff was amazing. We arrived early with a special needs child desperate to swim and they went out of their way to find us a room so we could check in right away. Food was amazing. So many activities for all. Highly recommend! Also, my daughter bumped her head on the pool and we learned that they have medical on site, which was very convenient!

Outstanding resort on the beach. Very nice recently renovated room. Grounds are phenomenal and meticulously maintained. Food was good and plenty of options. All staff was great and they have a “bird control” unit, so you do t see the usual birds during the day in your plates and tables around the pool. Love it!

Very nice resort in the quieter beach in Riviera Maya. Excellent facilities, lot of daily activities and wonderfully helpful staff made our stay very memorable. All the staff, especially the activity staff, bellboys, room attendants as well as the front desk and concierges make the stay exceptional and very enjoyable

Fantastic resort, well kept, service amazing. Food is really good, from the grills to the buffets, and the pizza restaurant open in the evenings. The featured restaurants are excellent too. Rooms and washrooms are excellent, great showers. Would definitely consider returning.

Excellent place to stay for a relaxing time with many activities and options. Staff was very welcoming and the place is spotless. Rooms were immaculate. There is plenty of space to move between pools, beaches and hangout places. Lots of restaurants to pick from. Prices for a-la carte were reasonable and expected. We felt safe and relaxed. We enjoyed visiting the onsite market and gift shop. I would recommend this location to those who like a laid-back, quieter atmosphere. My only pieces of notice are the extreme hardness of the mattresses (gave me a hip ache) and loudness of the central room fans. Other than that, the rooms were fantastic. I couldn't hear anyone in other rooms our our guests in their adjoining room. Will definitely return here as it feelslike paradise every day..

This is our second time here and we love the hotel and the spa massages are amazing! Also the food you can’t beat it! definitely recommend! The premises are always immaculate as well!

Everything in this resort was perfect. Staffs were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Rooms were super clean and food were nice. I really recommend to try pizza and Asian style restaurant there

My family and I spent this pass Labor Day week 2023 at the Royal Haciendas phase 1.
It was absolutely amazing. I want to go back already.
Our beautiful concierge, Mariana P. was so patient, informative, and kind.
My mother had celebrated her birthday this week. Mariana had the room decorated with a cute birthday cake made of towels, some confetti 🎊, balloons as well as a nice little basket with Mexican chocolate and candies. It was very thoughtful and a selfless act on her part. My mom was so happy and surprised.

The only recommendation I would suggest is to also consider higher toilets. We had a couple disabled people in our group, and the extremely low toilets weren't great for people with any mobility issues.
Also, the shower heads in the unit C322 really need some attention whenever maintenance comes through. The sprayers weren't spraying correctly on any setting it had. And the water pressure was very weak.
However, we were comfortable in our villa.
The hot tub/jacuzzi was the so 🔥.
Room service service was good.
Restaurants were good.

Love that this resort is more family/kid friendly. But don't forget about the elderly and/or disabled folks who want to enjoy your beautiful resort.

Lastly, I rented a mobilty scooter from the market, which I thought was so convenient since it was available on site. My only dislike is...if I'm going to rent($$$) a scooter for a week from you, it should be allowed to leave the resort. I was limited because of this. I feel that had I paid about $40 bucks more from an offsite business than I could've had the ability to disassemble the scooter and take a trip down to 5th Ave.

All in all, this place is great! We definitely would recommend this resort to anyone looking to visit Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. 😎 I will definitely be there again.

Ideal location next to playa del Carmen. Currently if you rent from an owner you don't have to get the all inclusive package. This means you can pay for what you need or use. We eat in playa del Carmen several times. The restaurants are in walking distance.

We have been going to The Royal Haciendas for many years. Staff members are attentive and professionals always willing to make you feel at home. That is one of the reason we go back every year.
The resort is beautiful. Joe, Sixto, Mireya, Alfredo, Rubén, Mirza. Thank you for making us feel at home.

Nice hotel where we were able to have an all inclusive part of the hotel is hotel and part condos. Great service great location excellent food.

Great place for a vacation that you can make your own. The days we stayed in the resort, we really enjoyed the activities like yoga, aqua dance, trivia, and pickleball with staff members Ilyana and Charlie. They were so great and really made our trip enjoyable. Alfredo Salvatierra in the Members Lounge helped us so much with some printing that we needed, and making sure we had seats on the shuttle. He really went above and beyond for us. The shuttle goes to 5th avenue in Playa del Carmen. It is free one way and you pay a couple dollars to get back. Totally worth it. The whole week was an amazing experience and we can't wait to be back.

Great week for a family with young kids. They didn't participate in the kids club very much but had a great time swimming and doing other activities. The resort is quiet after 10pm which was perfect for us. Evenings sitting on the balcony having (more) drinks while kids slept. Food was great and there were lots of options which made feeding our kids easy. Pool and beach side service made lunch/snacks way too convenient. The staff are all amazing and happy to help with anything. Thomas Moore was easy for airport pickup and return and we also booked an excursion to Tulum with them.

Great stay with friendly staff, great facilities, and an oversell beautiful resort. The pools were amazing, the pool bar and service. The food was great.

We enjoyed our 12 night suite stay so much we decided to join their resort "time share" program.

The beach was a little underwhelming, but this was made up for with great pools.

Highly recommended, especially at this time of year where you can get a great price (17Sept - 29Sept).

Been coming here at least once a year since 2007, never regretted it. Grounds are immaculate, food is great, villas are spacious and comfortable, service is outstanding.

We had an amazing time. The resort is beautiful. I enjoyed the pools and especially the lap pool because I'm a swimmer. The staff couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. The food is delicious and plentiful. The beach was lovely. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious. And the housekeeping was excellent. I only have the best things to say about this resort and highly recommend it. I can't wait to come back.

Resort was very clean and well decorated. The food was very good. The staff was amazing. They were very accommodating and quick to provide whatever was requested. The pool area and beach area were great. There was no seaweed issue, thanks to their control and cleanup measures. The only negative was the nightime entertainment. There wasn't very much. The Mexico Night show was great. But the Rock and Roll night show was not very good and much too loud for a dinner show. Other than that, everything was great and I would highly recommend staying at the Royal Haciendas in Playa del Carmen. We had the two bedroom suite. And it comfortably accommodated the 5 of us.

The staff goes above & beyond in being hospitable, courteous and obliging. The food is great, rooms are well furnished and clean, and the room service is diligent. It’s ocean front but has a couple pools with swim up bars. The sargassum was a serious challenge for them but it’s not at all the resorts fault. If anything it was just another testament to the hard working employees who were up early cleaning the beaches. The facilities are great, but it’s their staff that makes it extraordinary.
