Hotel Labnah Playa Del Carmen

From the moment we checked in we felt very welcome and at home. The staff here are caring and consistently looking to help. The room we stayed at was on the top floor overlooking 5 Ave. We expected there wouldn't be a moments peace since it's the busiest and loudist at night. For that we will make sure the next time we stay, to select a room facing the courtyard. Otherwise we noticed that despite the simplicity of the rooms, our overall stay was enjoyable, we were greeted every day with enthusiasm.

What a place good value in the heart of 5th Ave. We have been back several times and it is a very good, consistent and freindly property with excellant location. It's our first choice on our trips to Playa

A very good start of our honeymoon! Very friendly and good staff who truely did their best for us. Breakfast is in other hotel two blocks away, is also very good. Quiet area, directly on the beach. Pool is nice and cool. Don't know why they have only 2 stars, we would definitely come back!!

Great value for money. Super clean lobby and room with a spacious private balcony. Ocean view from the first floor isn't perfect but can't really be better at this price point. Beautiful garden and small pool. Good WiFi, AC, and hot/cold water. Fridge, toiletries, and hairdryer are provided. Tons of cable TV channels, including in English and German. Perfect location away from the noise of 5th but walking distance to everything. Check in was smooth and the staff are really friendly. Highly recommended. Gracias!

Fabulous location - a stone's throw from the beach and from La Quinta - but really quiet at night. We had a glorious view of the ocean from our room and a balcony big enough to enjoy. Great value for money!

This was my view for 7 days last year.... its a 3 min walk from the hotel to the beach. I will definitely stay there again !!

all those bad reviews are FAKE...I'm sure. My 6th time in Playa my first time here. For the price you will not find better. its clean . location is amazing Staff so friendly and the view on Ocean just fabulous. I love Casa Tucan. Hulku. Acuario..Pensio San Juan. but this one Wow. thank you to all the staff

awesome place. been going for at least 10 years. very clean, very helpful, and the best thing is that the beach is half a block away. The owner is on the property and about two of the employees have been there forever.

Me atendieron súper bien en recepción sobretodo Aldahir me ayudó muy bien por ser personas de la tercera edad puedes preguntar y no se molestan son bien atentos

Tout y est. L'emplacement à proximité de la plage et de la 15eme avenue. La piscine et le jacuzzi. La chambre avec balcon, air conditionné, ventilateur, frigo, réservoir d'eau potable. Possibilité d'emprunter gratuitement une serviette de plage. Personnel très serviable.
Le seul défaut est la mauvaise isolation du bruit et donc il est difficile de s'endormir à cause de l'animation à proximité dans la 15eme avenue.

Estuve 20 noches en marzo del 2019. Hotel muy bien ubicado. A metros de la quinta avenida y unos pasos de la playa ( aunque esa playa no es linda). A pocas cuadras paran las combis que te llevan a todas las playas, cenotes y demas atracciones. Tambien esta cerca la terminal de autobus ADO q te lleva hacia el aeropuerto a costo conveniente. El hotel tiene hasta 3 pisos y no tiene ascensor. Tiene montacarga para las valijas. Todo muy prolijo, pintado y limpio. Muy lindo el hidromasaje q esta en la terraza del seguno piso . El desayuno bien, jugo de naranja exprim, cafe , te, pan lactal y de salvado, cereales, yogurt, jamon, queso, mermelada, manteca, tazon con fruta. Se paga aparte. La habitacion standard con vista a la ciudad no tiene televisor ni frigobar ni balcon pero es muy luminosa x lo menos las del ultimo piso y esta super prolija y limpia. Realmente muy bien para el precio q pagamos. Tambien en el ultimo piso hay una terraza preciosa con mesas y sillas. Si bien esas habitaciones dan a la quinta avenida, el ruido merma a las 12 de la noche q ya estan cerrados la mayoria de los negocios. He podido descansar sin problemas. Lo q si le falta es cambiar las toallas y toallones q se notan muy desgastados. La atencion de la recepcion fue excelente. Muy amables todos. Recomiendo este hotel. Precio y calidad.
