Fabiola Condo Hotel

This Condo hotel is very well decorated, feels quite Mexico. The staffs are very friedly and helpful. The location is great, walkable to beach, to FIFTH AVENUE, and to ADO terminal. Tons of restaurants nearby. The room is big, nice and clean, the only shortcome is our room facing 15th Avenue, a bit noisy. Everything else is so satisfied. Playa Del Carmen is a nice place to stay, we will definitely come back.

Probably the best hotel in playa del carmen. Our stay was amazing. Big rooms, big beds, amazing service. Would definitely stay here again. Only one cockroach encounter in the bedroom but i'll consider this bad luck. Everything was really clean.

Phenomenal location and such a fancy hotel, we couldn’t get over how nice it was for the price.

I'm going to focus on things other reviews don't tell you. We stayed in the attic apartment. It was huge for the three of us. There were 3 parts of the roof balcony. The plants were so beautiful they looked fake. There were lounge chairs in one area free standing (not inthe pictures), a table and chairs, lounge chairs built in to the walls., and a couch area. We found a water spigot to rinse the sand off our feet which was a nice surprise. Inside was clean and had high ceilings and was way bigger than the pictures make it look like. We had a full size fridge and the kitchen had everything we needed. The whole hotel inside and out smelled like Hawaiian flowers the whole time it was delightful. The staff was so nice and helpful. They give you giant towels for the beach and the pool. We stayed 10 nights and they cleaned almost every day we went somewhere for a few hours. They are also meticulous about everywhere else.. we felt safe and our belongings were safe not one thing dissapeared even expensive electronics were left out. We never locked the door at night there are cameras everywhere. I felt safer there then I would staying in our home state of Colorado. Some of the best restaurants were less than a 5 min walk. The location couldn't of been better. I was worried about noise but it was just fine. Coco bongo was a block away and we never heard a peep. The only thing I heard was the church bell in morning at 730 and 8 but it was a nice alarm clock to start our day. Plenty of outlets and tv in english. The pool was cool but very easy to get used to. The hotel was the best. I didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic place to stay. The location is superb; 5 minutes to the beach, and restaurants and bars are very close. The staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I have really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone.

Oh and it smells so great inside...

Stayed at this hotel about a month ago and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay near 5. Friendly customer service, clean rooms, and security guard stays downstairs and guards all night. The only negative thing I have to stay about this place is that the wi-fi is slow. However, once I called downstairs the front attendant came to the room and was friendly and helped me solve this issue. A big shout out to Nayeil!! (Front attendant) girl who is still helping me with the refund of a misplaced hotel key. Great hotel!! for a reasonable price!!! Look no further.

Great price on a clean and quiet room near the center of the busiest tourist and local bar scene just a few blocks from the beach.

I got a room with a double bed, smaller 27" TV, desk area, large closet and a pantry. My room didn't have a bath or a towel bar, but a spacious walk in shower, and a full budet not just a fancy toilet seat. It also has a kitchen / dining room equipped with a small 4 burner gas range, oven, microwave, toaster, sink, and something I've never seen the likes of that I think is a drip coffee maker. If I was a coffee drinker, I would probably enjoy the challenge of figuring it out after I get my morning coffee from the Starbucks down the street. The pantry even contains pots, frying pan, cutting board, utensils, and dishes... even a corkscrew and strainer.

The kitchen/dining room are separated from the bedroom with a door and the bathroom has a door as well, so I actually got what some places call a two or three room suite in a hotel with a cozy pool courtyard for a price that Tom Bodet couldn't touch.

If I can come up with a reason to return to Playa del Carmen, I'll be most likely staying here.

Love my stay here (one more night). Been here several days. Very safe, comfortable, the front desk is very helpful and the pool area is super nice. Location is great. Close to the party but far enough to be quiet.

The studios is great for a couple of nights stay, but a little small for longer stays. It's near the bar/restaurant/ touristy area and just 10 minutes walk to the beach. The pool area is small but beautiful. The only thing I really miss is somewhere to put my wet towel...

Everything was perfect.
Quiet at night, but 2-5 min from 5th Avenue, Walmart and ADO bus station. Personal are outstanding.
We have some problems, but they solved it for us in the best way. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place!! Courteous staff. It is very near to the bar street but away from the chaos..it is so peaceful here.it has most amazing home decor stuff and every thing has been together so nicely that you almost wish that it was your home..:)

Great place to stay in Playa del Carmen. Rooms are spacious, super clean and it's close to city center and the beach. The interior also looks very good.

It was a very good address in the center of Playa del Carmen, but without noise. Very good situation near the beaches, the 5th Avenue and a supermarket. The maintenance staff is very nice and serious.

Very clean room for a good price.. walking distance to alot of good food… very big there apartments.. I left my passport n they contacted me it was there

Great penthouse. Missing a few little things but overall a fabulouse gem just off the busy 5th ave but close enough to enjoy it.

Nice, clean, friendly and helpful staff. The only issue we had was the WiFi was weak, but usable.
