Went for a massage and hydrotherapy session
They give a robe and locker to put your stuff you get escorted to the Japanese meets India hydrotherapy room. You get a salt scrub for your steam room session and and a frozen face towel with essential oil for the sauna part
Hydrotherapy was alright need to be slightly warmer but jets work good there is a longer pool for floating or relaxing and some chairs. They offer diff et beverages and teas and also nuts and cranberries if you want any.
I came for the massage the hydro was a bonus because the massage with Gino was amazing!!!! I have not had a good massage in Mexico ever cheap yes good never until this guy I felt so relaxed as his hand just turned me to butter He is worth every penny and the 80 mins did not fly by at all and I feel so relaxed and chill after wards great way to end your day

We did the spa. Hydrotherapy 90 min and a 80 min massage. It was great! Clean, private great customer service. Staff will check on you frequently while doing the hydrotherapy. Chlorophyll water and teas are available. Great new experience for us. Highly recommend!!!!

The hotel is close to everything but at the same time away from the noisy bars, it is perfect for a quiet holiday.

The receptionist girl is very friendly.

The cleaners are very kind, they decorated my bed with a towel in the shape of a swan and rose petals, my boyfriend and I love that gesture.

One more thing, if you need a taxi, ask for it from the street. My boyfriend asked for a taxi at the reception, and the taxi charged us $200 more than average.

If you are a party guy some rooms have loud music in the day. So If you want silence ask for something on the street side. The street side rooms have no place for work but they are good for vacation. Staff was friendly, moved us to king suite with a little extra charge and the suite is a very nice clean luxury place with a lot of space, full kitchen and even a washing machine inside. Good ventilation because of double balcony and fresh air without needing A/C. The suite is a perfect place for working and long term stays. Hotel overall is very clean and close to everything in flip-flop walking distance.

I really love this boutique hotel. I loved the service that was on point, the vibes is amazing, the food and drinks are incredible, massage was really relaxing. Staff are very kind. Definitely when I comeback to Playa del Carmen, this hotel will be my place to stay. 10/10 thanks a lot!❤

Our wedding gift of a night here with massage&spa was amazing. They were great with detail, so romantic, and very attentive!

They'd put romantic decorations all over the room! Service was very friendly, and we practically had the whole place to ourselves. The hydro spa session was all amazing! The coffee wasn't very hot, and the breakfast just ok. I'd recommend eating out rather ordered the food in the evening.

My friends and I absolutely loved Soul Beach! The rooms were lovely and spacious, and the hotel facilities exceeded my expectations by far.

Perfect location!! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping centre, bars.

The staff were extremely friendly. When we arrived at the hotel, we discovered that our travel agency made a mistake with our hotel booking. However Monica, the reservations manger helped us to fix this issue and made us feel at home. The service the hotel provided made our stay memorable.

l look forward to visiting again in the future. I would highly recommend!!

Nice little gem in the midst of Playa, walking distance to everything and for the price it was very nice! Honestly probably a little nicer than I expected. The staff was super nice as well. The breakfast is just ok, but it was included and available late morning!

I started my trip off in Tulum where I stayed at a smaller hotel with much more modest accommodations and amenities, so Soul Beach Beach Boutique Hotel provided some respite in the last part of my trip.

It was nice to finally take a comfortable shower upon arrival and then a warm bath ON MY BALCONY as the rain poured outside on my second day in Playa del Carmen; this in addition to the comfortable bed, access to delicious takeout all around me and Netflix in suite made me feel as though I hadn't lost a day of my trip due to the weather. It just felt really good to unwind.

I enjoyed the spa at extra cost, but it was certainly worth the money as Diago's therapeutic massage, the hydrotherapy session and sauna were exactly what I needed after 10 days of exploration, partying and non-stop movement.

Mary–who I think is the hotel manager–was also super helpful! Anytime I had a question or a request she was able to deliver almost instantly: booking a covid test, providing a blowdryer, scheduling a taxi to the airport...she's the fairy godmother of Soul Beach Hotel.

I honestly didn't realize that the hotel was as nice when booking, but it was a pleasant surprise and I'll certainly stay here again in the future if ever in PDC.

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean, they have a nice spa with great treatments and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Especially the girl named cloe, a guy that worked the night shift (he gave us really good tips about the city) and the man working on the rooftop bar! Thank u, we would like to visit the booth the city and this hotel again! :-)

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind! They provided excellent service and they were able to organize a travel COVID test for me which was such a relief. The pool area is really beautiful and I enjoyed the hotel restaurant and bar.

Amazing spa!!! Love the sauna and the steam room, plus you can get a relaxing massage after or before!!! Great place to be pampered!! Great receptionist I think her name is Zammatha she was really helpful with everything ☺☺😇😇😇

As someone who has live in Playa for almost a year. After visiting here to meet a friend who was staying at the hotel, I was delighted to find somewhere new I hadn’t visited before.

I loved the vibe, the staff were great and the tacos were some of the best I’ve ever had.

So clean and comfortable. The room was super pretty and clean. The bed was comfortable. We loved the roof top pool. I would have loved more umbrellas but the pool is great and quiet.

The location is perfect. 3 min from the beach, convinence stores, restaurants, almost on 5th avenue BUT without the noise from the 5th avenue. Super quiet. Security 24/24. Felt really welcome we first booked for 4 nights and extended for 2 more nights.
The staff is super friendly too.
Seriously a great place. Would recommend

Used the Spa facilities:
My husband and I did the couples massage package (50-mins) with access to the Day Spa.
It was only $100 in total which is amazing.
The day spa has: sauna, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, Russian bath, and two large hot tubs, one with neck and back water massages. You can hear fountains and relaxation music throughout.
Men and women's changing/shower/toilet area. Mint and limewater, towels, etc.
It was a very nice experience and if we were to come back to PDC, we'd go here again.

Stayed there for 3 days with my husband rooms were great their doing a lot renovating . 1st day we got there was having issues with tv service told the lady up front she never did anything about it next day told the next shift receptionist about it & one of the other employees over heard and quickly got to the problem & solved the issue !! Pricing was affordable & great area for the beach & shopping would definitely stay at this hotel again .

Great value for Playa Del Carmen. Great location 1 block from Calle Quinta but still extremely quiet. The hotel staff was very nice, the room was good size and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Fish tacos and chipotle sauce were just amazing! The rooftop staff are really friendly! The prices are great too. It's worth visiting it!
