Lobby could use a facelift but other than that a very well run property that actually thinks about the customers wishes.

House cleaning staff were excellent. Breakfast staff were accommodating when we turned up at 8:55am (closed at 9am) and made fresh food for us. Location is good for restaurants and temple hopping (with ebike that hotel provides at a reasonable rate).

- 15 min walk to the main restaurant street.
- You can rent ebikes directly from the hotel - very slick!
- Flexible check in times when you have a night bus.
- This hotel employs underprivileged people and teaches them about hospitality and English. They provide healthy working hours and a space to learn. Very inspiring!

Big rooms with simple but solid wooden furniture- tv fridge with fair minibar prices - no safe
Bathroom with shower close to wash dish - which was showered with me -but not that problem . Silent ac - silent rooms . Breakfast good - starts early for sunrisers- some more fruits would be nice- good coffee.in the busy time 8-8.30 it’s sometimes difficult to find a place to eat -so perhaps try a bit earlier or later - but don’t worry there are not many people in the room - atmosphere there is relaxed ...
Most important- they are interested to assist you in your plans - e- scooter(6000 per day) , or contact to your Ballon company - airport transport - or if you want room cleaning today- yes ,or no ? Tell them - they are absolutely correct and helpful. Room cleaning was really good - by the way. The transport is 5000 kyat to airport..so the location is good - stuff ( everyone)excellent-! ( thank you) and the value for money really good!

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Bagan that’s in a great location for seeing the pagodas, near all the restaurants, with comfy, clean rooms then look no further! We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Zein. They even let us use one of the rooms in the evening after we’d checked out as we had a night bus to Kalaw and wanted to freshen up. Really helpful, friendly staff! Great breakfast too. Thank you for having us! 😃

I booked this motel a week earlier through Facebook before our stay. We were welcomed by very friendly and helpful staffs. We stayed at Deluxe room for one night (40 US$). The room was very spacious, and me and my wife fell in love with the bed which was very comfortable. Located very near to Nyaung U market, Shwe Zigon Pagoda, and Yar Khin Tha street (so called famous food street). We hired E bike for 10k MMK for the whole day, and it took about 15 mins to reach Old Bagan. Breakfast was delicious (to choose one from four choices) but not buffet. I will return for sure to this motel for my next visit. I guarantee all the guests will feel themselves at home because of kindhearted staffs.

Excellent hotel, with some of the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We stayed here for 2 nights the room and facilities were good. The location is very close to the more developed areas of bagan. They also tent escooters for reasonable rates.

We rented e-bikes (electric scooters) directly from Motel Zein, and they never failed us over the ~20-25km we rode.

Showers were great, hot water was consistent, wifi was strong. All positives tbh!

Hotel with excellent value in old Bagan. Our room had everything: Internet, air conditioner, hot water pot, kleenex, TV, a safe, hair dryer, bathroom amenities, refrigerator, coffee and tea. Since it was on the ground floor we had a balcony. The wifi had a good speed. The staff was very helpful. The service was amazing. Inquiries made to them before our arrival were responded promptly, clearly and with information we requested. Breakfast was excellent. There were many restaurants within walking distance. You can also rent a ebike at the hotel. I would stay there again.

Very clean and spacious room. We stayed for 3 nights while touring Bagan by ourselves. The hot water, air con and wifi were excellent during our stay. They also rent out ebikes and bicycles. With ebikes, it was convenient to all the temples, restaurants, bank and local market. The hotel is on the corner of an intersection. It was very quite during our stay. Breakfast is decnet as well. Reception were super helpful and helped us to book the bus for our next leg to MraukU. Will definitely come back for our next stay.

After long distance and long time moving from Yangon, we were so desires to have a shower and The Zein Hotel provided the service for us. We had very comfortable time here. The staffs were kind and active to answer our needs. We had incredible time in bagan. I absolutely suggest that everybody can select this hotel for your trip in bagan. Also, they called tuktuk bike for us. The driver tried his best to take us to see the sunrise and sunset at the point which is not crowed. We are grateful to meet him.

Friendly staff. They always smile with us. They provide transport from JJ bus express to hotel at a very reasonable price. The hotel allowed us to check in earlier after a long ride from Yangon. They help to book bus ticket to Mandalay too. Strongly recommend. Trust me, you won't regret.

Very nice hotel, stayed there for three nights. The rooms are big and clean, all of them are air-conditioned (a musthave!) and the hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is pretty good, only a few streets down the road are many restaurants, a cafe, money changers and other places. You can rent scooters directly from the hotel, and book busses (e.g. to Yangon or Mandalay) and boat trips directly at the reception.

Good location, facilities, and great hospitality. The staff were very helpful for my exploring Bagan, and they arranged a tour to Mt. Popa with a good driver. I would stay here again when I visit Bagan once more. E-bike rental was MMK5,000 for 1 day, 4,000 for a half day.

A wonderful place to stay. Close to the main sights in Bagan, not too crowded but with all comfort. The team is very friendly and the breakfast buffet was rich and delicious! Clean rooms!

Exceptionally good for a budget motel. Big compound. Quiet. Clean and spacious rooms. Around $30 per night. Rooms interior don't have Bagan taste much though.

Very nice big clean rooms, helpful staff. You can rent electricity bike (10000 kyats 2 seats bike). Tasty breakfast.

We had a pleasant two nights stay. Breakfast is excellent for burmese locals and we will stay again. Definitely recommend this place to friends.

Great place to stay, and the Staff are very helpful. They looked after me, after i had a fall while out site seeing. I came back with some grazes on my arms and leggs. Strait away when they saw them, they got out there first aid kit and put some stuff on my wounds.
