Zfreeti Hotel

Very nice hotel with a swimming pool and located near Shwe Zi Gone Pagoda, it takes 10~15 mins to the airport/ bus station.

Spent a few days there in January 2023. It has spacious and clean room, serves delicious local breakfast, all the staffs are friendly and helpful. Wifi is better than other hotels, and especially they provided standby power supply during a power outage due to my work requirement.

Spent a few day there in January 2020, it was a lovely stay. The room is big enough, clean and we were not bothered by any noise. The breakfast was good and enjoyable on the rooftop, but what made the difference is how friendly the staff is. The swimming pool is nice and clean too. Maybe the bathroom is a bit small and a curtain or a door in the shower would be good to avoid having the bathroom completely wet each time you use the shower but beside that I would recommend 100%

Resided here for a couple of days. It was a by luck that we chose this place and the hotel was extremely comfy. The staff were absolutely courteous, efficient and totally helpful. The property is well maintained and let’s you to unwind totally.

Amazing stay at the Zfreeti.

The breakfast was extremely good and had loads of options. It was certainly the best free breakfast we've had in 6 months of travelling. (For the Brits they have Baked Beans and HP sauce! 😉)

Staff are very friendly and helpful. You can rent an e-scooter from reception to navigate the area easily. They are also informative when booking a bus for onward travel.

For the price, it's excellent value and a lovely place to stay.

We spent three very comfortable days here. Nice rooms, relaxing pool, helpful and friendly staff, and a rooftop breakfast that is a good value for the money. They have e-bicycles for rent, and across the street are several other vendors where you can rent an e-scooter if you prefer not to pedal.

Quiet and clean. The staff is all very helpful as I don't speak Burmese so they help me call local bus service and give me pointers to places to go. The hotel offers breakfast and it was delicious and the Service just makes you feel so relaxed. Excellent service!!!

There is a local restaurant with no English name with big court on the road behind the hotel and you only see local people eating there and they don't speak English well. But they have really good food and the price is awesome. Check the restaurant out!

We really liked this hotel, it is very simple but it had everything we wanted, clean, comfortable beds with white clean sheets, AC and no mosquitoes in the room. Good breakfast in the terrace, if you think you won't be able to make it in case you are doing the early morning balloon ride, let them know, as they can prepare something for you to eat when you are back. It is 1 block away from the main street that has lots of restaurants. We were able to check in at 9am, they have wifi but it is very slow, there are 2 shops that rent e-bikes across the street from it, one of them opens very early in case you want to go out to see the sunrise.

Great service from start till end. Hotel staff were attentive and friendly - we booked our e-bikes, taxi to Mount Popa and taxi to the jetty on our last day. Even though we left at 4:45am and breakfast has yet to start, the staff packed us a box of pastries, eggs and banana for us! Really enjoyed my stay here.

I didn't get a room here, so I don't know what they're like, but my partner and I loved the pool. They let us use it for 10000 kyat each, and they had good food and drinks at the poolside bar. The water was great and they provided towels!

I was absolutely pleased with this hotel.

All employees speak English. They can help you with booking bus tickets or sightseeing tours, without charging an extra fee.
They also can give you any information you need and even make calls for you.

You can rent "e-bikes" (it is actually a small scooter which runs with a rechargeable battery) for 3000 Kyat per day. If the battery is empty you just call them wherever you are and they bring you a new one. Our batteries lastet for the whole day.

Breakfast is on the rooftop and the variety is awesome (myanmar, asian and western style): noodles, rice, soup, vegetables, eggs, sausages, pancakes, yoghurt, cereals, fruit, juices, coffee, tea, ...
You can see sunrise from the rooftop and the ballons on their sunrise tours. The employees tell you if they see anything special.

The pool is perfect to relax after a long day in Bagan. They offer fresh towels and free drinking water. Pool is open from 7am to 9pm. At the bar they offer happy hours, just have a look at the sign with the different daily specials. And you can have dinner at the pool.

The restaurant street is also very close to the hotel.

Everything is very clean and the employees are very friendly, attentive and anxious.

The laundry is quite expensive so we didn't use it.

After checking-out we were still allowed to use the pool and the showers.

I can absolutely recommend this hotel!

Location is great, close to the restaurants street but in a quite corner. Hotel has a nice pool, spacious and quite clean room with all amenities. Staff is very friendly, speak a good English and can help to organise a tour to the temples or Mt.Popa or the hot air balloon over the temple at the sunrise. Hotel offers ebikes for 3000kiats/day and a shop next to the hotel has escooters and motorbike. Opposite of the hotel there are 2massage shops but our experience was not so nice. Breakfast room is on the rooftop terrace.

Really liked this hotel. We stayed here 3 nights in february. The hotel has a nice location in Nyaung-U. The hotel is very clean. The pool was nice and the staff were very service minded. The rooms and beds were also nice. Very quiet. The breakfast was allright a lot of different things to choose from and served on the roof top. On the negative side there is WiFi but the internet was very very slow. You cant charge your devices when you are not in the room. There is an ATM at the hotel which was convenient cause they charged us 50.000 kyats in deposit. I think that was a bit out of context and unreasonably high..

Positioned in an unique location in the heart of Bagan, the Zfreeti hotel provides the perfect accommodation for those visiting around. Nice breakfast with the choice of some European food options. It's worth mentioning that the hotel even provides one free electric bike per room. The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants, and there is a place to rent electric scooters just outside of the lobby.

Great place. Ended up staying here 6 nights. Rooms are nice and new the pool is clean and lots of fun, breakfast is a huge buffet! And they have free ebikes. Location is perfect

We didn't stay here but used the Swimming Pool to chill out after visiting the temples! It cost 10,000 kyat for the day and you get a lovely refreshing juice when you arrive! Perfect place to relax and cool down in the 41 degree heat!

I stayed at Zfreeti for 3 nights. Service and facilities were excellent. I arrived in the early morning flight to Bagan
and showed at 8 am, well earlier than check in time. My room was ready at that time and was able to.use it
immediately. Also I asked them if I could extend for 1 hr past the check out time and they agreed without a problem. Location is good near restaurant row and to get to new Bagan and temples you can rent a good bike in front of the hotel and move as you please. The pool, room and breakfast were great. If I come back to Bagan again, I'll be staying here again.

Beautiful location, very close to the pagoda fileds.
The breakfast buffet was outstanding and diverse and you can see the baloons from the balcony in the morning. We have not tried to the a la carte dinner. It's a tiny bit more expensive than what you can get in the surrounding restaurants. The staff was really nice and the rooms were clean and light. Would definielty come again !

Good location, lovely staff. The pool was perfect. We really enjoyed three nights here mid-trip. A chance for some to relax and recuperate and others in our party were busy every day.

Professional management hotel in Bagan. We stayed in the big room; it was clean, simple decorating but modern. What I love the most is the breakfast here. There were varieties of foods, freshly prepared.
