Great spot in old Bagan for traditional Burmese food. My wife and I visited in January 2020. We had a tea leaf and tomato salad which were both above average. We also had the chicken and beef curry which were also good. Pricing was very reasonable. I do wish the bathroom was slightly closer and cleaner but overall this is great spot for a quality dinner in old Bagan. Don’t miss it!

I love this place's ambiance! Very open with friendly and attentive staffs. Its always packed during lunch hours. The foods are great, ranges from local burmese, thai and western. My favorite is the Kailan Salad, very fresh and portion is enough for 2 people sharing. The Myanmar fish curry is also good. Price is affordable for the good portion.

Best place to eat in Bagan! I met the friendliest staff in this little corner, plus the food was incredibly good! You might not find it appealing at first, but give them a try and you’ll get surprised. I stayed in Bagan for 4 days and ate here day and night for 3 days in a row... simply the best. The place to go in Bagan, everyone knows! And it really lived up to its name. Although definitely not the cheapest option in town, it was still really good and worth the price. The shan noodles for 2,900kyats were extremely tasty and a large portion. The fresh lime juices really are as good as they say, try the one with mint for a mojito flavour, and the one with ginger if you love ginger, spicy but so refreshing. Also tried the pumpkin beef curry and tea leaf salad. Really good tea leaf salad. They also give you free peanuts on the table that you can get refilled as many times as you like = heaven. They also gave us banana with honey for dessert at no charge, a very nice touch.

Love it! Great drinks and desserts! Lots of foreigners here drunkenness and having burgers. We ordered fresh lime and mint drink, super refreshing for a hot day. They have a good WiFi. They also provide you with an English paper or magazine. You can just sit here and enjoy a drink while using the free WiFi. Definitely a good place to chillax. The menu also consist of a great combination of western, Chinese, myanmar food. They also have beer, liqueur and cocktails.

Perfect place! Really nice, nice people working there. You can eat everything: Myanmar typical food, thai good, western food. We tried a burger and a fish curry, both amazing! Highly recommended! Ciao guys!!

Wonderful place, big menu so you can have local food, western food or different options , the prices are really reasonable and the portions are maaaaaasive, also staff is really helpful and polite, the owner was super nice with us. Highly recommended this place!!! ♥♥

This is THE restaurant in Bagan!
If you’re not here by 6, prepare to wait for a table or share like I did. It’s primarily foreigners so it was nice to share with some folks from the US. The beer is ice cold, the food is delicious and it’s nice to sit by the road and watch the locals go about their day to day

The food was more than delicious! Beef burger was just on point, must try tealeaf salad and sticky rice just blown my mind! The place is always full and sometimes you have to wait a few minutes for a seat which says something about the food here :)

How can we survive without Weather Spoon the days in Nyaungu? The food, both western and eastern, are all so delicious, and the price is so fair compared to what they provide. The fish and chips tasted even better than the one I had in UK. I had mojito every night, and fresh mint drink so cooling. The chocolate cake was super tasty! No doubt the best restaurant in Nyaungu, be there earlier to make sure you can get a table!

Definitely a must try restaurant in Bagan! The food was delicious. I loved the salad served with the main dish. Waiters were very friendly.

Everything I had was delicious (especially the sweet Burmese milk tea!). I'd especially recommend the tea leaf salad; it came free with my order of a curry, to my surprise and delight. They also offered to completely remake my curry free of charge when I realized it had cilantro in it (which I hadn't realized since no other Burmese curries I'd eaten had had it IN the curry), which I was very grateful for. Plus, service was great. I'll be back. 😊

Welcoming place where you can eat both western and asian food. We tried the burgers tonight and they were amazingly good! The best burger we ate in the South East Asia so far.

Staff is nicely smiling, very polite and speaks good english.

Good surprise : prices were really smooth especially when you compare it to the other places around.

Interesting restaurant. Staff very friendly & helpful. Many food menus with good taste. The location is very easy to find. More crowded if the dinner hour arrives. Thank you too for the free salad. I will be back.

We loved Weatherspoons. The tea leaf salad was exceptional and comes as one of the 4 salad options that go with each main course. The beef pumpkin curry was also very good. For two curries and two large beers, we felt our 12600 kyat was worth it. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best burger in Bagan. Possibly the best burger outside of Yangon. And you don't have to settle for just the burger. The Thai food is excellent too. You know this place is good, because it's always packed with both tourists and locals.

For dessert, check out the ice cream. It's homemade. Absolutely delicious. Beautiful creamy texture, perfectly balanced.

Prices are very reasonable. Burger is less than 6000, most mains are less than 6000, some in the 4000 range. Starters are 2000 to 3000.

Good food and great service. Very reasonable prices. We're had spring rolls, avocado salad and tea leaves salad-all tasty and around 2300 kyat each. Also very tasty mojito and g&t with what the waiter calls clean ice ;) Recommended!
