Amazing. Really nice room, best shower i've had in over a year I'd say, delicious mohinga for breakfast, and the wonderful Katy being lovely all the time. So nice, so friendly, so helpful and even made me a ginger, lemon and honey drink when i was ill! Just perfect. I really, really, really did not want to leave. Best place I've stayed in during 2 and a half years on the road.

Nice guesthouse and amazing staff! Talking about the room is nice and comfortable,hot shower, clean blanket, talking about the hospitality and the kindness of the staff there are no words! They help us on whatever we need it! Transport, food, my girlfriend was sick during our stay and they come to see everytime if we need something!
Raccomand for sure!

Établissement très correct, personnel agréable et arrangeant même en cas d’arrivée tardive, chambres propres, possibilité de laisser les bagages en attendant transport même prendre une douche une fois la chambre restituée pour voyager sans importuner ses voisins, rien à redire que du positif

Very good location. Walking distance from Mandalay-Bagan jetty.
Good things:
Super friendly and very very helpful lady on the reception. She gave us lots of information about everything we needed. Renting e-bike was Easy as within this guest house. Bikes were new and worked perfectly for us. Great breakfast if you order local cousine.

Not so good things :
This facility has 2 parts, new and old. Don't expect to be in new part if you are on tight budget as I was, you will be placed into old one. But that is all. You still get comfy bed, Plenty of hot water etc. Some rooms and common areas could be bit more cleaned.

Overall very helpful staff and clean rooms. It was a great deal for the price we paid. The breakfast was the same thing every day (friend eggs and toast with jam) but it was very good and for the few days we stayed there we didn't mind eating the same breakfast, especially when it was included in the cost of the stay! The only negative we found (as you will find with most places) is that the walls are thin so if you are staying with guests who are noisy then it will be tough to get sleep.

A very good/cheap (7-9$) alternative to the other more expensive hotels in town! Very friendly people (we came without a reservation at 4am and got a room), the location is good (lots of restaurants, ebike rentals and near to bagan) and the (bath-)rooms are very clean. Also the breakfast is ok (Toast) and you get free wifi (but its Not very strong).
