Absolutely the best Italian food in Kalpitiya. It’s made by an Italian chef, who is also an experienced kite/wing-surfing/foiling instructor.

The three course meals are communal in nature, so everyone gets the same meal, which changes depending on the day of the week. It’s wonderful. I really enjoyed sitting together with everyone at the resort and being able to interact with people from around the world.

It’s Western pricing, but you won’t be disappointed.
Writing this, I’m actually regretting that I missed lasagna night.
