JAL Sakura Lounge

This is one of the larger lounges I've been in. It is 2 stories with plenty of very comfortable seating. All the alcohol and other drinks you want. The food is served so no buffet style eating.

Very good lounge with great spread of food ranging from Japanese fares to western breakfast. All kinds of drinks are also available ranging from fruit juices to coffee to beer to wines. Courteous and attentive service by the staff. Phone charging facilities are also available.

Excellent lounge to relax at before a flight. There is good dining and rest areas, and what sealed the deal for me was the superb showering facilities! Also there are storage boxes for your carry-on luggage so you can enjoy the lounge hands-free!

7:00 pre open and 7:30 staring meal services. It is one of the best international business class lounges in my entire life. It has still been getting upgraded.

Especially liked the massage chairs. Wish the instructions in the controller were in English. The English instructions kept nearby in a printout were quite useful.

The stew and rice is delicious.

Great lounge, nice and big, good food and beverage options too. Everything was enjoyable that I nearly forgot to leave to board my flight

Business class gives you access. I found plenty of space and amenities for a nice two hour stay. Enjoyed the dining, drinks and comfortable seating. They provide massage chairs, showers and some beds. A really nice lounge.

Sakura lounge in Narita is a great lounge. The shower rooms, massage rooms, resting areas, dining areas……various of beverages ….wine, whiskey, sake, draft beer, spirits, soft drinks. Only the choice of foods is limited and disappointed. As they serve in order, so the no much to choose from. Maybe after the Covid is got , it will be improved. Not to mention, the meals on flights was not as good as ANA (personally speaking)

Very satisfied with overall experience there.

Food & Beverage
Not a lot of options for food but everything I tried was great. I like the Pana cotta served.
More options for drinks at the bar counter downstairs. Do head downstairs if you prefer quieter experience and less crowded space.

Shower & Massage
Didn’t need to queue for shower room. It has everything you’ll need amenity kit, hairdryer. Spacious and practical.
The massage room is just right outside shower. Control is in Japanese but they do provide a simple user manual in English.

A very relaxing experience while waiting for flight!

They have a lot of comfortable seats and really good food. They also have small rooms to take calls and they have some massage chairs. The whole area is very bright with large windows that see the runway. Very silent, clean and comfortable lounge experience overall.

What a brilliant airport lounge. We were travelling through Narita on our way to Doha and had a few hours to kill.

We were flying business class so had access to this lounge. Upon entering, the staff were lovely, really friendly and helpful.

We got to the lounge to see a number of seating areas, it was also explained to is that dining was upstairs and drinking downstairs.

The seats in the drinking area were comfortable and were placed to give a brilliant view over the apron to watch the numerous plane movements.

The dining area was similar but set slightly differently to downstairs to allow for dining. Again, there were huge windows looking out over the apron.

The self service drink and snack collection was great. However, we were traveling toward the end of the day, so the snacks did seem to dwindle and not be totally replenished, this wasn't an issue though as if you wanted to eat, you just go upstairs.

The selection in the dining area was great with clearly labelled vegan options for those concerned about finding vegan food.

All in all, this is a wonderful lounge and anyone that's gets to make use of it should have a lovely time!

Very spacious, plenty of charging outlets. Not a lot of food, just snacks but plenty of drink choices. The shower was the most luxurious and perfectly timed amenity I've had, especially after walking in the Tokyo heat all day. Being able to reset made my trip much more enjoyable. Large bathrooms, lots of jets, great pressure, perfect! Thank you JAL!

Always enjoying the visit of JAL's Sakula frist class lounge because I always like their Beer curry bowl with a ice cold beer.

I just can't pinpoint which Sakula lounge I was in, so I just wrote my review for this one. I was in the one in the international terminal (I believe is terminal 2).

The staffs always so friendly and helpful that they monitoring your eyes, once you make eye contact with any of them they will come towards you and offer their help.

I have little bit trouble to use the QR code to order food, one of the lady quickly use her iPad and helped me.

To have access of this lounge is definitely one of the reason to fly JAL.

Very modern and clean ambience with all the necessary amenities for travel warriors. Even has a clean smoking room.
Food is not bad but limited, as in most business class lounges I've been to nowadays.

Super clean with COVID-19 measures in place as of 26th June 2022 so order and take away style for hot and cold meals. The bar is open anytime and you can choose from a great selection of alcohol (beer, wine, sake, Shochu, etc). The lower floor is only for beverages where people can enjoy calm and relaxing atmosphere.

Very comfortable lounge with good foods and spaces.

We took advantage of the sleeping room and shower. The second level is nice, quiet, with comfy chairs. We had a 12 hour layover and this lounge made it more tolerable.

Spacious and calming atmoshere, at Terminal 2 just steps away from security checkpoint and near to boarding gate. Staff all really attentive and courteous. The only drawback was the limited food options and the set up is like cafeteria. There is nap room at ground floor which is great to relax when arrive early at airport. Although it can only be utilise for 2 hours max and there was lounge music playing at the background but not really a nuisance.

What a fantastic lounge that, they are into every single detail. Although during breakfast, there are not much of food to choose from, the hardware wise is very awesome.
The environment is quiet and relaxing and spacious. They offer a semi bedroom, 6 shower room and lots of massage chair to relax, really nice and confy.
I will come back again for sure.
By the way, their signature dish, beef curry, is the best curry in the world.

Very impressed with the lounge. Super liked the locker storage where you can really sit back relax without watching your bags. The dining food & drinks options are incredible & delicious. Service level is top notch as well, would fly Japan Airline Premium Economy again just to visit this lounge.
