The room was very nice, and the location is good. There is a restaurant on the ground floor and a convenience store right next to the building, so you can basically get everything you need from them. They also have a free bus service between Narita airport. If you make a reservation, you can take the bus to the airport with no problem.

If you go in knowing it’s a 3 star hotel with small rooms, it’s what you get. No surprises. Friendly staff to check you in and the small rooms are just enough to sleep in. If you’re over 6’ tall or a large person, this might not be the hotel for you since the bathroom ceiling is about 6’ high and the shower tub is quite small. Also you’ll have to close your suitcase since there is no room to leave it open. People who complain that it’s not glamorous should stay somewhere else and fork out $300 per night.

The room was a bit small even for Japan but it was very clean and nice. I loved the location, and the staff were super friendly and helpful every time I had to interact with them. I would likely stay there again in the future for a night, but if you plan to stay several nights, you might want to find a place with a bigger room. The city of Narita was very nice and I really enjoyed my time there.

A shuttle service is available from the hotel to Narita Airport and back. The shuttle's time, which is enclosed for your convenience, is around thirty minutes from the airport.

Despite its small size, the hotel room feels pleasant. The hotel has an onsen, which is great because it relieves our fatigue and feels rejuvenating after a date. You could check if the hotel onsen is crowded and WIFI password from the television display in the room.

The train station is right next to the hotel, and it takes around fifteen minutes to go to Narita Airport.

We also went to the nearby attractions like Naritasan Shinsho-ji 成田山新勝寺, and visit Naritasan Omotesando
成田山表参道 which has a lot of food stands and restaurants.

I forgot to check out in the morning before I went on a walk to Naritasan Temple. I came back in the afternoon and realized my mistake when my keycard didn't work. The staff were very accommodating and had put my stuff in plastic bags and brought it into the downstairs office. I only paid 4000 yen but got all my stuff back, they even took pictures to prove they had gotten everything. I'm very thankful they politely helped me through this mess.

Also the Keisei Narita station elevator is right next door which is very handy.

Thank you APA hotel staff for your hardwork and help. I hope I can stay here again!

Fantastic place to stay if you don't want to rush from Narita airport or if you want to spend the last night before catching a flight. The hotel is less than 5 walk minutes from the train station, has a few very good restaurant around, the Narita's Shrine is beautiful and takes you to a walk through the ancient street, with souvenirs and timy boutiques.

Very quick Check-In even though the hotel was very busy. The automatic check-in machines were very easy to use - it had different languages, great for tourists. I stayed for 2 nights, and didn't ask for my room to be cleaned but the cleaning staff kindly left new towels and green tea for me. Free Internet Wifi was also available and very steady for the entire duration of the stay. We also utilized the free shuttle airport bus, it was on-time, efficient and very clean. I highly recommend staying at this APA location.

Very clean and friendly service. I consider APA a great modern Japanese culture experience. But Americans beware rooms are small - really a worker hotel. Being near to the stations very convenient.

This is a review for foreign tourists. Mainly just a layover hotel and business hotel, great value. If you are a tourist with lots of luggage and trying to squeeze two people into a room, you may want to get a bigger room. It is like playing Tetris because you just have to move your luggage around the room just to open it. 😂 However, it is a standard room for urban Japan. Really small room, but functional. But lots of little great stuff come with room makes it a great value.

The staff is really great and helpful, but limited English speakers, so you may have to use a translation app. Location is great, just downstairs from KS Narita station. Close to a good tourist shopping/restaurant/bar area and nice temple, but is kind of a ghost town on weekdays as many stores/restaurants were closed. I'm sure weekends are much Lawson store downstairs. AEON mall and grocery store 10 min walk. AEON grocery has great pre-made grab-and-go meals.

Here are the things I really like that come with the room. It has a free breakfast included. Free shuttle bus to Narita. Free hygiene products, slippers, bottle water, beer/beverage machine on the floor, etc. Impeccably clean. Best pillows I have had in any room ever. That is a big statement, but never tried pillows like this. I really like firm supportive pillows and they have two different advanced supportive pillows. One is a Japanese buckwheat pillow and the second is some special advanced foam celled pillow. Both costs around $100 USD and you can buy it.

While it is just a small standard room, lots of great things come with the room.

Everything comes with just 50$
Quite clean, quiet, and comfortable
Free amenities are unimaginable
Water, tea, shampoo, rinse, conditioner, tissue papers, a teeth brush, razor, etc. All of them are free! And there was even a bathtub! The screen was big and VOD was free too.
Also the location is great. Exit Keisei-Narita station from the east exit and the hotel is right there
The check-in system is fully automated and you don't even need to say hi to the staff

Service is great- easy check in. Tiny room but clean and quiet. Good for the price if you just need somewhere to stay for transit. Tiny public bath is nice for relaxing. Close to shops and station. Can be a little hard to find at first have to go down the escalators from the station first. Free shuttle bus to station but only runs at certain times and you have to book it the night before.

A great hotel for a brief stay. The rooms are small, which isn't a problem unless you have a lot of oversized luggage. Otherwise, it's perfect. I wish they offered twin beds for solo travelers though. Bathrooms were clean with nice complementary items. Onsen is offered if you desire. For trips to the airport, a shuttle bus is available for free at various times. Just outside the location is a convenience store for food, and two major metro hubs are within walking distance.

This hotel was booked by our travel agent, for a one night stay upon arrival. We paid more than the online prices, but the dinner was included. We took their last free shuttle at the airport. We checked in at 10 PM. I thought that the dinner was over already. But for at pleasant surprise, they had dinner waiting for us, piping hot. The spread was awesome. We could hardly eat half of the food on the table. I believe that the dinner was worth the room charge by itself. That was at pleasant arrival in Japan.
The check in was fast and expedient. They quickly found my prearranged JR PASS.
The room was small, but for one night it was OK. The bed was nice and firm.
The hotel is located within walking distance of both train stations in Narita. Not knowing the system better, we took the slow train to Tokyo in the morning. Had we known, we would have taken the shuttle back to the airport, and then the express train to Tokyo.
Overall we were very pleased with our stay there, and definitely would stay there again.

The hotel was clean and the front desk spoke English. The double bed room was quite small for an American couple. Perfect place to stay if you have an early morning flight. The aorpprt shuttle runs about every hour.
