The unfiltered capsule hotel experience. It's a great and stress free solution to stay for a night
in order to catch an early domestic flight. Clean bed, rest- and bathrooms. Staff speaks English just fine for the most part. I just wish the rooms were better ventilated. It gets a bit mucky. Can't complain about noises, because I was using ear-plugs which is also provided for free with a facemask, toothbrush among other things. Some people in the reviews get the purpose of these hotels wrong. It's never meant for a long stay. I personally enjoyed my stay a lot.

very clean and comfortable pods! public areas like sinks and showers could be cleaner but experience was worth the price paid! definitely stay here if staying in a capsule hotel is on your bucket list :)

Very fun capsule hotel. My kids were dying to experience this and this did not disappoint. Very convenient at the airport. Used the capsule hotel as a layover in between our international arrival flight and domestic flight the next day. Great service. Very clean and comfortable.

I gave it good review because it is inside the airport so very convenient for early or late night flight, especially long layover. The sleeping was not heaven but it was not bad and quite fun if you are adventurous and curious to experience something new and unique. It's close to the rail and train so you can just explore if you have extra time.

One of the best transit hotels in Narita! I flew in from Taiwan and my connecting flight was the next day in the afternoon. Rather than going away from the airport to find a hotel, this capsule hotel was all I needed! I made a reservation beforehand (got the last minute deal too) so the check-in process was nice and smooth. Upon arrival, they explained to me what I needed to know to stay for the night, then they gave me a kit bag with everything I need: towels, toiletries, slippers, and even pajamas! The showers are amazing, the lockers are big enough for 1 large luggage and 1 carry-on, and the bed was quite comfortable! So, the next time you are in Tokyo for a layover and don't know where to stay, check out this little gem! You won't be disappointed!

it was my first capsule hotel experience, front desk service wasn’t the best in Japan but they weren’t rude or anything, just expressionless. The female lockers & showers were clean and well thought out. Loved the spacious shower rooms but be careful of the wet steps.
The capsules were quite sound proof (but I’m not a light sleeper), and overall a very comfortable experience for me.

Will be back if I ever have a early flight in Japan again.

Excellent place to stay. Missed our flight back home to Brisbane, walked to terminal 2 and into 9 hours reception. Got us sorted with a capsule each person within 10 minutes. Reasonable amenities and they provided toiletries, slippers, towels. Price was also reasonable considering it was last minute booking. Thank you 9Hours

I recently stayed one night at the capsule hotel in November 2023, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The place was exceptionally clean and had a great atmosphere. I accidentally left my phone, but the staff went above and beyond by arranging its delivery promptly. I'm sincerely thankful for their outstanding service and wish them all the best. Highly recommend!

Perfect for what I needed. I booked a room with nine hours to avoid the chaos of getting to the airport on time with all my things the day of. I showed up the evening before my flight, checked in, showered and went to sleep. Got up and headed straight to security then my flight. No complaints. Staff were helpful and spoke English. Facility was clean and easy to access. Lockers offered plenty of space. The sleep capsules were comfortable, but my only complaint would be there was no climate control within the capsule itself so it can get stuffy. highly recommend, it's cheaper and easier than getting a hotel room near the airport for the night before. Also in a pinch i can also see it being a good emergency lodging if your hotel booking goes wrong.

I stayed here twice for early morning flights. The check-in process was super easy. The capsule was larger than I expected and all the other rooms (bathroom, restroom, locker room, etc.) were very clean.

My flight got delayed and they were most accommodating. For a nap, they provide a pair of slippers, three towels, a bathing suit, toothbrush and toothpaste, and ear plugs (all in the mesh bag in the photo). The locker is big and the shower comfy. The only downside is that I hear others walking down the corridor and moving in their capsules but with this price and services it's outstanding.

This is my first visit. I’ve always wanted to try these capsule hotels. I was not disappointed.

At reception desk. They give you a quick orientation. You get a bag with towels, 1 piece pajamas , slippers and basic toiletries. You are given a key to your assigned full length locker. I paid $67 USD for the night. Checkout is 10 AM next morning.

The first room is a long locker room. Next room down the hall is bathroom. The individual stalls contain a toilet with bidet function. The Japanese love their bidets.

The next room down the hall is the individual shower stalls. The water pressure was quite strong which I like.

The next room is where you sleep in your assigned capsule. There are two levels. I had the one on the bottom. It’s actually quite roomy. There is a nice firm mattress, large pillow and a nice down comforter. There is a two prong outlet for your electronics and a switch to control your overhead light. The only thing separating your capsule from the hallway is a pull down blind. I was exhausted and fell asleep right away.

The place was very quiet. I could hear the occasional cough, but everyone kept to themselves respectfully.

This is a nice setup for a solo traveler who wants an inexpensive safe clean place to spend the night. If you’re expecting luxury accommodations then this is not for you.

You stay here for one of two reasons:

You’re stuck in the airport for twelve hours waiting for a connection.
Or
You want an authentic Japanese capsule hotel experience.

Either way…don’t expect palatial accomodation.

On arrival you get a mesh bag full of toiletries and nightwear.

You are separated by gender.

You change in a locker room where you can store your suitcase and carryon.

Shower facilities are communal….but individual cubicles.

The capsules themselves are surprisingly spacious. I’m 5’11 and I could sit up cross legged.

Capsules have a thin futon, quilt and a traditional Japanese neck style pillow. There is a single 110v power point and a light.

It’s a transit hotel, there will be people coming and going all night. If you’re a light sleeper you’re gonna get woken.

Everybody gets kicked out at 10am-2pm for cleaning.

Clean and nice capsule hotel with good amenities, conveniently located at Narita airport T2. Reception staff was friendly.
The only thing to criticize would be, that there is no USB port in the capsule to recharge your phone. There is a power socket, so you need an adapter. Also the pillars were not our favorite (the filling are some sort of peals). However, overall we were satisfied with our stay. It's a good option to spend the night if your flight leaves early. We can recommend it. (Our stay was 1 night, 1 male, 1 female.)

My first capsule experience. After two long flights and around 20 hours of travelling it was good to check in to 9h hotel. Clean and quiet with the best shower I have had in ages -very refreshing and brought me back to life!
Next morning jumped on the limousine bus to Shinjuku.

No complaints at all. Licated after immigration and security in terminal 2 (a little hidden but you'll find it). You get a cool little pod to sleep in which is roomy enough for me to stretch out (im 5'9). They have lots of shower facilities and sinks do do your thing. Check in was easy and quick (starts at 9am).

You get a shower towel, floor towel and a long face cloth, as well as a toothbrush and wifi. Wifi isn't super strong, but you're supposed to be sleeping anyways lol, just don't expect to download all of your fav Netflix shows.

This place was a life saver on a 12 hour layover flying back to Canada from Thailand.
Not to mention very fairly priced for a small sleeping pod. Would definitely stay again under the same circumstances. :)

I give it 5 stars for what it is, how efficient and convenient it is, and how helpful and friendlybstaff wete. But if you're expecting more space than a pod to sleep in on a layover, maybe get a hotel.

A perfect Capsule Hotel, clean and coordinated! You get a toothbrush and toothpaste, earplugs, shampoo, conditioner, body soap. You get q large locker where you can store your luggage and they have lots of toilets and showers! Couldn’t have asked for anything else!

I had a wonderful experience. at my stay. The lady at the receptionist was a trainee (from her nametag), but did an excellent job. She was very polite and professional. After and tiring flight, I was happy for the kind treatment. The bed was clean and comfortable, and hotel provided what I needed for a good stay (like slippers, toothbrush, and towels). All the workers, like the cleaners, were very hard working and professional. I would recommend to any looking for a good sleep after a long flight, and/or a long layover.
