Went here on late June for the onsen (didn't stay at the hotel) and I had the best time here with my family. I went in the bathing suit area and it was so much fun! The service was also great. Unfortunately I only spent an hour-ish here due to a packed itinerary - I definitely wished I stayed here longer. The service and facilities were great. I didn't reserve any tickets prior - I just showed up to the place and bought the tickets there - and I got a discount because I had the Hakone pass. 100% would recommend!

We didn't stay and only went to enjoy Spa.
Kids love it because of many indoor themed 'small' pools (Chocolate + Matcha + Wine + Jacuzzi) + 1 big float pool.
Also a Japanese natural hot spring Onsen inside premises.

In summer, can enjoy both outdoor and indoor. Long waterslide outdoors for big kids and smaller ones for young kids.

Have food court.

Did not have a water proof camera case for pictures but this place is fun for all ages. There were wine, coffee, sake, green tea onsens along with bright blue and pink onsens. Kids will have fun on the slides and the outdoor keiki area.

Fantastic tourist experience, bathing in various liquids (tea, wine, coffee, sake). The outdoor onsen with mountain views is a highlight of my entire trip to Japan!!! Also using the barcode wristband so you don’t have to carry your wallet is awesome. However I will say that despite what their website says, they are NOT tattoo friendly so be prepared to cover yourself accordingly. Would definitely recommend to visitors of Hakone.

Really cute place, a rare onsen place where you can wear swimsuits and hang out both men and women. The onsen was all different and cool. Some of them are seasonal themed onsen, like we went during halloween time so they had pumpkin onsen. You can bring your phone in with a water proof case.

Loved our stay here. The onsen was great. The staff was so nice. Slept like a baby in our Japanese style room. Loved it and will be back again.

Very fun experience. 4 hours went by super quickly for us and we only did the public spaces. Probably could have spent much more time if we had access to the traditional baths as well.

The public space has one area that overlooks the mountains outdoors so you will still get that pristine mountain experience and not just the amusement indoor style.

This was such a fun time, our kids had so much fun! There are so many pools to explore, from the wine pool, coffee pool, and kids playground to the beautiful terraced outdoor onsen pools overlooking the mountains. We also did the "doctor fish" which my husband liked but I kept shrieking and pulling out my feet when the fish swarmed!

We spent a good half day here and could have stayed longer. The place was very quiet when we went there and a bit dated but it's such a novel idea, I really enjoyed it..

Clean. Well used by everyone. The facilities are good. Shampoo, conditioner and soap are good quality. Able to use a hairdryer after. Important in winter. The masseuse is very good. Go for a dip first to loosen the muscles then have a massage. The masseuse we had obviously knew anatomy as he found my knots without me telling him and knew how to work the muscles to loosen and not simply thumping them.

We had a lovely experience.
We only had two hours before going to our next destination, but managed to go to all the places.

Came here with friends. We really enjoyed our time here. The change between hot bath and cold breeze is amazing. Be sure to check out the outdoor bath as it is big, spacious, and relaxing. If you did it bring your own towels, you can rent it from the main counter.

The entrance to the onsen is located in the upper floors.

You will be given wrist band before entering. Once you received the bands, you can enter the auto gate and take off your shoes. Plastic bag is provided for shoes - which you will need to take with you as you head to the changing room.

To access the changing room/ onsen, you will need to take the stairs down to L3. There will be lockers at the changing room with lockers.

For first timers not knowing what to do, you can just get changed to your swimsuit or get naked if you are going for the naked bath. Head to the onsen area and be sure to shower at the facilities provided before getting into the onsen. We did 15-20 mins interval between sitting in the hot bath and sitting down at the bench in the cold breeze. After doing this several time (or as long as you wish- we spent 1.5 hrs here), you can head in to the sauna or shower room before drying yourself to enter the changing room.

There are resting & restaurant area behind the counter if you wish to explore. Make payment before leaving the building.

Whilst this was very touristy, it was well worth it. The place has different onsens including wine, coffee, green tea etc. Unfortunately some were closed due to renovations so we couldn’t enjoy the maple syrup and sake onsen. There is an outdoor section with a great sunset view and the slides were very fun.

Just rent the tiny towels. I had to lug around my giant beach towels. I went in the summer so we never got cold. Winter might be different. Hit the fish thing before you left your kids do anything else. If you don't the line will get long on the afternoon. Also, the fish eat better in the morning. Unless you really want to do the onsen then just get the swim suit area ticket.

We did not visit the Yunessun, but giving the 5 star for the great staff that helped us out twice. First they let us just buy tattoo covers even though it was a bit complicated, because the hotel did not have any and neither did the family mart. And then they helped us to recover a lost our lost wallet! All that and they did not sepak english but used a translation app, really great service!!

Super good experience! There weren't too many people when we visited. Enjoying the great view and onsen at the same time was amazing!
And you have to try Dr. Fish!😂
We visited there at the end of November, it's a good timing.

Having never been to anything like this, everything was new to me. The hot baths were wonderful. I tried almost all of them with the exception of the sake bath and the chocolate bath and the one with the small fishes that tickle your feet. My favorite was the wine bath. It smelled so nice and it made my skin tingle. I will definately go again!
