This was a great place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even though we only spoke English! The rooms were nice and we had a great view from the balcony of our room. The onsen was beautiful as well. Although the location is a little bit far from anything, it is only a 5 minute walk from the nearest bus stop (but make sure to to take a picture of the timetable, the busses don’t run too often). Overall a great stay and would recommend!

I could not even imagined a better place to stay. The view is perfect. The indoor and outdoor baths are amazing. Staff was super helpful with very helpful English skills. Its a little off the main road though and closest convenience store is about a 10 min walk. From the room and location close to yunessen. I would say i wish i could have stayed here longer. One of the best hotels i have ever stayed at. Highly recommend

I really love the atmosphere of the hotel, it is quiet, perfect for taking a rest from the buzzling street of Tokyo. The staffs were all nice, and the room was perfectly comfortable. The onsen was really good, especially the small outdoor onsen pool. Oh ya, we had dinner at nearby restaurant called Futaba ニ葉, it was really good and authentic! The food was better compared to even some restaurants in Tokyo.

The path to the hotel is not great though, and since we brought along two heavy luggages, it was kinda hard for us.

Beautiful place in a stunning setting. If you are looking for all modern comforts in a traditional Japanese room then look no further! Robes and slippers provided, lovely tatami floors, tea table and wonderfully comfy beds. The real hit is the onsen though - separate male and female bath areas with inside wash facilities and hot bath and an outside hot bath too. A private bath could also be booked. Rooms come with private toilet and basin. No restaurant on site but simple breakfast of tasty pastries available. A range of restaurants available about 15/20 mins walk away. If you stay here you must visit the Yunessan spa just down the road - great fun.

Second time here, love the place. you wear a wristband so you don't need to bring your wallet to the spring areas, just don't lose your wristband! baby rooms, massages, large rest area, large souvenir shop and authentic japanese restaurants. even if it's raining or cold outside, you can still visit too!

Nice Onson Hotel with Great Rooms
The hotel is situated on the main bus route to Lake Ashi and easy to access local attractions around Goes Hakone by JR bus, cable car, boat and ropeway.
The hotel is large in size but spacious rooms and very quiet with not many guest rooms set in a lovely hillside.
The indoor and outdoor Onson is excellent.
Staff are helpful and speak a little English.
Breakfast is basic pastries and great coffee.
Room has large futon, toilet and plenty of storage for cases.

The rooms were perfect with the little courtyard, living room, bedroom and reading room. The complimentary breakfast was light but flavorful. Free parking in the back and easy walk to Yunessan hotspring spa.

Very friendly and helpful staffs, a place feel like home. My daughter was sick and one of the staff immediately drove and accompanied us to the clinic. It’s a place that we experienced the traditional Japanese culture of hospitality and humbleness evan we could not speak common language.

They staff were so polite and organized! The room was impeccably clean and large! The hotel is lovely and secluded in a beautiful forest setting.

Quiet, clean and peaceful. There are some wrong pictures from other near onsen. They provide breads and drink which was quite good. Bus stop is very close, but staition is bit far. It also has convenient store outside and two bending machine inside which has beer selling. Nice onsen over all.

Best hotel ! I had a very bad injury on my ankle while I was running in Downton and the staff help me a lot, provided first aid support ( very skilled ).

箱根ユネッサンへ行き美山楓林さんへ泊まりました。
ユネッサンからは近く、とても綺麗で良いホテル😊
ドリンクが飲み放題なのは、有り難かったです。
フロントのお兄さんも感じが良く親切に対応して下さいました。

部屋は開放感があり清潔でした。
朝に入った露天風呂では、森に差し込む朝日がきれいでした。

とても清潔感のある宿です。部屋もお風呂も綺麗でした！フロントの方も対応がとても良かったです。
夕食はコンビニで買ったものを食堂のレンジでチンして部屋で頂きました。
子連れでユネッサンが近かったのでここを選びましたが、清潔感が大満足でした。
外観が目立たないので、隠れ家的な感じです。

9,6,2,0才の子どもたちとユネッサンの公式宿として一晩気持ちよく過ごさせてもらいました。施設が新しく綺麗で、部屋に入った時に木か畳かのいい匂いがしました。トイレもドアを開けると電気がつきトイレのフタがあき、子どもたち大喜びでした(笑)朝食はパンと飲み物のサービスがあり、コロナ対策なのか部屋で食べられたのもよかったです。朝食を子どもと取りに行きましたが持ちきれず往復しようと思っていると、運んでいただけました。助かりました。ありがたかった極めつけは、部屋に忘れたラッシュガードをユネッサンまで届けてもらったことです。帰りに受け取ることができ本当にありがたかったです。記憶に残る宿でした。

立地：小涌園から近いけど、薄暗い道を通らなければならず夜に歩くと少し怖かった。 部屋：まだ出来てから一年経ってないのでとっても綺麗だった。総部屋数が少ないのでゆったり出来た。 この価格に対してのサービスは充分過ぎるほど良かったです。学生さんにオススメです。

Отличное место для отдыха. Небольшой тихий горячий источник. Источники есть как внутри здания, так и снаружи, отдельные для мужчин и женщин плюс отдельный приватный. На завтрак предлагают напитки с будочками. Номера просторные, в традиционном стиле.
