Great spot. Easy to get to train only a short distance to walk just note the hills are extremely steep. But taxis are readily available and only take a few minutes to get into main city street.

Around 15 minutes walk from Hakone Station. There is a convenience store nearby (5 minutes walk).
We had a family room (4 people) which was quite spacious. They provide a free laundry machine, a dryer, and the required supplies. And the wifi works very well.

Wonderful hotel, genuine hospitality, and set in a beautiful location that is only 11 minutes from the train station by foot. As others have noted, the hill leading to the hotel is quite steep. Would love to stay again some day.

Had a lovely little stay here while visiting Hakone. Easy enough walk to get into Hakone-Yumoto but be aware of the steep hill getting up here! Right next to a bus stop though. Lovely room, great bathroom and a nice little kitchen set. Plenty of room and made us feel very comfortable during our stay.

Lovely little apartment with local Familymart 5 minutes down the road. There are buses just a few minutes walk (around every 30 minutes) to Lake Ashi or Hakone-Yumoto train station. Train station is around 10-15 minute walk with a hill hike but manageable.

Check in and check out was super easy and the guy that greeted us spoke English and was extremely helpful. Provided helpful information with bus timetable and maps.

There is no lift to the floors/apartment so your elevated step count will increase and if you are tall be careful with low rangehood and avoid the top bunks (especially climbing up)

Place was new, clean and warm (host kindly had the heater on when we arrived so it was lovely entering!). Coffee pod machine (nespresso) provided. Kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom.

Towels, linen, toiletries etc all provided.
Plenty of USB ports too!

Very clean accommodations. Nice kitchenette and the door is a keypad so no need to check in or keep track of a key. We definitely go back!

Our favorite hotel stay in Japan! If you are going to visit Hakone or Odawara area, I highly recommend staying here. They provided us with loaner pajamas, free toilitries and everything you could think of short of groceries. We will be back if we return to the Hakone area.

Beautiful place to stay . Love the concept of thee room . Its so compact . I wish i can stay more for more night . If you were looking for cheap and nice hotel to stay . Recommend this hotel . It's absolutely amazing.

Great place. Comes with parking. Very walkable to shops and convenience stores. Provided slippers, PJs, toothbrush, razor, comb, hand sanitizer, and disposable cotton/ cotton swabs. Fairly comfortable. I would come back again.

A very nice place to stay near Hakone-Yumoto station. The room was spacious, clean and very nice looking!

Such a gem of a find! Great accommodations for a reasonable price. Everything was super clean and fit our needs exactly. Out front they have 3 parking spots and are not far from a bus stop and train stations.

Really good place!! They provide sleep clothes, towels, brushes. They even had coffee maker!! It's complete!

Clean Comfortable And Well Equipped

雖然離箱根湯本商店街有一點距離(走路約15分鐘)，還有一小段上坡，但房間非常整潔！風格也很舒適，提供的洗漱用品很齊全，品質很好！就像回到家一樣舒服，還有附免費洗衣機、烘衣機可使用，對旅客非常方便，雖然是無人check in但來的時候有遇到正在打掃的員工，十分親切接待！非常推薦！！！有機會再來箱根會再來多住幾天🥰

Schöne kleine Apartments die super eingerichtet sind! Man hat alles was man braucht! Besonders gut ist die kleine Küche die man im Zimmer hat. Die Lage ist super, man hat in der Nähe einen Familymart und mehrere Sehenswürdigkeiten!

너무 좋습니다. 4명 가족이 머물기에 가격도 좋고 등산버스 정거장 옆이라 위치도 좋습니다. 근처에 편의점도 있어요. 숙소가 너무 깨끗해서 하코네 여행 자체가 즐거웠습니다. 훌륭한 어메미티 용품이 제공되고 체크인과 체크아웃도 편하니 아무튼 편하고 저렴하게 하코네를 여행하실거라면 강력하게 추천합니다.
