Hotel Keyaki no Ki

Very friendly and helpful hosts, natural onsen, good breakfast, bus shuttle was very helpful. Overall very good experience and would come again.

As a single occupancy traveler , I found this hotel great value and good size rooms. Very warm too. Lovely atmosphere and traditional family operated hotel.

We had the best experience at Hotel Keyaki. The staff went over and above to ensure we had access to all we needed, including a shuttle bus that took us anywhere we needed to go! We found our room spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 children and the facilities were more than adequate. We will definitely stay here again if we go back to Hakuba!

Our group of 4 thoroughly enjoyed staying here for a ski week in Hakuba Valley. The hotel staff spoke only some English but was able to understand all of our requests and gave us shuttle rides off of their normal schedule to various locations (and we taxied back). The shuttle drivers and reception staff were all very lovely and exceeded my expectations. Location without a car will make you reliant on the shuttles throughout Hakuba Valley, but they are relatively frequent. In addition to direct shuttles to Happo-One, Goryu, Hakuba 47 and the grocery store (A-coop), there is a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes from the back of the hotel (about 5-8 min walk uphill) at Gakuto Villas , which goes to the Hakuba Happo Bus Terminal. The Hakuba Happo Bus Terminal is about a 6 minute drive from the hotel via car or shuttle and will get you to any resort in Hakuba Valley. As for the rooms, they are outdated, but they were extremely clean. As for the property, they have an area with pool tables and an amazing onsen! Highly recommend for anyone looking for good value close to the ski hill.

八方尾根でスキーをするために利用させていただきました。

サービスや客室などはそこら辺のビジネスホテルと同等だと思います。

私の目的はあくまでスキーだったため特に不自由はありませんでした。

大浴場はしょぼいので近くの日帰り温泉を利用した方が良いと思います。

私はオリオンツアーというツアー会社を通して、白馬八方尾根スキー場でのスキー旅行の宿として3/26~29の三日間利用しました。
ホテルの感想としては値段相応でとても良いホテルだと思います。他の方が言っているような無愛想な対応をされたというのはなかったです。フロント対応をしていた男性のかたは少し固いように思いましたが、説明や案内をとても丁寧にしていました。
私は友人同士の旅行で11人で利用していたのですが、多人数でも迷惑に思う様子もなく、とても親切な対応をしていただきました。他に利用している客は学生が多く、ホテル側の人間に対し下に見たような接し方をしているのが多かったように見えたため、他のレビューで見るホテル側の人間の対応がダメというのはその宿泊者が程度の低い人間であると考えます。
ホテルから白馬八方尾根スキー場までは距離があるためバスが定期便で出ているのですが、ホテル側に事前に連絡しておけばそれ以外の時間にも送り迎えをしてもらえるように予約できるサービスもありました。私はバスツアーだったため最終日のお昼にはホテルに戻らなくてはいけなく、定期便にはお昼時間のお迎えが無かったため、そのときに利用させていただきました。利用するのに料金はかかりませんでした。
ホテルの立地の評価を下げさせていただいたのは白馬八方尾根スキー場じたいがインターを降りてから大分離れた位置にあり、そもそものアクセスが悪いと感じたためこの評価としました。
ご飯やお風呂、部屋に関しても値段相応であり良いと思います。

スタッフの方がみんな優しく、ご飯も美味しかったです。今は使っていない区画とかが若干目立ちますが、客室や食堂は綺麗に管理されてありました、若干暖房の効きが悪いのが少しだけ気になりました。
他の方のクチコミでアメニティが無いとか浴衣が無いとかありましたが、持ってくれば良いだけですね‪w

3/28〜4/1まで2泊3日で泊まりました
値段がとにかく安くこれでやって行けるのかと心配になるレベルでした
ゲレンデから少し離れていますが行く度に小型バスを出してくれて行くのには困りませんでした
最終日は自分達しかいなかったのですが自分達だけの為にレストランを開いてもらい無料でグレードアップしてすき焼きを食べさせてもらいました
1階にあるアメニティセンターは貸切状態で卓球･ビリヤード･ゲームが10時までやり放題で、ナイターがない夜でも暇になりませんでした

建物は少し古かったですがそれでも料理と値段が素晴らしく宿の方もとても温かかったです！
自分達は男4人の高校生で利用しましたが同じようにお金をそこまでかけられない人にとてもオススメです！
白馬のスキー場も良く、温泉も最高でいい思い出になりました

部屋も非常に綺麗で素晴らしいです。また泊まりたいです！
