Hotel Hakuba

The service were highly professional and helped us when we didn't know where to go for the ski slopes. Hotel is quite close to the slopes, and the pick up buses from the front of the hotel were very helpful. Loved the buffet, especially the one night with the soba, loved it. Breakfast was great as well, with chicken nuggets and much more. Sad we couldn't stay for lunch! The beds were very comfortable and slept amazingly well after a tiring day of skiing. Onsen was also worth complementing, as it was very comfortable(though there were many people, nevertheless).
I will definitely stay here again next time I come skiing.

The staff are so helpful and professional, hotel is very very clean, not too far and not too close to the slopes, buses pick up from the front of the hotel. Buffet selection was quite vast, much the same each night however lots to choose from. The staff absolutely lovely and very helpful. I found the bed was a little hard for me most beds in Japan are hard though 🤓😁I actually slept quite well.Onsen was heavenly.
I personally would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay worth ten stars for four nights in mid-Februrary. Besides the room décor being a bit dated (but we are aware of that when booking), everything else was perfect. Dinner and breakfast are buffet-style, mainly Japanese home-cooking which we enjoyed very much. The laundry room was clean and spacious with tables and chairs. Onsen could get a bit busy before dinner time when everyone was back from the slopes but no complaints there. There is a gear rental shop behind the hotel which we didn’t know about beforehand so we made reservations at another place. The equipment here looks very well-appointed. It’s convenient without the crowds.

The most valuable asset of this hotel is their staff. All of them were courteous but special credit must go to Daisuke-san and another English-speaking, middle-aged male staff on duty in the mornings. Upon arrival, we asked about ski schools and the reception staff tried very hard to explain in broken English. They also let us know that an English-speaking colleague could help explain further when he comes to work in the afternoon. By the time we came back in the evening, Daisuke-san had already helped us call a few schools to check for vacancies. We were pleasantly surprised! Another evening, Daisuke-san also went the extra mile to make sure that we will be able to arrange the luggage delivery and gear return smoothly. The morning male staff (apologies for missing his name!) is another gem, he helped us arranged a taxi to Noritake resort and communicated with the driver to reconfirm the correct destination. He even checked if the driver could take credit card for payment. We also think he left messages to Daisuke-san for any follow-up required in the evening.

We will definitely be staying here again next time we come to Hakuba!

Great surprise: old but gold. Aged facilities but well maintained. Everything you need and more. Exceptional staff and amazing scenery. Great big rooms with walk in wardrobe and separate bathtub. Onsen available. Two sofa and chair, microwave - cooking hob - sink (!) and room air purifier amongst the extras. Wonderful dinner / breakfast buffets of local food (congee/stir-fry/pickles) and western cakes/pastry/desert. Wonderful staff (Nepalese waiters/locals front desk) caters to all your needs even when crowded. Weather permitting the view is breathtaking alp peaks.

Great location, the shuttle bus stops at the entrance! I booked the room with the snow pass and received a voucher for all rentals which is located near their car park. Staff for hotel and rental place were very helpful - however it may be more difficult for those who do not speak Japanese.
The buffet is better than higher end hotels- would go back just for the food.
Hot spring baths were also amazing, the outdoor one with snow views was perfect.
Staff even went out of their way to drive us to ski hills when we arrived a bit later than the last morning shuttle

This hotel was a wonderful experience. There was amazing service – the staff were so friendly, professional and helpful. Amazing food for breakfast and other meals. The views in the winter were stunning. The ski workshop/locker was also excellent. The value for $ was very god. The only thing I could fault was the low frequency of shuttle buses to the slopes. But our stay here was so magical in the beautiful Nagano winter, that it’s still 5 stars for me.

Its like a dream comes true staying at this hotel. I always love snow no matter how freezing it is.. Fortunately, i can enjoy snowy days❄❄, playing with snow ⛄⛄⛄at every corner of this hotel! The staffs arw so kind and helpful. Will definitely stay here again next time 😊

Somewhat dated decor but recep (Kutaya?) was fantastic as was the waiting area which was well decorated with ample flowers. There was a wonderful dinner buffet where the food was so different from the usual japanese fare eg green pepper chicken, bang bang chicken, but extremely tasty. The room was surprisingly well equipped - had a kitchenette, electric kettle, microwave, sockets on both sides of bed, yukata! And thank goodness, WiFi without password.

This was a great place to hang out for a week in summer - relatively cheap, clean and well organized, feels small but has great facilities like bath and breakfast, and outdoor furniture. Also well situated to explore the town!

We stayed for 3 days. Clean room, great onsen, excellent food and service. Stunning mountain view from the parking lot right behind the hotel.

白馬駅から徒歩約10分くらい。
入り口からの雰囲気も小綺麗で、ロビーも静かで、またソファー席も複数あり、居心地の良い空間でした。
お土産の売店もあります。
早めに到着したので、荷物を預けていましたが、チェックインまでにお部屋に運んでおいてくれました。
お風呂は内風呂と露天風呂1つずつ。
こちらも小さいながらも清潔で気持ちよかったです。
立ち上がると山並みが見えます。
食事の部屋からも窓際なら山並みが見ることができます。
食事のビュッフェの内容は思ったよりも品数もありおいしかったです。

ホテル白馬性價比高，而且能滿足所有滑雪需求。飯店旁邊就能租雪具，還有超大型置物櫃放置雪板、更衣室。最棒的是有通往每個雪場的接駁車，要前往五竜と47、岩岳Happo one 也很方便。如果要從雪場回來飯店，記得要預約回程接駁車，搭乘時司機還會很貼心地點名，如果沒到還會稍微等一下乘客。從飯店 check out 後還會幫你載送到想要去的車站，超讚。

我們訂房也包含了早餐，以日式為主。飯店也提供晚餐，如果不想出門也可以花三千吃一頓晚餐（需預約）。

飯店服務非常讚。我某次從雪場回來不小心把手機留在接駁車上，請飯店聯絡司機後超快就找到，隔天在雪場拿。建議用日文溝通比較方便描述。

唯一稍微不方便地方在於地點離鬧區遠一點。雖然有接駁車通往雪場，但要去鬧區吃飯通常要走個20分鐘，如果一直吃飯店晚餐就不需要擔心這個。

房間訂了 double room 比想像地大很多，如果住滿三天以上會有一天清理客房。房內有熱水壺甚至還有微波爐，非常方便。

最後是性價比很高，早晚餐的食物都很好吃，每天也都能泡溫泉。推薦給之後要去白馬滑雪的人。
