Thanks for the assistance with buying some new fancy stuff. The prices were reasonable, and one of the staff members was very helpful.

The staff were most helpful with my wife and I. Allowed my wife to forage far and wide, with assistance, for appropriate clothes for me to try. This took quite a while...

The store is well presented, spacious and comfy. The clothes are off a good quality and a modern styling.

Regarding claiming back the tax, they need to fill in a form and they will need your passport details, a photocopy is perfectly acceptable. You will get an additional form via email to fill in to provide where to send the refund.

I really don't know what the others have experienced but in my case the customer service was excelent.The guy was very helpful, polite and professional.The prices were extremely good for the quality of the clothes which they provide you.Absolutely, recommend it if you want to shop in Italy and find clothes with great Italian taste.

Personale e marchio affidabilissimo personale gentile e cordiale mi hanno sostituito un pantalone che mi si era macchiato anche dopo un po' di tempo disponibili ringrazio ancora lo staff di via del tritone

Entrato per caso per comprare due cardigans sottogiacca, sono uscito con le buste piene, grazie alla competenza, gentilezza e professionalità del personale, in particolare di Giuseppe.
Ritornato al negozio dopo qualche mese, ho ritrovato una più ordinata e funzionale disposizione dei diversi capi di abbigliamento. inoltre, la qualità pare migliorata rispetto ai precedenti capi del brand.
Quando ricomprerò Doppelganger, sarà in questo store!
