Food was amazing, you usually need reservation on the weekend for both lunch and dinner, but the queue was not that bad (20 mins of waiting time). Small family restaurant, as I have seen, preferred by the locals, good prices as well as wonderful food

Received recommendation to eat here and it did not disappoint! The food was out of this world. I've been thinking of the Carbonara since I left. The staff were friendly and helpful. This was an experience, not just dinner. My wife and I are already planning to go back before we leave Rome.

Very very very good pasta joint! Great starter selection , €10 for a litre of house red and the carbonara was epic! My dad had the veal dish which was also super succulent. Will definitely go back next time I visit Rome. THANKS 😊

Had the Cacio E Pepe and the Gricia and it was the bomb! True authentic family run Trattoria. It was highly recommended by a relative and it did not disappoint. We had to come back again tje next day. It was that good.

This place was a nice little find away from the busy streets of Rome. We got there 10 minutes after they opened and all tables were already full so we waited about 15 minutes for a spot outside. The food is amazing with big portions and great prices. You can get a liter of wine for €10!

The food was spot on we got the carbonara,the meat sauce pasta and oxtail. And they tasted great I personally enjoyed the meat sauce one ( the flavour was spot on, great sauce consistency and the amount of meat was well balanced ).

The Carbonara was definitely good but I’d Rank it 2nd place this year it’s was just missing the creaminess ( by the slightest to take the 1st place ). * if you want to know my number 1 spot in 2023 you can see on my profile.

The oxtail was so tender and full of flavour I was speechless simply a chef kiss.

The 1L House Wine is a must , for 10€ you get either red or white wine. We got a white one that time and it was a good dry wine and so easy to drink during hot summer nights.

All to say it’s a great place that you should definitely put on your list when in Rome. Not expensive but great meals.

Delicious, super simple authentic Italian food. No fuss, fast, very friendly service. Great value and once again, delicious.

It works twice a day. The second time starts at 19h in the evening and it gets packed in a short time with a reason. Very delicious meals, pasta at 10€, second dish at 12€.

The vibe here is really cozy! The wooden chair and the red checkered table, along with the wonderful Italian food, create a great atmosphere.👍

I ordered Carbonara, the birthplace of this Italian pasta is Rome. The biggest difference is that the cooked hot noodles are mixed with a sauce made of raw eggs, cheese, and oil. The taste is special, and it's my first time trying it. I think I like it.☺

The meat inside the dish tastes like "小菜豬頭皮" (a type of pork dish). If you're from Taiwan🇹🇼 , you'll know what I mean.🤣

They serve free bread before the meal. However, the bread isn't to my liking as it's too hard and chewy to enjoy.

We waited 30 minutes to get a table as the place was packed. The food was delicious 🤤, generous portion, and great price. I wish we could come again here but our time in Rome was short. Def returning.

I had lunch here yesterday and what I can say is that it was extraordinary. I ordered pasta all'amatriciana and pasta alla carbonara and they were perfect. The service is a 10. It is a cute, small and chic restaurant. Family business. The atmosphere is very cozy. If you are in the area and want to taste the all'amatriciana pasta - being very good, I highly recommend it.
The price is extremely good and the portions large enough.
Guaranteed when I return to Rome I will stop by to try the food again.

We happened to stumble upon this sweet little restaurant and we were so happy we did. The lady working was so nice and welcoming. We waited a few minutes for a table on the street, it was full when we arrived. We had carbonara and amatriciana and they were both delicious. This cozy restaurant ended up being our favorite in Rome. Definitely worth a visit for lunch!

Lovely restaurant and really delicious food. We shared one pasta and two meat dishes between two people and we were super full! They let us get a table even before the 7pm open time since it was beginning to pour down rain. [Note: this place only takes cash.]
