What can I say about Venchi !! It is the most wonderful and delicious ice cream I have ever tasted in my life. It is not a compliment at all. All the types of ice cream and cocoa that they sell are delicious, and they are also distinguished by their interior decoration. Truly, it is the best.

The best Venchi in ITALY. We've been to many and this one definitely rates higher. Service was amazing, especially one gentleman offering my 8yr old a free sample of gelato! Cream custard & choc hazelnut are delicious. Milk chocolate bars are yummy also! 😊 It was so good we came back 3 times!

One of the best ice-cream ever. No complaint. Very nice suggestion by staff to choose the pistachios favor. Next will try their chocolates.

We visited venchi gelateria twice. The ice cream is absolutely amazing! We met Joseph, an amazing person who made our day. He gave us a chocolate bar as a gift. Thank you so much for the lovely experience, especially you Joseph. We will come back.

Roa was kind enough to help us with selecting flavours for our ice cream. As for the ice cream itself it was definitely top-notch quality. Highly recommended place.

Great gelato and fast serving.
Even if we had a queue of 30 people in front of us, we got our gelato in 5 minutes.
One thing I’d like to point out: even if my sister and I got the same size, mine was significantly bigger than hers (2 different employees handled our orders).
The shop should maintain the same size for cups.

The ice cream is SO GOOD!!!! So soft, full with flavor and you can even buy with extra chocolate inside and out. For 3,70€ you can have a cone for up to 2 flavours.
The fountain looks so cool.
The waiters were okay, polite.

It feels as if you’re walking into a renaissance palace made of candy and a chocolate waterfall! So enchanting! Joseph was extremely helpful, polite and welcoming, exceptional customer service. I can’t wait to come back ❤

Can you go to Rome and not get Venchi Gelato? We were lucky enough to go when there wasnt a ling out the door so we got in and out quite quickly. Super fast service and the gelato was delicious. Highly highly recommended if you're in the area

Delicious gelato from a renown establishment. Slightly more expensive than your typical gelato in Italy, but worth the experience and both the flavor and service was 5 stars.

This place is my favorite to get a gelato. Amazing ice cream, great service and worth the queue (if there is). Fair price too.

Expensive but a treat not to be missed! Lovely friendly member of staff invited us to try our "favourite" chocolate & did a good job of selling what was on offer. From individual "pick and mix" chocolates, to bars, boxes and spreads, with every flavour imaginable.
Huge selection of ice-creams too - just heaven!
Can get very busy and certain times.

Beautiful addition to the Venchi brand. Lovely ladies on the counter who really seem to care about how they present everything to the Punic.
