My experience has been amazing. I live in Spain and L'Artigianato has sent me some fragile products quickly and in perfect conditions. They have helped me via e mail and they have been wonderful. Everything was perfect. They are very reliable and professional people. Wonderful experience!

Pretty dolls and souvenirs. Staff were very polite.

At first I thaught they were a bit small ( dimesions were given on the site, this was only my personnal initial reaction). Once I got overd it I really appreciated the amazing details, the quality of the castings and the antique looks. Very nice display on the plastic base. Shipping was really fast.

We ordered a lovely tile and asked for it to be sent to New Zealand. They could not have been more prompt or taken more care to make sure it arrived half way around the world safely. We would highly recommend them!

They sell amazing things and they are cheaper compared to other places in central Rome. This is handmade and €30, 8-9 euros cheaper compared to other places. The one on the top left is a more regular item and it was €6.5, in many places it is 8-9 euros. Definitely recommended.

Lots of souvenir for the tourists who are visiting Rome, from their favourite and proud sports teams to local stuff like Colosseum and Venice specialties!

I ordered a pizza plate and pizza cutter from this charming store. And it was delivered by courier to Latvia! Our family felt like in Christmas when we opened the box:)! A must stop when in Rome. Staff very helpful and a great selection
in item's you won't find anywhere else. Shipping to Florida has
been without problems everything was carefully packed. This was my second time to L' Artigianato last time was in 2019.

Excellent experience. My wife bought a Roma spoon rest from the L'Atiganato store but she left it in a restaurant the night before we departed Rome. The spoon rest was not an expensive item but meant a lot to her. I sent an email to L'Atiganato and then called the next day to verify they received. I was able to communicate in English the details of the spoon rest and I was sent a picture to verify I was purchasing the same spoon rest. I bought the rest through email correspondence and it arrived at my Florida address in three days. The spoon rest was packed and labeled very well so it arrived in tact. Very pleased with the service I received from L'Atiganato and DHL.

We stopped here in May and found this wonderful shop. Had to order things for christmas . Came from them, great things, packed well, prompt. Would definitely do it again

Really nice shop selling a range of unique high quality goods. Best shop in Rome if you want a really good souvenir. I didn’t fancy any of the tacky repetitive tat that most of the souvenir shops in Rome sell. Instead I went to this place and got a nice Bialleti Moka pot and a set of good espresso cups. Very reasonably priced and very courteous service. At least these souvenirs will actually be useful in the future!

Very nice assortment of Italian gift and home items. I purchased an olive oil carafe, however I wish I had also picked up a blown-glass ornament. Store was efficient and friendly, and they wrapped my carafe perfectly to protect it from damage.
