Hosteria La Stazione

So grateful that we stumbled upon this restaurant on our last day in Rome- the pasta was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly. We would have loved to eat here again!

The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was great. I had the Black Angus, which was the best I have ever had, and my friend had the Carborra, which was excellent. The second course meats were fantastic. Compliments to the chef!

The restaurant is very close to Termini station. The food is delicious. We shared the Carpaccio di Black Angus and that was easy to eat with some olive oil. Then we shared the beef fillet with potatoes which had a very tasty red wine reduction sauce. And the octopus salad which was absolutely fresh with avocado, tomato and rocket. Well worth it when you save via the Fork app.
The waiter Zaneb (Zay) was very nice and shared her background with us. The Rose by the glass was lovely to drink. Thank you.

Great restaurant close to Termini station.
The food is good and the portion are good, not too much, not too less.
The service is Nice and the atmosphere is classy and calm.
Special mention to the Lasagna, tasty and right the size to enjoy it.

I was here for vacation and looking for a nice vibe and authentic Italian cuisine….and this place definitely fit the bill. It’s a must. I will definitely be going again!

First night in Italy - eight of us! Exhausted from the long flight, our hotel recommended La Stazione, which was just a short walk away. We were welcomed with a beautiful smile from Lala and were seated right away. Lala and Elnara were so pleasant and helpful, as was Franceso - who explained the 3 classic Roman pastas - all so delicious! Just a great way to start off this trip, we enjoyed it so much - 10/10!

We wanted to visit a nice restaurant to mark our son's 18th (which is why we were in Rome) the staff happily made our booking, welcomed us at the time and were very polite and professional. The table service was amazing, food was delightful and typically Italian (which is what we wanted). They even put a candle on the dessert and sang happy birthday for my son (cheesy but funny and attentive) prices were competitive, all in all I would highly recommend it.

We decided to have our last meal in Italy here. Repeating our previous visit to Rome in 2018 when we had dinner here. Today it was lunch and we arrived as the last of the lunch “rush” had finished. Great that La Stazione is open 11 am to 11 pm, so we could stay as long as we wanted. We had time to kill before our late flight and had a leisurely late lunch. Food was wonderful and the service from Ariana was great!

Our host Rami was great, a truly genuine person. From Cincinnati, OH, all the way to Rome. It was worth it. The food, portions, wine & staff. Made this a memorable evening. So leave the train station and head over, you won't be disappointed

We had a very enjoyable light meal of various antipasti, wine and Aperol spritzers. The service was good and the atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly.

After 3 days in Italy I finally found a place that provided, the best food, atmosphere and service. As an American southern single traveler I haven’t experienced much kindness. I was thankful for the staff, food and live music. And overall warmth the people and space provided. Gratzi!

My first experience with local food in Rome. It set the bar very high.

Food was fantastic! Best meal we had in 3 weeks in Italy. Good ambiance, courteous staff, the manager Francesco was very kind. Cannot recommend enough! You have to eat here.

Everything was perfect, food, the place, ambience. Especially the service was brilliant. Special thanks to Elnara for taking care of us with special courtesy with an astonishing smile on her face and unbelievable positive vibe. Had a great dinner, will come back again. 👍🏼

When we visited around noon, the place was very calm and we chose it to sit down for an espresso and a small sweet dish.
The coffee was very good, so was the tiramisu. One of the best we’ve ever tasted. The restaurant invites for slow fine dining ~ it is not meant for a quick coffee & dessert hop-in. Therefore we felt a bit bad for not having stayed longer. If we can manage, we‘ll definitely come to have proper lunch here before we leave Rome.
The waiter was a bit disappointed about us leaving so fast, but remained very kind and friendly nonetheless. He even stopped for a little chat about our plans for the day.
It was a short but very pleasant experience.

This was such a great experience. Wonderful staff- Elnara, Layla , and director Francesco were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful restaurant, wonderful food! Lasagna was delicious and my steak was so tender! Thx for a nice experience.

We found Francesco, Layla and Elmira to be very friendly as well as efficient. The food we ordered was extremely good, my husbands steak melted in his mouth. Well worth a visit. Thank you team for a lovely visit.

We stopped by tonight. The food was amazing and the staff was so friendly. There was live music which we loved. The performer included everyone and tried to play all genres of music. I would highly recommend this place! Francesco, the manager, stopped to check on us several times to ensure everything was perfect!

We stopped in for a little lunch and Lala as our waitress. She was the KINDEST, warmest waitress we’ve ever had— and gave us great recommendations. The Italian bread is incredible, and the greek salad is very fresh and perfect for a hot day. Lovely lovely spot and lovely waitress.

My wife and I ate here on our last night in Rome and the food was amazing! Francesco was super inviting and the staff was just as friendly. Great menu and wink list. Hospitality was outstanding!
