Great dinner and great service. Waiter was super helpful with picking options. Started with fries artichokes, very nice and tender. We went with the 2 pastas they’re famous for- ravioli mimosa and bucatini all amatriciana. Ravioli is served really hot and it just melts in your mouth. The veal meatballs were outstanding. Great addition to our choices based on their suggestions. Definitely come hungry to try more things. Chocolate mousse for dessert was okay, not ground breaking. I’d try something else or get another app/pasta instead.

One of the best restaurants in Rome in my opinion. A little bit pricey but what you get for your money will definitely compensate you. Really good atmosphere, authentic enviroment and professional stuff. Highly recommended.

Wow. Just wow. The food was amazing, the atmosphere (seated outside) was magical, and the server helped us decide on many options regarding what pairs with what since we are first-timers in Rome, what is most popular, etc. I had the Ravioli Mimosa which was something I had never tasted before, absolutely delicious and worth the hype. It paired perfectly with the wine suggested by the server made with local grapes. I also had a suppli with beef and it was absolutely delicious, much better than any other I have tried in my time here. I had the crème brûlée last and it was mind-blowing, one of the best desserts I’ve had. The best overall though was the pasta. The service was attentive, kind, and very helpful. HIGHLY reccomended, worth the price.

Book well in advance & 100% worth it. This place is known for being one of the best places to eat in Rome for good reason. The truffle pasta as well as the amatriciana are ridiculously good. The grilled artichokes def worth it. And the tiramisu is perhaps the best I had in Rome.

Went here on a recommendation from a bartender nearby. Didn't realize most people get reservations and book ahead but we were shown right to a seat without issue at about 7:45pm on a Thursday. We chose to do the tasting menu and it was fantastic. For 150 a person with wine you get more food than you can possibly finish which made it worth it. We spent 2 and a half hours eating, drinking, taking in the neighborhood on the charming patio. it was a highlight of our trip for sure.

The restaurant is a rooftop terrace with the most incredible views! The service was excellent, and the food was absolutely incredible! I highly recommend their carbonara. It was covered in fine shaved pieces of truffle, which was very delicious. By far the best I've had. The waiter was very attentive and even brought out a cookie tray with a candle to celebrate our anniversary. This is a must try restaurant if visiting Venice.

Absolutely amazing place to eat. Between the delicious menu and the great atmosphere I highly recommend. The service was a treat too. I suggest one of the tasting experiences. The food and the pairing of the wine was exceptional.

If you eat at anywhere in Italy you have to eat here. If you’re looking for an eating time before 10 you will need a reservation days out. However they keep serving past 11 so if you’re willing to wait which it is well worth it you should. Also come hungry, you just try more than one dish.

We have been all over the world, and Rome is our favorite city. And our very favorite restaurant is Taverna Trilussa. From the owner Maurizio to the entire staff, It’s such a beautiful Roman dining experience. It doesn’t have to be Rome. It’s a beautiful dining experience anywhere in the world. If we lived in Rome, we would eat there once a week. If we’re in Europe, we make sure to get to Rome, for at least one day, to eat here. Just a special place.

We ordered Ravioli and trippa alla romana.. was best ravioli in my life.. delicious and creamy.. amazing. You have to try it!

First night in Rome and we had dinner here. The atmosphere is very nice, we were greeted and seated right away. Our servers were very nice and attentive. Our meals were great, the Carbonara was excellent as were the ravioli. There is an extensive wine list as well. A great experience and definitely recommended.

Great food, good service, lovely atmosphere.
On the higher end of prices and you can easily spend a fortune. We kept it modest and enjoyed our visit.
Definitely book in advance or you are likely to be disappointed.

Unreal restaurant. I was traveling around Italy for 10 days and tried all the top rated places, but this was by far our best meal. Service was fantastic. The decor is cozy and cool (not to mention great AC). The food was top notch. We got the ravioli and truffle pasta and wow. Artichokes were also very good. What stole the show was the pistachio cheesecake. I almost cried that’s how good it was. Skip the highly rated places in trastevere and come here. You won’t be disappointed.

This restaurant came highly recommended from our friend that lived in Rome for nearly a decade. There are plenty of great restaurants that meet a high level of service and food quality- however, the experience we had here was so good that all I could think of on the flight home was how I would book a trip to Rome again just to eat here. The ravioli, pasta dishes and lamb dish is nearly impossible to describe in words how good it was. Highly recommend coming here.

One of the best pasta dishes I’ve had in Rome…. Great food, wine was spot on and the service was okay… Not too busy, but it was a cold evening in the capital.

The absolute best restaurant experience I have ever had. My friend and I enjoyed the pairing menu and it did not disappoint!! The Amatriciana was out of this world. Everything else was equally delicious!! Can’t wait to go back.

Fantastic dinner. My family voted best meal in Trastevere. The wait staff was attentive and answered all our questions regarding our orders. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful area. The food made it all that much better.
