Tenuta Casenuove

An experience like no other. Although Casenuove may be a newer winery and isn’t “family owned” the homey feeling doesn’t escape you. The tour blends a great history of the old winery with the modern updates, from which you can tell a considerable investment has been made to bring this vineyard to justice. That being said the staff are as friendly and welcoming as if it were their own home. Adriano our guide was fantastic and engaging, answering questions and adding interesting details beyond. The tasting was fit for a king with a beautiful view of the Tuscan hills and a fantastic explanation of the product in front of us. With our guide Adriano we discussed the wines as well as the culture and philosophy of the winery, which stayed true to Chaintis roots. Hands down the best tour in the region. Thank you again and can’t wait to join you in the future to see where this wineries story will go! Oh and the wine is fantastic the 2016 Chianti and 2018 Chianti reserve were superb. Grazie

We had a wonderful tour here in November. The scenery is spectacular and they are producing a top notch product. We have been in lots of older wineries in Italy. It was interesting to visit this newer facility and see the pride and care taken in design and production methods.
This was a magical visit made possible by Adriano….what a talented and knowledgeable young man.

We have done wine tastings at the Tenuta Casenuove vineyard twice and twice at their stunning tasting room in the village of Panzano, and both locations are absolutely wonderful! The vineyard is full of outstanding artwork and incredibly delicious wine, and a joy to explore. I'm sure all of the hosts are great, but we had the pleasure of having Jlena be our guide twice and she made the experience perfect!!!

We visited Tenuta Casenuove which was directly across from the AirBnB we stayed at. We were pleasantly surprised and thoroughly enjoyed our visit there with our host, Jlenia, and the excellent wines. We initially toured the beautiful facility followed by the wine tasting. Jlenia was a fantastic host being warm and friendly as she described the facility and wine making. Afterwards we tasted all the wines and the olive oil. All the wines were delicious but what stood out for me were the Ziik Rose and the 2016 IGT Toscana. In general, I am not a fan of rose's but this was excellent rose and one that I would highly recommend. The IGT Toscana was the best (60/40 Merlot/Sangiovese), fruity and smooth with a great finish. After the tasting, we walked around the beautiful grounds. I would love to visit again and highly recommend you do too!

Best wine tasting in the town. The Host was the best. She really took the time to explain and answered questions. Really delicious wine and service too. Excellent place to visit when in Chianti. Beautiful views, you never get tired of. We like there wine so much that we bought a 12 case.

Such a beautiful place and very friendly people! We had a little guided tour through the winery and then tasted some of the wines. Adriano was the best host you could imagine. Told us a lot of interesting facts while also making it a fun experience. Definitely recommend!

We were privileged to visit this spectacular vineyard. The wine is excellent and our favourite is the sparking Rose. We liked our t so much we shipped a couple cases home to the USA. Plus another case to a friend in Germany.

Conosciamo piuttosto bene l'offerta del Chianti Classico, avendo in visita degli amici dall'estero, avevamo il piacere di condividere un'esperienza di degustazione. La scelta è caduta su Tenuta Casenuove. Credo sia una delle cantine con la posizione e la vista più incredibili dell'intero Chianti. Detto questo, quello che rende l'esperienza della visita davvero unica è Adriano, che con la sua passione travolgente ti conduce attraverso le varie zone di lavorazione/produzione del loro chianti, raccontando i processi di vinificazione e la storia del luogo. Si conclude l'esperienza con un' eccellente degustazione, condotta in maniera molto professionale e super friendly. Sono sempre dell'idea che sono le persone a fare una grande differenza!
Assolutamente da visitare!

Prima di tutto chapeau per il grande vino, siamo senza ombra di dubbio sull’eccellenza.
Se il terroir di Panzano e la sua Conca D’oro rassicurano gli amanti del Chianti Classico, per onorare tale denominazione sono necessari anche altri ingredienti.
Ma l’intuizione che si assaggerà un grande prodotto arriva subito dopo aver messo piede in cantina, dove ci si rende conto che tutto è orientato verso quell’obiettivo.
Siamo stati letteralmente rapiti dall’incanto di questa tenuta, custodita e raccontata con grande grande amore da Adriano.

Posto meraviglioso, vini ottimi ed esperienza in generale di livello top. Ilenia che ha guidato i miei clienti per la visita e degustazione è semplicemente fantastica. Grande conoscenza dei vini e capacità di raccontare il territorio e la tenuta. Per chi vuole visitare una cantina in Chianti, Tenuta Casenuove è un “must”.

Tenuta incredibile. Di recente ristrutturazione permette adesso le visite alla cantina e la degustazione dei vini. L'entrata con visita alla cantina e degustazione di 4 tipi diversi di vini costa €. 25,00. Il vino é veramente eccellente e da provare. Ve ne innamorerete. Consiglio il riserva.
