Nice assortment of Icelandic sweaters at a fair price. Sales help was good

I bought a sweater here when we were in Iceland 3 years ago. I've never worn it until now, when I've worn it twice for a couple of hours. I've found 2 large holes in it and when I washed it, lots of dye came out. Looks like I need to discover how to darn......
Wouldn't use this shop again.

I am trying to contact then since early January in all ways ( Instagram, FB, e-mail) in order to exchange a knitted sweater with a small problem and nobody never replied! I even called them but answered the answering machine with a message in their language! What a pity to have such an unprofessional behavior! It is the first time I have decided to leave a negative critic for a shop. :-(

Terrible quality shirts. Can't get a hold of anyone to get an exchange or refund.

Os diría que es la tienda en la que mejor me han atendido de toda Islandia, pero cuando intenté devolver un producto me informaron que no hacían devolución de dinero y que lo pone en el ticket. En ningún momento te informan de esta política antes de la compra y para cuando te enteras ya es tarde pq ya lo has pagado. La atención al cliente HORRIBLE.
Por otro lado, en el escaparate ponen una lista de precios que luego no coincide con NINGUNO de los productos que tienen expuestos. La profesionalidad, ni está, ni se la espera. Perded el tiempo y gastad vuestro dinero en otro lado :)
