Hvammur Bjarg

My husband and I recently stayed here during our trip to Iceland. This location is fantastic, our host thought of everything, and we loved how quiet the area is. The unit was beautiful and very clean. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

Wonderful location, fantastic cabin, immaculately kept, nice hot tub and large gas grill on an outdoorveranda, fully functional kitchen, Wi-Fi, cozy bedrooms and good bathroom/shower. For us, this was perfect luxury:-)

Great place, very calm hut next to a river with a hot tub and view on the mountains and some trees around. The neighbours don't want to share alcohol, but otherwise, we loved it!

Amazing place if you want to be far away from tourism traffic. Cosy place with beautiful views.

Great rental. Cozy cabin to yourself with private hot tub next to a babbling brook.

L'un de mes meilleurs hébergements !

J'y suis resté une seule nuit malheureusement, avec ma fille début mai 2023.

Pas de fioritures lors de l'arrivée mais accueil très sympa. Le logement est vraiment top et permet de rester plusieurs jours sur place sans souci.

La petite piscine alimentée directement par la géothermie est un énorme plus. L'eau est bien chaude et on peut s'isoler sans souci. Le paysage est vraiment magnifique.

Ne pas oublier d'aller faire un petit tour vers la rivière où se trouve une douche bien chaude en au milieu de nulle part.

N'ayant pas fait des commerces à proximité, je conseille de faire des provisions avant d'arriver sur place.

Place de parking, BBQ, tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine. De la documentation si vous désirez faire des randonnées...

Mon seul regret est de ne pas y être resté plus longtemps !

Einfach nur wow! Diese Unterkünfte ist wunderschön! Das schönste daran war der Standort. Abgelegen. Wir hatten zwei Tage hier und wurden mit Nordlichtern belohnt!

Das non-plus ultra eines kleinen Ferienhauses! Sehr gut eingerichtete Küchenzeile, sehr gepflegtes Ambiente, ein eigener Hot Pot direkt auf der Terasse, bequeme Betten etc etc. Was will man mehr? Schade das wir nur eine Nacht da waren.

Uno dei posti più fantastici che io abbia visitato in Islanda! Un luogo magico in ogni suo centimetro di isola, un popolo che ti prende dal cuore , una terra che o ti attrae o ti respinge! Per me é attrazione pura é anima che vola e si rilassa é un sogno che ogni anno io possa tornare e scoprire cose nuove! Questo alloggio é fantastico hai tutto ciò che ti serve , per passare una notte o anche di più e ricaricare le pile , anzi rischiando di voler restare un’intera vita! É pulito, ordinato , organizzato , é fantastico in ogni suo dettaglio , chi ha curato tutto ciò merita di poter restare in questa terra magica ! Quindi chi viene qui deve rispettare assolutamente ogni cosa senza rovinarla e ad ogni respiro ringraziare sempre! Amo follemente questa terra , grazie per averci ospitato anche per solo una notte! Un alloggio da sogno ! Come lo avevo sognato anni fa per la mia vita! Grazie grazie grazie 🙏 Islanda nel cuore!

One of the most fantastic places I've visited in Iceland! A magical place in every inch of island, a people who take you from the heart, a land that either attracts you or rejects you! For me it is pure attraction it is soul that flies and relaxes it is a dream that every year I can come back and discover new things! This accommodation is fantastic you have everything you need, to spend a night or even more and recharge the batteries, even risking wanting to stay a lifetime! It is clean, tidy, organised, it is fantastic in every detail, whoever has taken care of all this deserves to be able to stay in this magical land! So those who come here must absolutely respect everything without ruining it and at every breath always thank you! I love this land madly, thank you for hosting us even for one night! A dream accommodation! As I had dreamed of it years ago for my life! Thank you thank you thank you 🙏 Iceland in the heart!

Cottage grandi e ben tenuti, con idromassaggio e barbecue. La zona è bellissima e tranquilla, senza rete ma c’è il wi-fi quindi non si è isolati. Cucina ben attrezzata e letti confortevoli, molto consigliato!

Sehr schön eingerichtete Häuschen. Wir hatten Hammer 4. Man findet neben einer gut ausgestatteten Küchenzeile ein bequemes Bett, ein bequemes Sofa sowie ein gut funktionales Badezimmer mit Dusche. Der dazugehörige Hot Tub (43 Grad Celsius) bietet besonders Abends einen gemütlichen Ort zum Sterne/Nordlichter schauen.

Bellissimo cottage in una bellissima zona. La casa era ben attrezzata e confortevole e il patio con l’ idromassaggio è veramente la ciliegina sulla torta, ci ha regalato alcuni dei tramonti più belli del nostro viaggio.
