We came into this delightful brewery as part of a 40 person tour group. We were given the option of a 3 course vegetarian or seafood meal. ALL of the food was absolutely delicious, perfectly portioned and beautifully presented. The staff was attentive and kind with no language barrier. My only critique, if I had to give one was time between courses was a little long. I had one beer which was a nice hoppy IPA that tasted really good after walking most of the day! The ambiance of the restaurant was very nice., clean with a rustic charm that I enjoyed. What a fantastic end to my first day in Iceland!! Thank you for a great memory.

If you are looking for an awesome location downtown Reykjavik with great views of the harbor, amazing food and great drinks this is the place! Whether its a date night, friends night out or family lunch I would highly recommend !!

Everything we ordered was amazing. I got the crispy shrimp and the spicy mayo was the perfect amount of spice I was very surprised.

Food, atmosphere, and drinks were amazing. Saw that it was recommended on TikTok a few times and decided to give it a try on my last trip to Iceland. And it did not disappoint.

Honestly, it was myself and my wife’s favourite restaurant on our trip. Can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend.

The food is fantastic!!
It is an experience to eat here, with the ocean on one side, you get a view of the water an the incredible ships at the shore.
The food, is fresh, delicously tasty and beautifully served.

Not only the food & ambiance make of BB an experience... they also have friendly staff who are happy (for real) to serve you and make of your dinning time the best!

Truly recommended!

Wonderful food & drink and great atmosphere! We visited at the end of January/early February. Dinner was off to a promising start with a large selection of tasty beers. Tasty food with a local touch. We tried several starters. Steak was a huge portion shared between three of us, perfectly cooked. Friendly staff. Convenient on-site parking.

This is a very good place to relax. They got their own craft beers, but also beers from other brewers. There is a very good atmosphere over there. The staff is friendly and willing to assist and think with the customer.

My wife and I honestly stumbled upon this place while walking around the neighborhood. The folks were super nice and let us try a few beers. It was a perfect place for us to just sit and have a couple of quiet beers in the corner. The house beer was REALLY GOOD (and I wish I had purchased a beer glass to take home with me). Would recommend folks come here when in Reykjavik.

Amazing brunch spot with my friend group! The ocean view adds to the ambiance, and the large beer selection was awesome. Highly recommend when visiting Reykjavik!

Food is light bites rather than full meals. We had tacos 🌮 which were supper tasty as a snack.

Drinks were fun as beer tasters. Great atmosphere & went for Happy hour. Loved it.

I came once before in 2018 and did a beer and food pairing and loved it. Happy to come back. No pairing but that’s fine! Menu was great. It was super slow so the food came out quickly. The staff was nice, a little shy but I can appreciate that! We wanted a martini and they said they couldn’t make one. It’s totally fine, we found something else to get but it would probably be nice to know that one because I’m confident they have all the ingredients for it. Scallops were amazing, bread was great and the short rib and fish dish was excellent as well.

I had dinner here as part of the Fly Over Iceland package experience and wasn't expecting much to be offered in the two course meal. But was I wrong. They started me off with a beer flight (not included) and it considered of 3 delicious beers, two of which they brew in house. Then they offered my beer bread, bread that's made in house with beer they make in house that you can't get anywhere else in Iceland. It was warm and fabulous with butter. I selected beef tenderloin for my entree. It came with small white potatoes, broccoli, mushrooms, and a delightful bearnaise sauce for the steak that is also made in house. The chefs here are amazing. Dessert was just too much for me - chocolate cake. I asked to get it to go, and because it normally comes a la mode, they added a second piece of cake for me. The service is impeccable. The drinks are amazing. And the food is delicious. Whether you come straight to the restaurant, or package it with Fly Over Iceland, you won't be disappointed.

I did not try the food (reason on my 3 stars), it is in the harbor area in Reykjavik, we stop for the beer of course and try some icelander beer, place is pretty nice and big, when I came, they have 5 beers on tap, different styles, I can say that is the best Oktober fest that I have ever tried... seems to be a good place for partying, so, I'll recommend to try it 100%

I haven't had such a good buffet in my life before. Each dish is unique and has its own character. I like the blueberry herrings especially. The beers are great too. Highly recommend.

4.5 stars, not 5 (excellent delicious food). We stopped by here after completing a puffin tour out of the old harbor. The ambiance was very nice. There is a small brewery onsite and they offer other local beers on draft as well.

We came around 1:15 pm and were given a lunch menu. The -.5 star comes from the fact that they advertise as a steakhouse (which is why we came in) however there wasn't any steak on the menu. We were a bit fatigued by the constant burgers and fish we've had in Iceland and wanted steaks.

I ordered the Artic Char fish and was informed they were out and asked if I wanted to substitute salmon instead. This was fine with me. I will say the salmon that I had was a deliciously cooked, thick, juicy salmon filet. It was skin side on top and dressed with pesto on top of a bed of mashed potatoes with asparagus. I prefer skin off/none and was very mildly disappointed that the pesto was on the skin and I had to scrape it off. This was minor and once I mixed the pesto with the potatoes and salmon meat it was PHENOMENAL. Welcome to flavor country. Probably the most delicious tasting fish filet I've had in Iceland. It was filling, delicious, and exactly what I wanted on a cold, windy day.

My father opted for a burger and fries. The fries were surprisingly good as well. They were thin and crispy and crunchy textured on the outside and delicious. When looking at the menu they were advertised as crispy fries and I remember thinking to myself that they truly lived up to the description. He said the burger was excellent but was disappointed there were no steak options. My mother had fish of the day that came with baby potatoes that looked good, standard of fish options in restaurants. Looking at hers I was glad to have chosen my option that came with mashed potatoes and pesto.

I wish we had the opportunity to come for dinner as we would have liked to have the steak.

Very nice restaurant and brewhouse. Excellent food. Good selection of beers and other beverages. Tuna tartare app was great and the plaice and shrimp entree delicious. The lamb ribeyrvwas also very hood.

Friendly, helpful staff. Was quite busy on a Friday evening. Reservations recommended but we were able to get a table for 4 without one. Easy walk from our nearby hotel.

Food was super delicious - I can highly recommend the Mizo glazed cod & best of all: the grilled veggies.
I didn't try their beer selection this time but my friend loved their flights - even the brown ale she was a bit suspicious about. Very nice atmosphere - we will be back
