Good people to deal with, bought a bicycle from Op-Box, pleasant experience. Managers and staff are attentive and well mannered specially Dipankar.
They have range of household electronics/electrical items from all reputed manufacturers/brand on reduced price since they are in open box, that's the whole concept of Op-Box.

Op-Box sells open-box items which might have been rejected by online stores or returned by customers to said online stores. Despite being "rejected" or "returned", these work as good as new with virtually no loss of functionality. You can say that these are like the "Refurbished" goods sold on Amazon or Flipkart but instead of having being repaired, these are tested to make sure they work fine, virtually unused and new. The cost is usually 10-20% less than what you'd be shelling out on Flipkart or Amazon or at say a local dealership like Khosla or Great Eastern.
