St. Thomas' Church School, Howrah

My 2 years experience was unbothered and peaceful. I never got into any trouble or got any punishment from teachers. Nor did I have any bitter experience or treatments from the teachers or students over there when I had joined the school. The school's classroom has a very friendly environment, obviously there's gotta be a few people who dislike you or compete with you but that is the part of student life, you have to learn to grow up with it. I can't say much about the commerce sections since I was from the science with bio one, and that was a quieter section with mostly 'padhaku' people. Hence, it used to be generally quiet. But if you ask me, then one can handle such situations even if there are notorious kids in any school in the commerce or other batches just by avoiding mischief or by not falling into mischievous groups, and by dodging troubles as much as possible. My sister was from the commerce batch and she was also all good there. That is how I not only survived but also thrived there. You have a reputed name where once the Chief Executive of CISCE, sir Gerry Arathoon had been the Principal, experienced faculties, a beautiful and abundant campus, competitive peers to push you to be better than yourself everyday. I can't expect more out of a school after all these. Atleast, for me these were more than sufficient. Plus this school gets remarkable academic and extracurricular achievements every year. If I had studied here the whole time since childhood, I would have earned more from it.

This childrens of this school are well mannered and disciplined. There teachers always complete the syllabus. The best school in the world.

As an ex-student of this school (2013 batch), I must say that my experience with this school is awesome. I studied here from the lower nursery till class 12. The memories of my school will never get fade away. Thanks to my beloved teachers and everyone for guiding us in such a beautiful way.

As an alumni of this school, I must say that my experience with this school is great. I've studied here for 12 long years and there were many ups and downs throughout the journey and all that moments that me & my friends cherished here are unforgettable. 🙋🏻❤

Great school for boys... Dont send your girls....

Its a school ,nothing but a playing to the gallery, teacher staff is sub standard. no caring to the students, either syllabus is completed or not dint care, all the time chutti, (LEAVE), Students are studying depend on home teacher only, no effort from school teacher, i think it is a laughable school. all parents should take action immediately.Behaviour and attic-ate of some teachers is objectionable and laughable. ------------ dont mind great and devotee gurukul. teachers are very careless, regarding syllabus completion, all the student depend on home teacher, school teacher need for only exam arrangement ?

One of the best school in Howrah, I studied here from class 3 -12,2015 ISC passed out batch.Many memories are attached with this place.Miss those memories....want to go back those golden days....
