The staff is very courteous, professional and extremely helpful.I had arrived a little before time and unlike other Embassies the lady was very courteous to entertain me. The paperwork was very smooth and hassle free. I received my visa the next day. It was one of the most comfortable and smooth experience for obtaining a tourist visa.

One of the best Embassy/ consulate i have visited till date.

Russian hospitality starts from the consulate itself. Security was a very friendly Bengali gentleman who assisted me to enter the consulate. Inside there are no typical hall with steel chairs to sit. The reception is actually a small lounge like area where there are comfy cushion sofas to sit . There's a very helpful Russian lady who will check all the documents and then submit to the consul inside the office. After all the documents were correct , Then i was asked to pay the visa fees. Got my visa on the second day.

Staff are very polite and helpfull. The security in charge (Mr. Pradip) was also exceptionally helpful in coordinating things. GOT TOURIST VISA WITHIN 2 HOURS for a fee of Rs. 4260. Most importantly you shoud bring all the requisite documents as per the checklist for Russian Visa.

CAN ANYONE HELP ME REGARDING BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT?. ONLINE BOOKING IS NOT AVAILABLE AT ANY TIME. I BELEIVE THERE IS SOME TECHNICAL ISSUE.
