I had unpleasant experience at this clinic. Initially, Dr. Aditi quoted Rs 5500 per tooth, inclusive of dental x-rays, for root canal. However, when finalizing, she changed the terms, stating Rs 5500 would take 6 days, and Rs 8000 for 3 days, justifying it as charging for her time. I opted for the 6-day plan, but issues arose. She claimed appointments would be one day apart, but on the 2nd and 3rd days, little progress was made. On the 4th day, she discovered missing apparatus, taken by another dentist, Dr. Sudipa, causing unnecessary delays. During treatment, she cut my tongue and blamed me for moving. Despite promising dental x-rays, none were conducted.

Moreover, Dr. Aditi falsely claimed to have done temporary fillings on other teeth. When questioning the procedures, she displayed rude and arrogant behavior, refusing to maintain daily treatment records in the prescription. This inconsistent and unethical conduct raises concerns about the quality of care at this clinic.

Finally 2 Star for successful completion of the treatment.
