Very bad experience. A long que is present all the time, there is only one counter for transactions whereas in most banks you would see two accounts one for withdrawal and one for depositing to avoid large que. Nonetheless, after waiting in the que for long time, the one who are known to the cashier they are being prefered more. Also there is no value for time.. very very poo service

Worst bank ever...Poor customer service , Online facility is poor , Employees are rude, Never Clears it's cheque on time , Deducting penalties fraudulently from one's account for miscellaneous reasons is common here
